Cancelled my Order on 28.7.18 and Requested Refund. Still waiting on 20.8.2018!!!

I made a purchase on-line. A few days later when I realised their warehouse was overseas - I cancelled my order. They accepted this cancellation - and since then it has been a back and forth conversation via their ticket system - where each time they say they will contact their Accounts Department as a matter of urgency - and 23 days later still nothing. The ONLY way to contact them is via their Ticketing System!! No phone number can be found. The very worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Will keep you up to date with my progress - as I am NOT giving up!!

Update 5.9.2018. I contacted my Bank and asked for their assistance. Within 5 days the Refund was in my Account. 34 days from Cancelling my Order to receiving my Refund. Buyers beware - Shopping Square answer all questions via email (Ticketing System) but always the same Standard Reply ........ but no action. As I told them - I will NEVER shop with Shopping Square again. Once bitten, twice shy!!!
