best pool filtration system
love our Enviroswim pool controller, we have a 8 x 3 mtr magnesium pool and after 2 years of some uninformed pool company cleaning our pool we reached out to Enviroswim and they had a new dealer here on the Qld sunshine coast who knew how to manage and calibrate the system properly our pool is now sparkling clean, almost no chemicals needed and ever so happy. If u want a no-noncence system with little to no ongoing chemicals this is the one for you. Make sure your service company has been trained by Enviroswim or change service providers. Show details · 1Great when it was working, pure sparkling water. After 4 years, controller failed, but shipped replacement
The unit was sent back and they claimed the main PCB was broken, and they cannot provide replacement part, as they have updated the units. The company worked with me to find a compromise and shipped back a working second-hand unit to replace the failed one. Show details · 1Copper plated pool
Purchase Enviroswim and been fine for couple seasons but the copper test from Enviroswim gave lower readings so I kept turning the copper levels up and now I have an issue removing copper stains and getting the copper level down. Enviroswim should put an expiry date on their test kits so you don’t get false readings.Lots of web sites offering stain removal without draining pool but once you get a good dose of copper you have no real choice but to drain and acid wash the pool which is no an easy job with fibreglass pools Show details
WORSE LOSS OF POOL INVESTMENT EVER !!!
Worst Pool System ever worked okay for first couple of years.Same as warranty period ??!!
Rang and spoke to [Name Removed] for Product support. Absolutely none. Losing integrity of water levels and staining was starting on walls now 3 months later an absolute nightmare. Just wanted to know who could service and check system was working okay here in NSW. Was told problem with pool shell nothing to do with ENVIROSWIM. They were only the manufacturer. So good luck to anyone ringing and asking for support there isn't any. Should have just thrown out Enviroswim but not so easy to throw out a damaged pool shell now because it has caused the problem !! Cant sell my house and have lots of money and time lost !!! ibreglass pools regardless of the sanitation system being used and, in our view, should be covered by the pool builder under the Australian Consumer Law warranty. More information can be accessed here: https://www.enviroswim.com/fibreglass-gel-coat-pool-pool-problems/Excellent Water Quality
Had an Enviroswim system for 5 years now and super pleased with the water quality. In that time I have had to replace the electrodes once. For the upcoming season I am replacing both the electrodes and oxidiser plates, so consider the consumption of these to be fair and overall a cheap system to run. Even if it was more expensive, I wouldn't be concerned as the water quality surpasses anything else I have tried. Show details · 1
You wonder why everyone isn't using it
Have had this in the pool for 2 years now. Can't fault it. Quality of the water is amazing and it is very easy to maintain. And cheap. Acid and bicarb are all I've ever added. This system will eventually take over the pool market, I have no doubt. Show details · 1Does what it says, best after sales service I’ve ever encountered
We have found the ES3 system easily maintains our pool with minimal effort or fuss. A fresh water pool is in itself a major advantage and the chemical and running costs are a fraction of chlorinated pool costs. The after sales service is the best I’ve ever encountered, no exaggeration.

