Poor delivery time

9 days after placing my order I still had not received any dispatch confirmation. On calling their customer service number I was advised the product had not actually been in stock when I placed the order- this information was not provided when placing the order - but would now be in stock the next business day and sent express post. 5 business days later and on checking the aus post tracking information I may not receive it until another 4 business days; seems unlikely it was sent express delivery. A disappointing experience and would not use this website again, particularly if I wanted to receive my item within a couple of weeks of purchase! Show details
