Stay away from their services

I purchased an item from Ebay and it was promised to be delivered within 7 days from Sydney to Perth.
I really needed my item to be delivered on time, but it was not.
Contacted Fastway, but haven't heard anything useful about my item location from them.
Contacted my local courier who works for Fastway and he mentioned that their main office said : likely the middle of the next week"
What a joke, two weeks from Sydney to Perth?
Stay away from them or whoever uses their services.

Worst experience

An order was picked up by Fastway on Wednesday. I received a text message on Thursday morning saying it would be delivered that day. However it has yet to be delivered. Have called their customer service team who have been of no real help. The point of pick up to point of drop off is a 15 minute drive. I needed the delivery for tomorrow however it has not arrived.

The worst courier company

Had a package sent from overseas to Sydney. Unfortunately, the Australian branch of the overseas courier company was Fastway. This company would have to be the most inept business I have ever interacted with. They only have overseas call centre answering the telephones and they cannot deliver a small parcel within Sydney since it landed here 4 days ago. I mean it arrived here quicker from overseas, than what these donkeys can do once it arrived in Sydney. They do not make any sense and have no idea. I thought I could dumb it down for these guys and pickup my parcel from their depot, but they didn't work either.
DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS - THEY SHOULD BE CALLED HARDWAY COURIERS.

Fastway BAHAHAHA oh its not a joke?

We had several packages sent via Fastway, none arrived on time instead theu were transported all over the place. Tracking information was pathetic and the customer service was the worst ive ever had to deal with. Strong recommend that they not be used!! This is a warning dont use fastway

Useless and misleading

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel to be delivered from metropolitan QLD to metropolitan NSW. It was supposedly on board for delivery yesterday, but still no sign of it today. Fastway is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with.

Horrible Courier company

I purchased Something on Amazon and the parcel was collected on the second of January by Fastway and was scheduled to arrive on the 10th but still is in Sydney where it was posted from. I submit an enquiry online and they say they will let me know what is happening, no response I call them and then they give me a disconnected number for the depot. I then ask to speak to a manager and the lady says sorry the manager can't help you with this issue. Never use this company.

Slow and NO customer service

Waiting for package from Sydney - sent 10 days ago - still 'in transit' between Perth/Sydney..Contacted Fastway and asked where it is. They didn't/wouldn't/couldn't (?) answer the question.

Maybe Slowway would be a better name...

Ordered from Amazon.com.au on the 26th of December. Today is Jan 16 2018... and the status has been indicated as "Your parcel is currently in transit between our 'Sydney' and 'Sydney' depots" since Dec 29 2017.

So apparently shipping within Sydney takes more than 20 days for Fastway... I guess they probably placed my parcel on the back of a snail.

Businesses beware when shipping with Fastway... Like the countless reviews before, if I could rate them 0 stars, I would.

Lost parcel only to find it in their depot all along.

I bought a juicer/blender online from a shop in Sydney which was dispatched with Fastway in a reasonable timeframe. However, because we live in Hamilton Island we are apparently out of their delivery area (I work in the Island logistics department and we have Fastway parcels coming through all the time so not sure how their system operates) so they on forwarded it to Australia Post for delivery. Or so they said. After waiting for a week and seeing through online tracking that it had made it’s way from Sydney to Brisbane and then stopped I rang to find out what was going on. They informed me that Australia Post had it and gave me the new tracking number. After waiting another week and seeing no movement I called Aus Post and they told me that although they had generated the shipping details they hadn’t actually received the package as yet. So I called Fastway again and was told that Aus Post had it. I told them they didn’t to which they replied that they would have to investigate to find out where it was. After being misinformed many times they eventually found it still sitting in their Brisbane depot!!! Not happy.

Terrible service after all

My Parcel was arrived at the depot on the 2nd of Jan. and now, 15th of Jan, the parcel is still sitting in their depot, made like 5 calls, promised to deliver in the next 24 hours for 5 times, and will investigate into the matter.
After reading your review i think i will cancel this order and ask for a refund before they start throwing parcel around my apartment.

Package sent from Sydney to Melbourne ( I'm the receiver ).
First tracking up date yesterday said my package was in transit between Sydney and Melbourne.
Second update this morning says they regret to inform me that my package was sent to their BRISBANE depot .
It is now 2pm and still no reply to my morning message.

1 hr drive, can’t deliver. No follow up to enquiry. FAIL

I purchased an item and it was to be delivered via Fastway Couriers. I was able to track the package. It was only travelling one hour between destinations. It has been more than eight days and there has been no sign of the package. After several attempts, phone calls emails or lodging online inquiries I still have no package nor has there been any satisfactory resolution. I would NEVER recommend using Fastway Couriers, they now seem to use a separate group called Blu Couriers to deliver the last mile, there seems to be major confusion and an ‘optional’or ‘when convenient’ delivery by their drivers. You have been warned, don’t use them!!

