Full of liars

Anyone know how to sue this company?
I purchased something from UK end of Nov 2017 and i have not get the parcel yet.
I called fastway before Xmas, at least 4 times and call the local courier, but sadly they are all liars.
The local courier told me he has the parcel will deliver to me in next date, and next date, he said the parcel was picked up by other fastway business partners, and the day after that date, he did not answer my phone and message me said he did not have the parcel ask me to call fastway customer service.
I call the customer service and want the call's ref no, the staff told me the call will be recorded and untrackble. She also said the parcel has been passed to local courier, but fasway don't know the courier number, only know his name is [name removed]. She cannot provide the department's contact number which passed the parcel to courier. New year come, i am still waiting for my parcel, i contact UK website, they said it will be delivered in 3 days but i am sure it is another lie.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT RECOMMEND

This was a terrible terrible terrible experience with Fast Way. Took a day off work to collect the item only to log onto their website in the afternoon with an updated status of "Failed Delivery".
Complete lies as my door bell never rang and I know for a fact it was working and still working. I NEVER LEFT MY APARTMENT. Customer Service couldn't care less and advised I now have to go to Port Melbourne to pick it up from their Depot centre. Completely disgusted by this Company. Horrible Customer Experience.

Lazy couriers

Expecting to receive parcel in the morning. Stayed home waiting, no doorbell, no calling card left and yet when I checked the online tracking it said they tried to deliver but no one at home and that I need to pick up from the Parcel Connect Agent. Called Customer service and they want me to just pick up from the Parcel Agent as it was close to my house anyway. Why did i pay delivery fee if I'm to pick up parcel anyway? DUH!

Didn't Knock, Customer Service Might As Well Have Been Siri

From Wikipedia: "As of 3 January 2018, Fastway's business in Australia had received 2722 one star ("terrible") reviews on the website www.productreview.com.au, out of a total of 3003 reviews. Their aggregate rating on the site is one star."... here's #2723.

I was supposed to receive a package that according to the website (catch.com.au) hasn't even been dispatched yet. That aside, got the dreaded slip today even though I've been home all morning and nobody knocked. Looked up the franchisee number online since the driver didn't leave contact details on the slip and his number has been disconnected.

I then called customer service and the poor english speaking person was just reading from a script. To no avail, the excuse for customer service told me I could pick up my parcel at the Sydney depot (ages away) or wait until Monday (it's Thursday now) for re-delivery. They also wouldn't confirm or deny any of the franchisee info they have online simply saying they don't give out that private info... even though it's already online!

Next step is to message the sender and complain/ask them to never use Fastway again. Maybe they'll have better luck with Siri.

UPDATE: Fastway got in touch and apologised... but did nothing to rectify the situation. My review stands.

Terrible delivery service

I made an online order a week or so before Xmas with a promised 5 day max delivery time.
With my tracking number (IA0017030949) I can see it was apparently delivered on Xmas eve at 1PM. I was home that entire day with the front door open, but no knock or voice occurred.
They apparently left the parcel at the door though as I had apparently left permission for the parcel to be left without a signature, something which I have no memory of doing and probably wouldn't have done for the price of this parcel.

I followed up with Fastway's online "Contact us" page to see what the deal is last week but so far no response... I get it is holiday periods but at least acknowledge you receive the message and are looking into it, even an automated reply would be better than nothing, which is the amount of communication I have currently received...

Would appreciate better communication and to know what has happened to my parcel.

After an attempted delivery to my parcel locker, which Fastway don't support, I gave them an alternative address to deliver to, on December 29. Even though the parcel was at the Brisbane depot, 10km from me, they literally couldn't tell me when the parcel would be delivered. It's now been 7 days since then. Here are some quotes from Fastway support, for your enjoyment:

"Hi Brad, they will redeliver it soon for you"

"The exact timeframe is unknown. Sorry"

"Based on the last correspondence, it would state it will be delivered this week. However no firm ETA has been provided as yet."

7 days, to travel 10km, and somehow, still no delivery.

Not a fast way to get a package.

My package is awaiting delivery from gold coast to sydney from 18/12. Its now 3/1. Only activity on Fastway tracking system is that package was collected by the Gold Coast depot on 18/12. No activity since. Enquiry raised on 29/12 still no response from Fastway. Proof of lack of ability to run a business is evident in the simple maths presented here. No explanation could justify this pattern of activity or lack from a courier service.
Investigating refund options on goods Fastway have decided to sit on.

Item is MIA went to wrong deoot still not delivered

Ordered a item off amazon australia who used Fastaway. Item was a present for my brother to country vic, fastaway delivered to wrong depot and was waiting to be re sent to depot close fo my brother and still no movement. Amazon tried contacting fastaway and got no answers themselves.

