Constantly delivering my parcels to my garden and not my door

Despite making complaints with previous deliveries, my local driver continues to dump my parcels in the garden, rather than leave it at the front door. When I had rung last time to complain about 2 previous parcels, first I was hung up on then the second person I spoke to when I called back was unhelpful and said the area manager would call me; which never happened. I actually dread any of my suppliers using Fastway for their deliveries to me because it's always a drama. I have a home based online business and will never, ever use them because I don't think my customers deserve to have their deliveries treated like that. And it's not an area issue - I had similar problems in Sydney too which indicates to me the issue stems from a senior management level.

Hopeless...

This is the second time that E-Bay sellers have sent parcels using Fastway and both times I have been let down.
Both have taken two weeks for delivery to Perth. Tracking site is worthless. It took 5 days from showing receipt of parcel to "In Transit". Took three days from showing "Arrived At Depot" for delivery to address a few kilometers away. Still shows "Arrived At Depot" for days after delivery.
In future I will request that sellers use somebody else.

Fastway? Not so much.

My parcel was picked up by Fastway in Sydney on July 4, and it was delivered in Melbourne today, 13 days later, by StarTrack. Fastway lost it, then found it, then decided that my address was “out of their area”. There is no way to email them, and they do not respond appropriately when an enquiry is submitted via the website. No delivery, no follow up, no business operating as a courier service.

Worst Service

I have ordered a package in amazon which was supposed to be delivered by June 28th . The delivery driver try to deliver on July 2nd but they didn't even wait for a minute to allow me to collect the package in the main door and he hasn't left any calling card for the package. I tried to track the package by calling their customer care from 3rd of July till 13th July and no response from them either . I was really fed up with the service and cancelled the item in Amazon .

Arrogant and unreliable franchisees

We use Fastway Couriers not by choice but through a broker - and we don't get to select the courier . I guess that is why the broker can offer lower rates than Australia Post. It seems to work like clockwork when the courier is not Fastway , as the pattern is very predictable. Missed pick-up for two to three days in a row, which is blamed by them on the broker which is Sendle. It is clearly poor communication between the Brisbane depot and the franchisee for seventeen mile rocks. This week we managed to call him over from the business next door and he was clearly annoyed and started abusing Sendle and he was in no mood for this pick-up. He started swearing and when we asked him to stop swearing he started abusing us and became very aggressive despite being emaciated and appearing malnourished. We have notified fatsway but it is unlikely they will act and will continue to let this combative person freely menace local businesses. We now have informed our broker that we will cancel any booking where they are nominated for the job. We will also notify our suppliers that they cannot use Fastway.
Overall whether sending parcels or receiving parcels the outcome often was very disappointing..do not use these misfits.

How do you manage to deliver to a wrong address?

Delivered my parcel to an address that wasn't mine and had someone there sign for it with a different name to me. How does that happen? Can only be due to incompetence or lack of basic English or both, or criminal conduct?. Can't open an item not received case on E Bay because they think I received it I will be contacting NSW Police about this tomorrow to see if I can have the guy who signed for my parcel charged, and possibly the courier as well. Yes, for a parcel worth $8 I am prepared to do that as lessons need to be taught.

4 STRIKES AND YOUR DEFINITELY OUT NO DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY WE TRAVEL 200km ROUND TRIP TO PICK UP
have been having bad times getting purchased items bought on eBay delivered or NOT DELIVERED sellers have been faultless but can't say the same of the couriers who pick up your items from the seller knowing full well that they DO NOT DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS stay away from FASTWAY COURIERS
I have had Sydney depot tell me to ring Bendigo depot, Bendigo depot tell me to ring Sydney depot, then they wanted to send my items to Geelong I live in the opposite direction so had to drive 200km to get my items they just don't know how to run a courier service, they have no customer service no phone manners and NO DELIVERY SERVICE
kept checking the TRACKING on last purchase the one that finally broke the snakes back

I have a lot of items delivered and they are by far the worst. Every time I see that Fastway has been used I basically resign myself to not getting that delivery.

Fastway is **** with a Philipino phone barricade.

The scanner wouldn't work they said. The scan was two days late. The delivery is unknown because they can't find the parcel. No one you can find has a backbone. It takes days for them to 'search' their system.
Is the promise of delivery by Fastway fraudulent misrepresentation?

Never again!! This company is a total failure.

I use Sendle to ship orders around Australia. Every time Fastway is the designated courier, I have experienced shocking service. Sendle guarantees that if a parcel is not picked up on the day booked, it will be picked up the next day. Not with Fastway! Four parcels that were booked to be collected yesterday were still uncollected today. After contacting Sendle, they advised me they had contacted Fastway and had been promised by them that a driver would collect the parcels today. They never came. Last time I used them, two orders went missing...and mysteriously appeared in the system again when Sendle initiated a search request. I will not use this courier company again. As soon as I place an order on Sendle and the courier company shows it's Fastway, I cancel the order and use Australia Post instead. Even Australia Post is not as unreliable as Fastway!

Terrible 'service'

Fastway couriers are terrible - I'm not going to buy through retailers that use them again. The form to rearrange a delivery isn't working and there's no way to contact them, so I'm stuck. So I've paid for something I might never receive.