Bunch of nitwits

Have had multiple experiences with Fastway and no happy ending ! The latest is where a parcel was send on behalf of a third party to my customer - there was a missed delivery in North Sydney and then the parcel seemed to have disappeared into the fourth dimension. Somewhere between the Hillsdale and Sydney depot since the 19 Dec 2017- and that is where it seems to be stuck . Fastway have made sure that there are enough brickwalls between them and the customer - no phone numbers and even trying to get an email address is really hard. Its a case of hear no evil see no evil !
We also use Sendl who in turn use Couriers Please and Fastway - most of the time the service is with Couriers Please and we get really good service - with Fastway the courier rarely shows up for collection and we have to cancel the pick-up . Where they have delivered parcels for us in Northern Queensland the parcels either went missing or were returned, a few months later . When they did return the parcels they appeared to have been attacked by an angry Grizzly Bear. Overall this is a company that really has disappointed me and they really deserve a negative 5 score. For what its worth , the latest parcel gone missing has label number 1A0011649456

Ruined holiday and Christmas

Attempted delivery by fastway 3 times despite being home each time. Half the order came by Australia post no problem efficient and delivered in a timely manner, however, Christmas was ruined for my son as items sent through fastway were christmas presents from santa. Ordered 15th dec still not here 12th jan. Now I will have to get a refund of goods as sent back to supplier despite phoning and being assured they would attempt delivery again. The nearest store to repurchase goods is a 45 minute car ride so not convenient.Customer service reps are rude and play games on the phone with customers not very professional and also hang up on you too. I would not recommend this company absolutely appalling!!!

I ordered a book which was posted via Aramex, and then was supposed to be delivered via Fastway in Australia.
It arrived in Australia pretty quickly and then I got an SMS saying that they could not deliver to a parcel locker and that I needed to provide an actual address. Fair enough. I called on the same day and did it. Seven days later, my parcel still shows as 'in transit between Sydney and Canberra depots'.
In the meantime:
- I received two more SMS messages asking me to provide my home address.
- I called one more time to check, and the person I spoke to confirmed that my delivery address had been updated.
- I submitted an inquiry via the website about my parcel, and received three 'We are working on it' emails on three consecutive days. Today I didn't get the email, but an SMS instead, asking me to provide my home address... again.
- I called for the third time, and the person I talked to confirmed that indeed, my home address was in the system, that my online and phone inquiries have been registered, but he had no idea why there is no information about my parcel. He suggested I call the local Canberra depot (he gave me the number to call).
- I spent two days calling the Canberra depot with no results. It either rings out, or is busy, but nobody ever answered.
To describe this as incompetent would be a compliment.
I cannot say anything about couriers on the ground, because I haven't reached the stage where I had any interaction with them. Based on other reviews here, God help me.
The only positive thing I can think of, is that the people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and quick. But I assume this was an outsourced service.

Terrible Service and Inability to Deliver

Here is a courier that is unable to execute delivery, and unable and unwilling to deal with customers when things go wrong.

Having ordered products from a large online seller, I expected delivery in their usual time frame. 10 days after the estimated date had passed, I contacted Fastway to find out what was wrong (package still not delivered). I won't bore you with the details, but their customer service is terrible, they design their systems (including their website) to to funnel all customer interaction to a useless contact center off shored somewhere in Asia or India. They refuse to include you on their communications, refuse to put anything in writing and refuse to let you talk to anyone other than the (largely useless) customer service representative.

The package is still not delivered, it appears to be about to be returned to sender (despite my contacting them multiple times) and they are unable to deliver to a landmark building in the center of Sydney's CBD. In short, they appear to be entirely incompetent.

That's not a great way to run a customer-centric business and I'll be avoiding using them in the future.

Not only did I not have 2 presents for Christmas delivered on time and had to wait until almost new year to receive and then lost my pool somewhere (I never found out where nor did I get any phone calls or contact back to let me know ) one of your drivers yesterday delivered to my work place . Rang the bell in the store room I was no more than 20 sec before opening the door and he had just dumped it on the step and drove off . He obviously knew someone was there it's a business! Not only that but I work in a pharmacy it could have been prescription drugs which some of those drugs can be $50,000 for one little box . Absolutely crap service not care what so ever

Useless Liars

On several occasions they have left notes saying nobody in to receive packages & also leaving packages which have to be signed for. When asked, they deny all knowledge. I was even assaulted by one of their drivers because I wanted to check a package which was damaged before I signed for it. This was after he left it on the premises & left without getting the signature. The Police attended & a very aggressive officer told me I was wasting their time.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THSES COURIERS, YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Won't pick up telephone or get back to me about the parcel

Been calling them repeatedly to figure out a new delivery time, have also tried the online form. No-one is getting back to me. Finally they told me they had left the parcel at a central pick-up location. Went there, it wasn't there.

I have ordered a package online from Sydney on the 18th December. It was dispatched he following day, the 19 DEC. I was given a tracking number with fastways to follow, now it's the 5th and I still haven't received anything at all and my tracking status is delivered and signed for by OHF in Geelong. When my order was supposed to be shipped to GRANTVILLE Victoria. I have no idea what is going on and have left several messages and emails. Still nothing back what do uni do from here ?

Hi i received an email this morning saying that my parcel will be delivered today. I waited until 5.30 pm then tried contacting the courier my call was rejected so i left a 10 second message, still have no package or even an explanation. Do fastway even deliver on weekends? Has the driver taken my package home?. I wasted my day sitting around for you guys to not bother showing up when you said you would.

I have had another bad experience today from this company and you are correct the call centre is in the Philippines and you have no hope in getting any satisfaction from this company, both occasions the parcel had to be signed for. One parcel thrown over a 2 metre high fence contents damaged the second just left in our drive way in a storm content completely destroyed. I managed to get a Fast way drivers card while in town one day. Tried calling the landline no# on the card but again goes to Philippines. Tell your suppliers not to use this company as you will never get any recourse from this dodgy company. No# on card 07 3868 1144
