Connection Type: NBN HFC (Cable)

Another disgruntled customer after only a few days after connection

The 100 mbps service I am using now is no faster than pre-NBN cable by Telstra.
At this point I have no critical issues.
But it's already clear to me that their version of customer service is about as bad as it can get.
Inexcusable waiting times that always exceed 30 mins (I ring off at that point).
Links that don't work.
Procedures that don't work.
Yes it's the lowest cost, but I think I may have made a serious mistake & already I am considering a contact cancellation.
One good thing - set up was quite quick everything done in about 2 weeks!
And one other good thing - when you eventually speak to cust serv. it's an English speaking Aussie!!!!!
It defies any logic how they expect to survive with such hopeless service, the pre-planning must have been near non-existent.
Whoever is responsible should be publicly flogged.
