Postage promise fails !!

Says on website 1-2 days Delivery but each time I have ordered they have let me down ..
I order Sentilnel spectrum , tiny lightweight box ..
Never have these arrived within 2 days sometimes has takes 2 weeks to arrive ..
Are they taking orders when stock is out and that may be cause of delays ?
The last box I ordered the packaging was different , made me wonder was it counterfeit ?

7 days overdue and still no food

My monthly delivery was due between the 1st July and the 5th, this is the time l was told it would take after dispatch from warehouse. This month l rang the 1300 number to be told they had moved warehouse and they apologise, my order was dispatched on 5th and l now needs to wait 5-7 days for delivery to my area! I contacted them again on the 11th when still no dog food delivery and was told it is 5-7 business days so l should get it by Friday 13th. Today l rang back at 2pm as l still have not received my delivery and was told l need to wait til 5.30pm and then contact them again at which time they will contact another courier company. They still could not give me a definite date l would receive my delivery! Quick to charge my credit card but not so quick to solve this problem!

Don't hold your breath waiting for your delivery, it could prove fatal!

After waiting a week for my delivery, I called Pet Circle to find out where it was. I was told by a very polite customer service agent, that the courier delivering my order did not deliver to P.O boxes. No one had bothered to let me know. They just left me hanging, no doubt waiting for ME to contact them about it! Pathetic service that I will never use again.

The customer service member who reached out to me about my wrongly delivered order really solidified my loyalty to Pet Circle.

Usually, I would shop around to find the best price on our food when it came time to order more, however, given the excellent customer service when my order went awry, combined with the almost always unbeatable discount if you get repeat delivery, my experience with PC led me to choose repeat delivery and feel confident we are getting a great deal with a great team to support us if anything goes wrong. 10/10.

Still no delivery after 7 days

We made our very first order in 1st July (Order #1981927) inline with the arrival of our new puppy to ensure we have all essential and critical items ready in time. The website promises 1-2 Day delivery in metro areas and provides a tool to confirm the exact delivery times based on the post code. We live in Adelaide Metro area and the website confirmed 1-3 days to delivery at our post code which in hindsight is incorrect and misleading. The customer service did not care much and gave us info on some sort of "change in delivery timelines" which was not helpful since we would not have placed the order if that were to be the case.

Being our very first order, this is a really poor experience and we wonder if they can be relied upon for regular business. There is very little recourse for the customer for delayed deliveries as the business has already taken our money and seem to be hiding behind misleading service standards and cheeky disclaimers and words on the website which were nit very evident at the time of placing the order.

Pet Circle was recommended to us by our friends however given this experience I am not too sure if it would be a good idea to rely on this supplier especially if they have begun to change delivery time frames and policies with no regard or care for the customers who have already placed orders relying on website.

We also Noticed that while we placed the order on 1st July 2018 and paid for it, all the order details on the website shows the order date to be 4th July 2018 (probably the time of dispatch) which is incorrect and wrong practice. THE ORDER WAS PLACED ON 01/07/2018. The order tracking on website shows order placing date as 01/07/2018.

Very poor and ordinary. Our first and probably the last order.(if it decides to come)

Purchased a cat harness and it was a bit too small for my cat. I called the customer service line to find out if I could swap it with a bigger harness. They were happy to send me a new one for free and told me to donate the smaller harness to a shelter. So wonderful to deal with companies like this. Will be your customer for a long time to come.

I have been purchasing from Pet Circle for a while now.
For me it removes a significant amount of shopping, as I purchase for 3 dogs and 3 cats.
The variety available is excellent, and the delivery turn around is amazing!
Typically deliveries are within 48 hours, with only one being at 72 hours (3 days!)

Keep an eye on the price you are charged versus the advertised price!

I've been a customer for nearly 5 years, using the auto delivery service to feed my various pets premium, prescription diets. Over that time, I've never thought to check the prices being charged to my card were the actual advertised prices. This week, I was at my local vet getting my dog treated and saw that they stocked the diet I feed him and decided to compare the prices quickly. I saw, to my surprise, that although the PetCircle website had his food advertised at $114.43 for auto delivery customers, I was charged $130 to my card. I checked the previous couple of months and although I can't verify what the advertised price was at those times, what I paid was pretty much the same as I can buy at my local vet.
Figuring it was a mistake, I contacted Customer Service and it's been a joke. They've claimed that the prices change 'sometimes every hour' and therefore they can't guarantee what you'll actually be charged! And I was just unlucky to have placed an order when the price went up? Funny that, because since this happened, late last week, their advertised price has remained UNCHANGED.
To add insult to considerable injury, one of the customer service said the refund they would process was a 1-time courtesy on their part! Really?
Suffice it to say I've cancelled my auto delivery and will be supporting my local vet in future where at least I know the price on the sticker is the same one I'll enter my pin on with my card.
A shocking end to what I always thought was a good service - who knows how much I've been ripped off over the last 5 years?

