Is It Really The Best Blender?

5 out of 5, reviewed on Nov 10, 2015, viewed 3493 times

If you are looking for a powerful, value-for-money blender that is family-friendly, this could be the blender for you. When I purchased my Optimum 8200 Blender from www.froothie.com.au, I was initially worried as it came with the wrong jug; however staff were so helpful and quick in sending out the right jug, as well as a free nut milk bag.

Blender makes everything to a great consistency - crushed ice, smoothies, raw ice cream, hot soups, almond meal, omelettes and even rice flour. Better than Nutribullet, comparable to higher priced Vitamix and Blendtec.

A few great features this blender has are: an overload switch (minimises risk of overheating), 6 blades (more efficient than most others that have 2-4 blades), a 3 horse-power motor (38000rpm), and the Low-High and 30-90second buttons (allowing you to organise the kids in-between smoothies).

My only suggestion would be to increase the warranty period, though having a 5 year warranty already included is still pretty good. Overall in my opinion a great little Aussie-owned quality product.
