Received my package this morning but the girl was so rude. She rang the door bell once then started banging on the door like something was wrong. Repeatedly kept ringing the door bell and banging on the door and was so impatient. I don’t care if she’s in a rush just knock next time.

Worst service ever

The automated hold line said "If you have queries, go on the website and call the courier. The courier I spoke to is [name removed]: 0414 676 385 who told me to leave! he said and I quote "I don't care what you want, go figure it out yourself" this is the WORST thing any professional service has EVER said to me!

They are never wrong

I was at home on Monday but they left a card saying they had missed me. When I rang the depot to complain, they wouldn't say if the courier rings a bell more than once, so I have to suspect they just tap on the door and head back out so they can fill out a card in the hope that the customer picks the parcel up from the depot.
I also wasn't happy when I was told redelivery would be in two days' time, but I grudgingly accepted it.

Today (Wednesday) I waited until 2:45 pm, and then checked the tracking site to find that the parcel was still sitting at the depot waiting instructions for redelivery! I rang the depot to complain and was told by [name removed] vehemently that they would have told me that I needed to go online to request redelivery, despite my wife recalling instantly that on Monday I had come into her room immediately and said that the parcel was not coming till Wednesday.

([name removed] outburst was after he had told me I had given him too many numbers for the mailing label even though I was staring at the number when I recited it to him. I knew he was slow writing down the number because he doubled one of them by mistake, confusing my statement of 'double zero, double zero, three, seven...' as '... three, double seven...'. It's only a small point but he could just have asked for the numbers again or read back what he thought I had said, without saying I had recited it wrong).

Abusive behaviour towards customers

We have been using Sendle for a few years now for consignments from our Seventeen Mile Rocks warehouse - the pick-up is either Couriers Please or Fastway - when the pick-up is supposed to be Fastway, the courier rarely shows up only after a few missed pick-up notifications.
This time the courier doing the local run was doing a drop-off next door and I politely asked him to collect our parcels. Right from the get go he was very abusive and used crude language and abused Sendl for being incompetent and stupid. I told him that the problem was poor communication within fastway and he should be grateful that Sendl is giving him work. He started swearing at me - threw the parcels in the van and told me - don't be so sure these parcels will get where they should - most abhorrent behaviour - avoid Fastway!

I have been told the parcels arrived at my customer in good order and good time , so that was a good outcome. We however do not want the courier to get on our premises again.

The tracking number shows the item scanned in 2003! They then lost my item and don't know where it is but apparently the sender who I've never hear of asked for it to be sent back. Avoid. Check with your eBay seller who their courier is before buying anything online again.

Sellers, please avoid because I will not buy from you if you use fastway

I purchased something online. They apparently tried to deliver it last week to a home address (although seeing other reviews I find this doubtful). So I requested a redelivery to another address, which they charge you for. I am ok with the charge but almost one week later still no parcel.

I submitted an online form and no feedback. I tried calling the team today and was told I had submitted an online form so he couldn't help. There was no customer service or expectation management used. The customer service rep should say these are the steps we are taking XYZ and this is when you can expect your parcel, is there something else I can help with....

The service rep told me they are trying to find my parcel, so actually appears fastaway have lost it. I hope it still arrives so I can move on and never have to deal with this terrible organisation ever again.

Sellers, please do not use fastway, I would prefer to pay more for a better delivery service.

Buyers - do not buy from sellers using fastway. The service is so terrible you're better to pay 20 - 30 % more to have a decent service.

Will never use Fastway Couriers

I was left a missed calling card, I rang their Phillipines call centre with the tracking number, I was just told they couldn't help me and to ring the sender. Now that would be fine if you're only expecting one package from one sender, but I wasn't, so which one do I ring. I tried calling the Brisbane depot but just got diverted to the call centre. After 3 calls to the call centre and being hung up on twice, my only option was to contact the delivery drivers, One thing the website does provide is a list of drivers by area, so I started ringing drivers in my area, eventually got one who told me they leave packages at a local newsagent. Thank you to the delivery driver, the rest of the company are rude and unhelpful. But out of everything bad is something good, I know now never to use Fastway couriers.

