Don't waste your money on Healthy Life Clinic Spa Massage Deal
Purchased in Nov 23. When emailed as requested quoting voucher numbers they redeemed the vouchers and sent me booking times that didn't suit. Eventually agreed on dates and times and they kept cancelling. Rudest man I have ever spoken to. Speaks at you not to you. Extremely Aggressive. Eventually managed to get refund. Show detailsFraud
Wife bought tickets to an Opera in Queensland. $1200 for 4 night performance. Money taken, 0 tickets and now a run around as to why and claiming not their fault. I have asked for a refund as I tried several times to ring the site. The phone was dissconnected.Turned up for my 3 grandchildren to go on the 1 hour Stegway Adventure Tour.

Very un professsional if they were going to cancel they could have rang a lot earlier than that.

To whom it may concern,
I have followed deals.com.au reccomendded advice to not call in regards to covid affected travel unless within 14 days of travel.
I have tried calling on multiple occasions to a voicemail that says someone will call back but yet to hear from anyone.
I have also lodged a case online (#02307576) and am yet to hear back.
My accommodation is now 3 days away and I am starting to panic and feel this is urgent.

I purchased a meal deal in Feb 2020 with Voucher No. FHFQSK5R which was due to expire on 30 April 2020. I tried to book in late March early April but Essence Restaurant said they were not taking bookings due to COVID-19. They said to hold onto the voucher and I will be able to use it after the expiry date when things get back to normal. I rang the restaurant again today and they told me they were not open for meals. They advised me to get in touch with Deals.com and to request a refund which I am doing now. Could you please refund the money that I paid back into my credit card. please acknowledge this request.
