One of those worst couriers

The courier has a useless SMS confirmation system, which asks for a date of delivery from customer and does not deliver on that date! When called to customer care, after 30-45 mins of wait, the call center person has not idea about the SMS system. Finally, when placed the request deliver the parcel on a specific day, the delivery guys deliver it the very next day when no one is in the house. And then everything starts from the SMS again.

Regretting

1st time user and I already regret choosing Courier Please. Tracking system showed card left, but nothing in my mailbox, totally empty. Therefore the driver may put it in a wrong mailbox, or even worse, lied. Then try to use redeliver option on their website, and they ask for another number in the left card, which I can't find. Then I tried to call them this morning with 40+mins of waiting but no one is free to take my call.
Drop them and email and waiting for them to call back.
Updated: They called me back, turned out that the driver never put anything in my mailbox. So they said I can pick up at their point after 4pm today, came at 5pm, nothing there, came again at 9pm, still nothing there. Then received an email from them that my parcel will be redelivered within the next 48h, which is saturday and sunday (really, who gonna works in weekend?). Nice job Courier Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

How hard is it to deliver a package?

I waited the whole day today for the package as I saw that it was on its way. No package arrived and no card was left either but the tracking page said "Failed to deliver 1 item Note: Card Left - Return to Depot.”

I checked outside our mail box, main door, and gate but there were no cards/notes left by the courier. I would have heard if anyone was outside our gate/door and we also have a doorbell but no one rang/came. There clearly was no attempt to deliver. And since there was no card left anywhere, I can't request for a redeliver as the number on the card is needed to complete the request. I have tried to contact you via the contact form on your website and by sending an email. I have yet to receive a reply. Terrible service.

Update: Received both packages on Oct 11. Changed the rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Took my money but never collected the parcel

I booked and paid for a courier 5 days ago and it still has not even collected the parcel despite me ringing 6 times and wasting hours of my time chasing. I could have walked the parcel to Melbourne in this time. And they have absolutely no excuse and no way of rectifying the situation as apparently they can't get hold of their driver
What a nightmare. Do not use this company under any circumstances it is clearly a scam.

Worst customer service and handing ever!

So I moved interstate and trusted this company with my boxes of items. actually very fairly priced I feel.
but I was told this, and given another as an end result. this resulted in a domino effect of issues which Couriers please did not care about, and was left a very rude voicemail in regards to my complain to them. so Ill just publicise my complain now.
1. If a box say (this way up) and is very clear.. the box should stay that way up? right?
2. I new sturdy box should not be beaten and ripped and squished by the time it reaches it destination breaking half the items in that box? right?
3. When reaching out to Couriers Please in regards to trying to resolve an issue, I shouldn't be left a rude voicemail?
4. being told that its an overnight service and that it will reach my designation between 2pm and 5pm the following day.. but not arriving.. having to wait 4 more days for re-delivery.. so not on when pretty much you life and things to get you by like bedding is in those boxes.

Not happy with this company, and suggest if you are looking for a reliable service.. go else where please.

WORST COURIERING SERVICE

Dealt with a customer service representative who lacked in customer service. They refused to apologise and rectify the issue because the driver was too lazy to drop the parcel at reception instead they left it next to the doorway. We are a business so people come in and out throughout the day. The item was purchased through the Iconic and delivery is never an issue but with Couriers Please it always is.

DO NOT USE THESE COURIERS

Was not picked up on time - had to re book
Was not delivered in 3 days as promised
Complaint after 1 week was not recorded
Was told - will be delivered that afternoon
Rang back a week later - ( on hold for another half an hour)
Now told - driver could not be contacted
and hat I should expect a phone call back within a few hrs
Still do not know where parcel is
Do yourself a favour
Do not use these Couriers
Do not try ringing
Do not try emailing customer service - as there is none
Do not expect accurate and helpful tracking information

I have been waiting my item for ages and still hasn't been delivered

My tracking number is CPAYJR2096479. My tracking says that the item is in depot from 5th of October and today is 15th of October and I have not received yet. I contact the seller and I contacted you several times but no action has been taken and delivery hasn't been made. I hope you can sort this out soon because It is becoming a bit frustrating.