They stole my package

Someone signed for my package not my signature, so basically fastway has stolen my package they need to fix this problem. I have had problems in the past with drivers ringing bell and then driving off leaving no card or anything, I have rang up and complained before, I think the driver stole it to get back at me for complaining about his poor service.

I am one of there regular pick up, Email for pick up on Monday morning as we do not have a franchisee in my area.
They will give you some excuses to shut you up, It is now after 5pm on Tuesday and still no pick up. Not happy at all.

Poor arrangement on delivery service

I have received a notice card in the mail box, look at the deliver date and time and feel so disappointed as no one press the intercom while there is a person at home during that time. OK fine, arrange the re-delivery time, but still haven't received anything in the morning, ring to the 1300 number and ask for the update but no further assistance can be provide as they do not have any update records from the driver, call the RUN MANAGER and have been advised that the driver didn't had our parcel with him for today's delivery. Spend whole day for waiting the parcel..... What a JOKE.

Avoid terrible service

Have made multiple purchases over the past month through eBay and many sellers seem to use fast way and offer free shipping. 4/5 of orders shipped to me by fast way have taken 2+ weeks to arrive from Sydney to Melbourne.

Two of my orders sat at the Melbourne distribution center for over a week, not doing anything until I called up and asked if they could be delivered to me.

Terrible and will always try to avoid and always feel a great deal of concern when a seller informs me they have shipped my package with Fastway. Currently waiting on a package to be delivered which I missed the delivery from last Wednesday as I was not home. Attempting to rearrange a delivery seems to have no effect and they tell you over the phone they will deliver it to you the next day but nothing happens.

Item was carded on thursday tried to ring courier but no answer so I left a message(he never replied) . I logged on their website to arrange redelivery and leave parcel request as per card.I could not request delivery (no option) for following day so req for monday. No delivery come monday phoned to chase it up was told it is being delivered tuesday . Phone courier tuesday and he doesnt have it onboard and will be in touch .
They used to card it to a spice shop up the road and I could pick it up .

Inflexible, poor customer service, Dumped package that required signature.

Due to an error by the seller, my purchases have been shipped to my billing address. My mothers home over 2 hours away.

Rather than assisting in this matter, the customer service rep informed me that I must pay for redirection. When I attenpted this, I learned that a failed delivery attempt must be made before redirection can be made.

According to the tracking information, my parcel was scanned in at the Wollongong Depot, and is still there as of writing this, no delivery attempt is expected until tomorrow.
Here's the rub. All I wanted was for my parcel to be redirected to the Olympic Park Depot, a 10 minute drive from my residence. Instead I've been told that "This isn't our fault" and was offered no assistance in ensuring my mail is correctly processed.


Updated: The delivery was left at my mothers house, without a signature contrary to request. I have past a point of frustration so far gone that I have reached a state of calm lividity. If this package is damaged or not present I will be holding FastWay accountable for its negligent behaviour.

Lost item, terrible customer service, no stuffs given

My wife placed her very first order through amazon in April 2018, yes in April and ever since we haven't recived the product as it was delivered to the wrong address. Ever since, we have been contacting Fastway with litreally no help. As a result, I filed a complaint to ACCC with my case and they have advised me to raise it further with Access Canberra's complaint authorities in Canberra to proceed further.

I have advised Fastway of the same and guess what, their melbourne office has closed my case as resolved. Funny enough, my wife placed another separate order through Amazon without knowing that this company is delivering their parcels (damaging Amazon's reputation in my eyes). It has been 2 weeks since the driver has the product but not delivering it. I personally contacted their NEW call centre in phillipines and they gave me the driver's number but the phone always rings out. Got a text intead stating the delivery will be taking place on a given day and I stayed home for the entire day with no success. Sent a text back to the driver and no FREAKIN response.

I will be approaching legal authorities to compensate the stress and grief this company is giving us and I have already approached Amazon to file a legal suit againt this company.

Worst delivery experience possible

I have never written a review in my life but the customer service that Fastway provides is so terrible that I can't help myself. I have called 4 times regarding my package, which was meant to be delivered over a week ago. Everytime I speak to someone they tell me that they don't know when my package will be delivered as they don't have the info. If the people at the call centre don't have the info then what is the point? Last call I was promised my delivery will be posted express from the depot and arrive today. Guess what? Never arrived. I call them back and of course the rep I speak to can't tell me anything, just that she hopes it arrives tomorrow. Worst delivery experience. Do not recommend at all.