Be very careful of prices - they have risen each month I've ordered

In May after Costco discontinued selling the Catsan Clumping Litter Pet Circle started to advertise on the radio. They had the litter and some other products I regularly bought. The litter was a tiny bit more expensive than Costco which was around $17.
In May, I paid $18.85 for a 15kg box. Then in June the price went up to $19.95 (I didn't notice the change). Today I went to place another order - the price is $21.79 - for a one off order which I have done with each order. That is over a 15% price increase in only 2 months.

You can place an order with Pet Circle that automatically re-orders your product at intervals that the customer picks. I wonder if people who have done this are actually paying the price that they originally paid when they set their order up, or are the unknowingly being charged more????

I did do an online chat with Pet Circle and they said they would let me order only for today at the original price - but I do not want to be the customer of a business that can increase prices so much and so fast. That is a pretty dodgy way to do business.

ALSO I wasn't happy with their deliveries. Their driver just left the product on the door step without ringing the doorbell on the first order. On the second order he only left 1 of 3 boxes. He returned 4 hours later with the rest of the order. Both times he didn't ring the doorbell.
My delivery instructions were pretty clear - if no one is home, the boxes need to put up the driveway in front of the garage - there have been thefts of deliveries in this area. I did contact them about this, and someone was going to get back to me - they haven't.

If you do decide to purchase from Pet Circle make sure you check the prices each time you order -- as the [name removed], who I chatted with said, their prices fluctuate.

I tried buying something online at petbarn. Their website is woeful. It simply wouldn't let me buy anything. I called their customer service number and it wasn't connected! Seriously. So I googled and found petcircle.com.au. Amazing. Easy to use website and the price here was the same as petbarns 'special price'. And its this price all the time! I ordered and my food was delivered in two days. It was free delivery too. Doesn't get any better. Thanks Pet Circle.

Poor service

I ordered for the first time yesterday around 10am, as we are very low on food for the dogs I thought 1-2 days we would be fine. I rang today to find out when my order will be delivered and I was told it should be dispatched Thursday. What about 1-2 days delivery I was then told there is a disclaimer on the website about the delivery delay because of the warehouse move, that was no help what so ever. So now I might get my order on Monday a whole 5 working days from the order date, I will now have to buy some dog food to get my dogs thru until this order arrives if in fact it ever arrives. Pretty quick to take your money but not so good with delivery times and customer service. Very frustrated, at least you can go to pet barn and the stock is there

Was not expecting a 2 week delay (and still waiting)

Similarly to [name removed] review, I must say this has been a terrible experience.
I made my order on June 15 and received a receipt of my purchase. Having opted for the auto-delivery, I got an email noting that this has been confirmed. I was pleased with this. What happened next shocked me. No tracking number was provided, no order confirmation, no shipping notice. I kept clicking on 'Track my order' on my orders, and nothing appeared. Being optimistic, I had hoped that the order would turn up the next day. It never arrived.

On June 22, I finally received an email stating that my order has left the warehouse, with a tracking number that only works on the Petcircle site. I tried to use this tracking number on the courier site, and was advised that this is not a valid tracking number.

It is now June 28. I have yet to receive my order. My dog has been surviving on food from the local grocer for the past 3 days. I am unsure if this is a problem due to the warehouse move (which has made an advertised 2-day metro delivery, to a now 9-working day and still waiting), or due to the partnered courier. But this is a terrible service and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Subscriptions and auto-delivery cancelled.

Long deliveries and messed up orders

Have stuck with these in the past as they are generally cheaper but deliveries take up to 2 weeks, they contacted me last week to say their delivery partner lost my address so i had to confirm it with them, dont know why since Pet Circle have my address, then i see the driver on my camera just drop the order at the door. i also ordered a dog bed which was a lot smaller than what the website states, now i have to return it. I will try elsewhere.

Don't set re order, you can check out but never leave

Signed up as got discount voucher, choose rrorder. Tried to cancel re order as did didn't like product and ordered a different product. Rang to check change was processed. Two days later got 2x 15 kg dry dog food. Still can't cancel reorder so pushed back to 2020. Never recieced the sign on credited that made be bother with this service. Hope to be able to cancel reorder soon . Want to n go back to a normal shop.

When I ordered from Pet Circle (for the first time) I ordered a 10 Kilo Bag of litter plus food. The delivery arrived and the man refused to bring it up to our unit, by lift, saying he was too busy and told my elderly husband to come down and get it. the box was so heavy, my husband could hardly carry it. If he hadn't been home, there is no way I could have carried it Is this your normal delivery procedure? If so I will not be ordering from you again.

I have just bought simparica for my dog who had never had fleas at our old house but since moving was creating her own little colony right there on her back.
Worked within 24 hours and no reaction from it.. no more fleas

do you send orders by Australia post or a courier? couriers DO NOT come here but they say they do. and I spend weeks trying to find where it was dumped. eventually shows up in Baradine and as I do not have a car this is not suitable. australia post delivers all the way to or small village. regards chris Matthews..... chris @apolaris.com
