Uncomfortable shoes and bad service!

Nine west has the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn! They are unwearable, they hurt every part of your foot. Customer service is shocking, they don't actually reply to your emails. I sent two emails months apart, it was only when I messaged them on social media they actually responded. Unhelpful and rude advice, will never be buying anything from Nine West again.