Great customer service and friendly team
We’ve had our enviroswim for about 3 years. It stopped working recently so I checks the plates and copper and all seemed to be ok. It just wasn’t working and showing OF. Spoke to the hardware support team after leaving a message, unit was repaired honestly and at a good price. Show detailsBetter than expected
95,000 litre pool. Eight months in and no regrets. Have had a chlorine pool previously and I am amazed at the lack of chemicals needed to support the E3 enviroswim in keeping the pool sparkling. This last summer we have have heavy load of dust, ash and eucalyptus leaves and the Total amount of chemicals for the period has been 15litres of acid (for maintenance) and 10 litres of chlorine to clear the pool (slightly cloudy) once. No chemical smell and feels and tastes like tap water. Have never managed to achieve the recommended level of copper but doesn’t seem to have impacted the sparkling clear water. So far so good. Saved me a fortune in chemicals this summer. Would recommend. Show detailsPH is constantly fluctuating, seem to be adding acid every day
Tried emailing company for advice and was sent a reply with a copy of the manual, which I had obviously referred to many times to try and get this pool balanced. tried calling their number , answer machine saying we no longer give over the phone advice. Now I have a green line around my pool edge, which I have just had resprayed ! After sales service seems to be non existent.
Pool water looks good, copper is 0.2 and Ph was 7.6 so 1/2 cup acid added, will check again in the morning, it seems every time I add the required amount of acid it still doesn’t make a difference.
I am worried about this green deposit on edge of pool after spending money on respray, I will be really upset if this system ruins the pool. Show details
Hello Paul. The Vines WA. Thank you for your review and we hear your frustration but we feel your frustration with Enviroswim is unfair... Read more
. Enviroswim does not control or affect the pH of your swimming pool...something is pushing your pH up. You mentioned in your review that you have just had the pool resprayed...can we suggest that maybe the product that the pool has been resprayed with is reacting with the pool water and raising the waters pH. You have also mentioned that the pool water looks good, copper is 0.2 pH IS 7.6. We recommend that you maintain these levels as reported as well as the other maintenance parameters in our operating manual and you will have no issues with your pool. As a maintenance tool can we also suggest our pool school website at www.enviroswimpoolschool.comWill not produce copper
My system has never produced copper. PH levels constantly checked. Contacted enviroswim and they said buy new plates for over $600 they still look like new but no copper. System is 3 years old have to brush pool and vacuum constantly to get clear water. Will probably go back to a chlorine system as i am over this now. Other solution offered was to take system to a repairer 2 hours drive away but they cant give me a time on assesment and repair not good. Show detailsHi Nicholas, Thank you for your feedback, you can send the control box back to our service centre via post or couriers so we can investigate and repair for you. Also so have you checked the ioniser is plugged into the correct receptacle?
Superb Water Quality - Simple, Innovative System
Had Enviroswim installed on our new pool 16 months ago, but researched for months before purchasing. In fact we wouldn't have installed a pool at all if we hadn't come across this product and Janine who was so helpful and answered all our questions. Our children have sensitive skin but can swim for hours every day in our Enviroswim pool. Water is crystal clear, only have to add small amount of acid when PH is high. Runs brilliantly with single speed pump and cartridge filter (both recommended to be used with this system). Cheap and simple to ru… Read more · 2n - we had rainbow chlorine feeder with Ozone at our previous address. Enviroswim is so much easier to operate, pumps don't need to run as long and requires only acid & bicarb. Water quality is bloody amazing. We live in our pool all summer long - hours each day. Also, we decided on a white pool - which was a bit of a gamble. Honestly though it stays crystal clear year round with little effort. We are very impressed.Times up Enviroswim
We went with the Enviroswim because our daughter suffered from eczema and when its running well ( a lot of my time, money and energy ) its awesome. But after 8 years, 3 x oxidiser plates, 6 x electrodes, 1 x new fuse, a robotic cleaner and numerous chemical solutions to bring the pool back,( Im sure there is more ) it's time to change our system. I had a few conversations with Phil (creator) over the years and although pleasant, I don't think he fully understood the environment the pool was in.
We think the Enviroswim system is great.......... Read more just not for a property with gardens or trees. The mild amount of chlorine it produces just isn't enough and that's with running the system for 8-10hrs a day. Part of my frustration is that Enviroswim sell their product as being slightly more expensive up front but cheaper in the long run, but this isn't the case in our experience. So, in conclusion; if you have people with skin disorders and/or have nothing falling in your pool, use the Enviroswim. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Thank you for your feedback
Fresh is best!
I just got my new Enviroswim ES3 pool set up and commissioned by Platinum Pool and Spa Centre on the Gold Coast. I live in Southport and Platinum Pool Care came highly recommended by Enviroswim themselves. I got them to supply, install and commission the Enviroswim system for me and they did a cracking job. The process involved draining the existing water to a level which was sufficient to reduce the chemical content in the water. They then refilled the pool with fresh water and that was that!So stoked with our decision to go with Enviroswim and Platinum! Show details · 1
Great product for a chemical free fresh water pool
We purchased a property with the Enviroswim system already installed and we are really happy with its performance.Once you become familiar with its operation and with minimal maintenance this system produces sparkling clear fresh water for your swimming pool.
What a difference a chemical free pool makes and we would highly recommend you consider this system when installing your pool. Show details · 1

Hi Garry, I am having the same problem with my system. Did you end up finding a solution?
Who do I use for service of our Enviroswim ES3 in Sydney's lower north shore please?
My enviroswim ES3 system was installed in 2018 in Perth. Is there a need to change the PCB or is PCB only applicable to pre 2014 models? What is the PCB used for?

of the pool. There have apparently been widespread problems throughout Australia and overseas with the deterioration and loss of colour of fibreglass pool surfaces, often within a very short space of time. There are many posts online by affected customers, complaining about this problem and the refusal by the pool builder to honour warranties. The pool builder has claimed the failure is caused by the pool sanitation system being used by the customer, whether it is salt chlorination (most of the reported failures), normal chlorination systems or a freshwater system, like Enviroswim. We do not agree. Generally, it is our view that any sanitsation system properly used should not cause any failure of the surface of a fibreglass pool if the gel coat is of an acceptable standard. It is more likely that the failure may occur because the gel coat itself is not fit for purpose. However, we can speak with particular authority about the Enviroswim System and reject any claims that our system might be the cause of such problems. The Enviroswim System has undergone rigorous testing both in Australia and overseas in which the system surpassed all efficacy and operational requirements for sanitizing and maintaining swimming pools. The testing was carried out on all commercially available pool surfaces. The Enviroswim System achieved NSF50 accreditation in the United States in 2009, being the most prestigious and most difficult accreditation to achieve worldwide. There is no other freshwater system that has achieved this accreditation. There is no evidence from this intensive testing that the Enviroswim System has had any adverse effects on any type of pool surface, so it can be safely used with any pool type.
