We have six retail stores and several residential investment properties. Rolling out the NBN has been the most frustrating process imaginable. I come from a background of project management and find it difficult to believe that a large organisation such as Telstra in a first world country like Australia can be so inefficient. The unnecessary down-time to our business has been seriously damaging and the delays in getting internet and phones to one of our new residential properties is coming close to us losing our tenants. Despite all this there is no escalation process, each time you phone Telstra or NBN you are connected to someone from India who has no idea how to address the problem. NBN blames Telstra and Telstra blames NBN but nothing is resolved. Unbelievable!
