Disappointing

I ordered a product, waited 7 business days, heard nothing, no email, no phone call.
I rang Always on Sale, they said they would get back to me, didn't hear anything. Called again, customer service person was very helpful, however she told me that my order had not gone to the supplier, and they would need to reissue the order, and I would need to wait another 7 days.
Lack of communication was disappointing, a lesson that you should pay attention to comments and reviews from previous shoppers.
They seem to have no problem taking money out of your account straight away, without issuing an invoice. Will be interested to see how long it takes from the money to be returned.
Do not recommend, not worth the muck around

Afternoon, I am very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with your order. Are you able to please respond with your order confirmation number if you have it handy or simply your first and surname and i will commence investigations immediately for you. Hope to hear back soon. The saga continues. After speaking to the customer service person and cancelling my order. I received an email saying a new order had been placed and dispatched. I did not authorise this new order, it was done without my knowledge. Once again I contacted AOS - I skipped the customer servcie operator and asked to speak to a team leader. Once again, seemingly very helpful. He apoligises for the mess around, and offered a $50 voucher (which I declined because I will never use AOS again) I demanded to have my money refunded immediately, as I had cancelled my order. After some convincing this was agreed - I was assured it would be processed straight away. Fast forward two weeks, still no refund in my account. Rang and spoke to customer service operator, said they would look into it and get back to me. AGAIN - no call back. I called again the following day, and they explained my refund has been authorised but not processed. I have AGAIN, asked for a call back from the team leader to discuss this issue, as not good enough. Will be highly surprised if I get a call.
