Good sales experience

Badly damaged product delivered in July 23. Spas Direct unhelpful and ignored emails and communications for almost 6 months. They refused to replace our spa and by the time we received all the parts to fix it, there were cracks in the acrylic as well which Spas Direct are now claiming is our fault. We should never have accepted delivery of the product and instead cancelled payment via a credit card dispute. Now we are stuck with a spa that we have not been able to use since paying $8000 for it. Communication was poor, after sales is shocking and absent. Never reply , storage fees are 4.5% of total value if order if your late collecting and worse still. I asked about the power set up for a swim spa. Was told its usual set up with an isolator. So I thought tops $1500. We are now looking at a 3 phase conversion and around $6000 to just hook it up. Great communication with help on choosing which spa and exptected arrival. We ordered a heat pump, which was damaged previous to arriving to us. Credit to Spas direct replacing the damaged heat pump and not making the process too difficult. Young family loves the Santa cruz, should have purchased one years ago. I purchased the Ocean Deluxe Spa with recommendation of the sales person. I explained that my Husband and myself suffer a multitude of various ill health. He also recommended a grab rail of which I said that we would like 2 so that when we use the steps that we feel confident when going in and coming out. On the 10th business day our Spa arrived with no grab rails or steps. Apparently, steps are paid for separately (salesman failed to inform us, he knew about the health problems) and none came. The grab rails also didn’t come (these paid for) a... Read morend was told that they weren’t ordered and would have to wait another 7-10 business days. The professional delivery person couldn’t understand also how our order was so wrong. He was told by his boss (separate company) to help us to attach steps and grab rails. What a joke from Spa Direct company. I asked for a refund from Spa Direct for the grab rails, but was told that it wasn’t possible. Please look elsewhere as the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Please bring back the owner who apparently would make sure the customer is happy and receive all that is ordered.Perfect, my favourite item at home!!

I was offered 'three free filters' to take my original review on here down.I did remove it and informed them but was never sent the promised three free filters.
The ordering supplies part of the website says to 'SMS for delivery costs' despite filters being "FREE delivery", which can cause some people confusion... "Just ignore the message when ordering filters...they are FREE delivery" they said.

Brought a swim spa from spa direct Dandenong show room . Upon delivery the spa was well wrapped and packed everything seemed as it should . The truck driver unwrapped it for us , too find two broken panels . Where the panels are broken could not have happen via the delivery driver . Upon getting it off and inspecting behind the broken panels. The frame that the panels secured too are broken in the whole one half of the spa , 6 months later we still have this issue of a damaged spa . From start to finish, our Spas Direct experience was 2nd to none. Nothing was to hard and what small concerns we had were dealt with very promptly. Delivery and placement of the spa was very easy. We use the spa every 2nd day even in winter and has become a centre piece of our home. It's simple to maintain.We love it. Afterrnoon. Although we enjoy our spa we ha ve a lot of issues with scum forming on the top during and after use. we understand that our skin has natural oils that may come out. however, we had a Jadan spa for 11 years and never ever had this issue. can you help us out at all with this issue. Does anyone have the santa cruz swim spa? I'm trying to find out what I need the electrician to install but the local people can't give me a direct answer, supposedly there is a circuit diagram on the door of the spa, anyone have a picture of theirs?

Concerning the new issue reported after six months of use – the crack in the acrylic – this was not present or reported during the initial assessments, nor was it identified by our technician during the visit.
