Excellent

Great - I've made raviolo with this very happily. It really helps to have been shown by an experienced pasta maker what the dough consistency should be, and how to use it, though. I'm not sure the instructions would be enough without that.
Easy and quick to assemble and use, works very well. Nice deep clamp (I have thick benches).