Waiting for my parcel from Kmart

Ordered some stuff from Kmart for a gift, received one parcel driver just dump it at my front door ,rang and spoke to a Customer Service consultant to ask where other parcels are ?? They were all on the same run (Waited 30mins to speak to some one) but the phone call was disconnected .. Sent numerous emails currently waiting to speak to someone again 15mins so far .. If my items do not arrive ASAP .. I'm going to Consumer Affairs... I have also let Kmart know please don't use this company for delivery service again .. Very disappointed ...

Literally witnessed the delivery man throw my package over my gate without even attempting to see if anyone was home. Luckily nothing was broken because the package CLEARLY had FRAGILE on it.

Disgusting company do not answer calls. I sat on phone 30 to 40 min then it cuts off. Been waiting

Disgusting response and delivery by this company. Cannot talk to anyone as you sit on the phone for 20min plus then it hangs up. Good service NOT.

The most USELESS courier service ever. They don't bother to attempt to deliver - i had been home all day... received an email saying attempted delivery - attempted my butt... when the package has an ATL (Authority To Leave) leave it! They ignore this and say 'attempted delivery' and left a card - No card was left. Finally got through to Customer service after 25min waiting and they say oh it's onboard but he doesn't have time to deliver to you direct he will take it to the local depot which is like 200m away from my home! Do the job you are paid for and deliver the item!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star but i can't give 0 stars!

No delivery..

Bought a guitar from Queensland seller sent it through couriers please, they have to be one of the worst if not the worst couriers around...No information the parcel is not arriving the day they said, rang to find out where it is waited on the phone for 20 mins to be told it wasn't arriving till after the weekend with no explanation!!!
Couriers please leave delivering parcels to the professionals..i.e Australia Post...

Terrible service!!!

I ordered from PUMA and they used Couriers Please to deliver to me. Suppose to be delivered on Tuesday, nothing happened. On Wednesday, they said there was a delivery attempted and left a card but couldn't see any card at all. Contacted Couriers Please asked for redelivery and they said should be here next day morning. Next day afternoon, nothing happened. Called up again and they said will be delivered next day morning.

And again, another day passed and nothing happened. Called them and waited for 45' to get connected and they said it has been delivered to Pack & Send and said that I should go there and pick it up. I went to Pack & Send and the parcel was not there. They checked my ID, tracking number, nothing was there.

I was so angry as I have to chase it up all by myself and still can't get my parcel. Called they again to complain, they said the parcel at Pack & Send and I have to repeat myself that I already went there and the parcel wasn't there. They contacted the shop and still get the same result, asked me to wait on the phone as they have to contact the driver, came back to me and said they couldn't contact the driver and don't know where my parcel is. So I can't do anything except waiting for them to track my parcel and contact their management team.

I purchased a lot of things online but never got this issue. I don't want to get anything delivered by Courier Please anymore. Very frustrated.

Were late to pick up the package, lost the package, spent about a week on and off the phone experiencing the most useless customer service department I have ever encountered. Avoid like the plague.

Customer service do not help and keep you on hold for over 30MIN!!! It's ridiculous and down right pathetic. Such poor service and customer service don't even know what their talking about.

Missed delivery at 4:09pm on a Thursday – 4 people inside the house.
Instructed them to redeliver 'next day' at 9:00pm on Friday, did not deliver.
Ring from 3 different phones (at same time) at 5:00pm on Friday, request call backs at about 5:20pm.
Get call back at 5:50pm on one phone, rings for millisecond before hanging up, shut for weekend, package still not delivered.
Ring Monday, told I took too long to respond on Thursday, its my fault?
Ring late Monday afternoon (4:30pm) to get an ETA on delivery, unable to tell me when it will be delivered.
Absolutely useless!

Don't care parcel thrower

The driver saw my wife only 10 meters away and drop the parcel over the gate. By the time he got to touch his right hand door my wife was at the gate. Not even a hello or good morning. It was a amway parcel. What has happen to care and being respectful to other people? Why could he not wait for some one to walk 10 meters?