False advertising of delivery times

Normally I use AusPost for my deliveries from my particular supplier and they are next day fantastic, but for some reason I though i'd give Fastway's "1 Day delivery in Brisbane and Gold Coast Region a try.

That was stupid of me.

My parcel has been "at the 'Brisbane' depot ready for delivery in the next available cycle." for 3 days now.

For a trip to the suppliers store that takes 40 minutes.

No wonder the reviews here are scathing. I will definitely not be using Fastway again and will be contacting the supplier to recommend removing them as a delivery option.

Avoid these guys like the plague

It amazes me that a company can get it continually wrong so often. Unfortunately the shop i buy from uses Fastway (Brisbane to Melbourne). 3 times they used Fastway and 3 times the parcel has been lost (at least the're consistent I guess),I suspect it has been sent to the wrong place, looks like its been sent to Geelong instead of Melbourne? I call Fastway only to be told they cant help me and i have to go online to chase my parcel, still yet to get any response back from my online request.
Will be informing my Supplier that I will refuse any order being delivered via Fastway, I'm annoyed at myself for taking this long to come to that conclusion.

They have no idea that when someone refuses to take delivery of an item it should be immediately returned to sender. Toowoomba depot policy apparently have it sit around for 5 days and IF no one claims it then return to sender. Meanwhile people are waiting for a credit from sender that ISN'T available

I was told to wait another 24 hrs for an SMS confirmation that I can go pick up the item. 2 days later.. No SMS of course. I'm thinking there are enough people for a class action against this company as it's basically a scam.

Hi, what are the different statuses that you get when using fastway tracking. My order was shipped on the 14/6 and is still sitting on 'Your order has been lodged with Fastway', which it has been like that for more than 10 days now. After contacting Fastway they say that they have 7-10 business days to deliver the package, but if it still is not in transit yet, how is that a possibility? The tracking number is BN1001084060 and it is being sent to Perth.

Chances are it has been given to a third party delivery service to complete the delivery e.g Australia Post. The changeover and the fact that Aust Post don't consider the parcels as highly as their own means a slow delivery and no tracking. You can however contact your local depot and they should be able to provide you with tracking for your parcel with Aust Post and an ETA.

It's an absolute joke. I ordered off EBay and they "apparently" tried to deliver the package and then I get left a card. I tried to find out depot address to no avail. Got told I have to pay money to redirect etc. Then it said would be delivered 2 days later....nope!! Nopw a whole week waiting for something I really needed by the weekend after a week! What a joke this company is. Reviews speak volumes.

Our Urgent parcel was picked up by "Fastway" in NSW on 17th of May for delivery 3 days later in South Aust. It still hasn't arrived and tracking indicates it left Sydney went straight through Adelaide and ended up in Perth. Then left Perth back past Adelaide and back to Sydney. They now indicate that it won't be here until June 4th? Having read many of the reviews on this company it seems that no one takes any responsibility for service delivery issues: My Question: How do we get a contact to those supposedly in charge of this Fastway!! Company to give them some customer satisfaction report, and let them know that we will never deal with them again?

I would recommend to call them; however, the communication of this company is poor and they are adept at spinning lies
In the future - I would highly recommend you use a different courier company
I'm actually surprised this courier company is still going

I would highly recommend not to take the other answers advice - try dealing directly with the company and if all else fails : feel free to contact the australian consumers assistance commission ( accc for short )

This is a lie - they've done to me on more than one previous occasion - I would recommend you contact the sneaky fastway company to check out where your delivery actually is but, you have 2 options after 2 or 3 days
1) collect the package from the local area depot
2) have them actually deliver it

Call [Name and Contact Number Removed] He’s presently on holiday in Croatia, but he’s the only person I have got anything like a useful response out of. Still no delivery date of course (two weeks down the track) but at least he had the decency to call me back after I sent him a few emails ([Email Removed]). Cheers, Adam.