Will never use or recommend fastaway to anyone. Item was supposed to be delivered 24th Dec! Dont offer your service fastaway to big corporations if you cant a) deliver on time as promised and b) you cant communicate with corporation that is using you or c)the consumer who is waiting for the product with no reply from you.

Pretty annoying poor effort especially as im was a cnrisf as present.

NOT HAPPY! Should be called slowaway or neverarriveaway or even lostaway!!

they have had my item since 22 December 2017 sent to wrong depot in bendigo i live in tatura from the 27th of December it hasn't moved i wouldn't recommend this company no one giving a straight answer and this is my xmas present im waiting on from my sister who lives in Melbourne and had i know amazon used this service i wouldn't of let my sister order item
due to a few months back i sent a computer through them and the idiots dropped it and broke it

Never deliver to my address and always ask you to pick up at their bloody Sydney depot & they close at 5 pm today but website didn’t update business hours.
Don’t use them keeping bring troubles to you!!!

Fastway bad name for company

Package was picked up on 20th December 2017 from supplier at Kuraby, about 8 km from us. According to the ‘tracker’ it then sat at the depot all of the next day awaiting a delivery cycle. On the 22nd showed up as on board and I received an email saying not long now. A later tracker comment at around lunchtime that day stated that it couldn’t be delivered and would have to wait for another delivery cycle. No other word on the tracker until the second of January (some 11 days later) when it stated my parcel was on board again. In between this i called the depot number and was told an investigation would be launched. Numerous generic emails came over the weekend telling me they were still looking into it. When the parcel arrived today, 13 days after it was picked up the driver didn’t have any explanation except to say that he went on holidays on the 10th of December and a contractor took his run. He then told me that there were no deliveries last week in between Christmas and the New Year. I thought this was a strange idea for a courier service and I don’t recall seeing anything about this on the company website. In the past I’ve picked up these goods myself and I’ll be going back to this routine from now on and checking with suppliers who exactly does their delivery so days, Supplying the driver with a real explanation, instead of him rocking up as if nothing had happened, would have gone a long way to repairing any relationship with the company, but it seems that arrogance is the mode of operation here.

they leave a calling card when you are home, but don't actually bother to ring your doorbell or call your phone. This happened to me twice. Lazy. Slack. Terrible. Avoid.

My parcel was picked up for local delivery on 27/12 which should have been delivered almost same day or by next day. Web tracking confirmed its ready for delivery on next cycle same day. No update on the website till 01/01/18
Today morning further update saying same as was mentioned on 27/12. Called there contact center i was told they don't have any details on any issue and it should be delivered sometime today. I ask for why it's been delayed was told due to Christmas & new year time they are overloaded with work. It was collected on 27/12 they had 3 working days for local delivery before new year long weekend.
On the top consultant just hang up the call saying sorry for the delay before i can say anything.
No more business to FASTWAY.

Waste of time

Didn't get delivery .Called their call center didn't get proper answer..Please do not use this service .I have not got my parcels delivered yet .Call center operators [name removed] and [name removed] were the persons I spoke to .
Will never use this service and will never ask any one to use this service

Worst courier service ever!!

Christmas gift delivered to a random place which took me 2 months to find out where after calling 6 times. Cafe said doesn't have parcel and now I'm left with nothing.

Totally unreliable delivery with things sitting in depots.

Woeful service still waiting for the item to be delivered from Brisbane to Melbourne and it is 24 days later. Two major cities a total let down as sitting in depot and after multiple calls with lack of commitment to follow through to delivery.

I have ordered a package online from Sydney on the 18th December. It was dispatched he following day, the 19 DEC. I was given a tracking number with fastways to follow, now it's the 5th and I still haven't received anything at all and my tracking status is delivered and signed for by OHF in Geelong. When my order was supposed to be shipped to GRANTVILLE Victoria. I have no idea what is going on and have left several messages and emails. Still nothing back what do uni do from here ?

Hi i received an email this morning saying that my parcel will be delivered today. I waited until 5.30 pm then tried contacting the courier my call was rejected so i left a 10 second message, still have no package or even an explanation. Do fastway even deliver on weekends? Has the driver taken my package home?. I wasted my day sitting around for you guys to not bother showing up when you said you would.

I have had another bad experience today from this company and you are correct the call centre is in the Philippines and you have no hope in getting any satisfaction from this company, both occasions the parcel had to be signed for. One parcel thrown over a 2 metre high fence contents damaged the second just left in our drive way in a storm content completely destroyed. I managed to get a Fast way drivers card while in town one day. Tried calling the landline no# on the card but again goes to Philippines. Tell your suppliers not to use this company as you will never get any recourse from this dodgy company. No# on card 07 3868 1144