Beyond useless

Without a doubt, the most useless courier company on the planet. Every single time that I have had a parcel to be delivered by them, it has been a drama just to get it. From now on I make it a point to ask a business if they use Fastway, if they do, no sale., which in itself is a problem, as you might miss out on something if the business sells the item out before you get a reply. It's almost like they go out of their way to make sure you don't get your parcel. They won't drop it off where they say they will, and they make it as difficult as they can to contact them. Absolute nightmare.

Appalling customer service - save yourself the money.

A week to get a parcel delivered within a 5 km radius in Brisbane. No calling card left by the driver. Re-delivery if you miss it? At least 2 days. If the parcel is in the depot, can I pick it up? No. It takes us 24 hours to print the redelivery form. Try to contact delivery driver? No response. Contact the service centre? In the Philippines - with no way of contacting local Brisbane depot. Interest in resolving customer issue? Zero. Why would anyone pay for this service? Appalling

My packcage doesn't arrive....

If I could place less than one star, bad service, they said they sent the order, but the order never came to my house, I never knew what happened, I do not know if they did not find the address or what. It seems to me a company completely failed serious. I have been waiting almost a month for my packcage and I still do not get it. When I wrote asking how we could solve that if I changed the address to one that is super easy to find, they told me that I had to pay 5.50 dollars to send it again ... This company is a complete rubbish. I'm not gonna pay any dollar more to a company who make their job soo bad.

Am trying to get my package since 2 week now called them 2 time, I even contact Amazon and until now I didn't get my package..
So basically if you see that fastway will deliver your items be sure that you will not receive it.

Still waiting

Bought an item from Etsy. Item picked up by Fastway 21 June for delivery between Brisbane and Adelaide. Parcel made it to Sydney on 26 June where it sat until 6 July. I had to make an online enquiry to get it moving to Adelaide. Delivery to my home attempted July 10. I followed instructions on calling card to have redelivery take place by 13 July. Parcel has since been ‘held at Adelaide depot awaiting redelivery instructions’. Phoned Adelaide depot on 13 July as parcel still sitting at depot. Female staffer said it would be delivered ‘probably Monday’. Here I am on Monday checking the whereabouts and Lo and behold it is still sitting at the Adelaide depot. I am loath to phone there again as it doesn’t seem like they can be bothered. Have submitted another online enquiry but I got no reply from the first one so goodness knows what I am supposed to de to get my parcel

more than 10days for goods sent from Sydney to Perth and still no guaranty for delivery

Goods were sent from Sydney supplier on 3 Jul 18. goods arrived at Perth Depot on 10 July. called every day since and the reply was will escalate for delivery tomorrow. called today (12 July), the operator told me that it still has not been sorted so there would not be any delivery today and no guaranty that the goods will be delivered tomorrow either.

Very frustrated, we have been in business for over 17 years. road freight from East to West no more than 7 days from other carriers.

I did not know Best Way over at NSW is Fast Way in WA. if I knew, I would never use their courier service. online review is so terrible.

Not what i expected

Receive a package delivered by this carrier and i would not recommend them at all. The delivery guy was just lazy as. I have to go down from my appartement block to retrieve the package and with a baby it s not easy. Will not considered or recommend this company.

Questions & Answers

Hi, what are the different statuses that you get when using fastway tracking. My order was shipped on the 14/6 and is still sitting on 'Your order has been lodged with Fastway', which it has been like that for more than 10 days now. After contacting Fastway they say that they have 7-10 business days to deliver the package, but if it still is not in transit yet, how is that a possibility? The tracking number is BN1001084060 and it is being sent to Perth.

Chances are it has been given to a third party delivery service to complete the delivery e.g Australia Post. The changeover and the fact that Aust Post don't consider the parcels as highly as their own means a slow delivery and no tracking. You can however contact your local depot and they should be able to provide you with tracking for your parcel with Aust Post and an ETA.

It's an absolute joke. I ordered off EBay and they "apparently" tried to deliver the package and then I get left a card. I tried to find out depot address to no avail. Got told I have to pay money to redirect etc. Then it said would be delivered 2 days later....nope!! Nopw a whole week waiting for something I really needed by the weekend after a week! What a joke this company is. Reviews speak volumes.

Our Urgent parcel was picked up by "Fastway" in NSW on 17th of May for delivery 3 days later in South Aust. It still hasn't arrived and tracking indicates it left Sydney went straight through Adelaide and ended up in Perth. Then left Perth back past Adelaide and back to Sydney. They now indicate that it won't be here until June 4th? Having read many of the reviews on this company it seems that no one takes any responsibility for service delivery issues: My Question: How do we get a contact to those supposedly in charge of this Fastway!! Company to give them some customer satisfaction report, and let them know that we will never deal with them again?

I would recommend to call them; however, the communication of this company is poor and they are adept at spinning lies
In the future - I would highly recommend you use a different courier company
I'm actually surprised this courier company is still going

I would highly recommend not to take the other answers advice - try dealing directly with the company and if all else fails : feel free to contact the australian consumers assistance commission ( accc for short )

This is a lie - they've done to me on more than one previous occasion - I would recommend you contact the sneaky fastway company to check out where your delivery actually is but, you have 2 options after 2 or 3 days
1) collect the package from the local area depot
2) have them actually deliver it

Call [Name and Contact Number Removed] He’s presently on holiday in Croatia, but he’s the only person I have got anything like a useful response out of. Still no delivery date of course (two weeks down the track) but at least he had the decency to call me back after I sent him a few emails ([Email Removed]). Cheers, Adam.
