Pathetic service

On 6 November 2014, I ordered a pair of Cancer Council Sunglasses from Vision Direct Web site. Advised the items ordered were discontinued and expensive alternatives were offered. I ordered 2 different pair of Cancer Council glasses, Vision Direct received the stock, failed to advise me of the stock arrival. I do accept additional payment was needed and note I had emailed authority to charge my account the the extra. December 14 2014, still waiting for delivery. Very pathetic company, who I would suggest you avoid.
