BOOKING AND CHANGING IT!
I made a booking last night and then couldn't get direct flights so this morning I needed to change it. Ruxandra was excellent, very kind and efficient and within 5 minutes she had organised it. Easy.Samantha B

Natasha K answered our call and boy were we lucky. So friendly helpful and empathetic to our situation. We didn't even realise that our reservation was for one person and we are travelling as a couple. No problem Natasha fixed it up!!!We are just waiting on confirmation of our transfer reservation with LE transfer provider partner.

I have purchased through Scoopon on numerous occasions and have always been happy with my goods and/or services.Recently purchased a hotel stay and had a query and the most helpful and professional customer service representative, Ruxandra, assisted me quickly and followed up with a confirmation email about the query. Great service and nothing was a problem for Ruxandra during my call.

Why is my purchase saying upcoming.?
I’m on hold AGAIN for the 2nd day in a row. Asked for call backs but no one’s called. Apparently I’m next in the queue - gosh the person before me must be having a full on rant! I’ve also sent a request for a refund for a voucher I cannot redeem as the person - HOLACONLOLA - doesn’t answer emails, her phone and her booking page doesn’t work. Feeling frustrated!!!!!!! Can someone contact me please?

I also got a call back from an original message - it was at 11pm! They left a voicemail (I was fast asleep!) to say they were returning my call. Too funny.
