Mobile Warranty Repair Disaster

I purchased 2 x Samsung S7 mobiles from Shopping Square. Not even a week of owning them they stopped picking up signal and weren't useable. Sent them to Shopping Square for a warranty repair/replacement. It has now been 2 months and I still haven't received them.
Shopping Square advised it normally only takes 2-4 weeks for a warranty repair but haven't given any reasoning as to why mine have taken so long.
Highly recommend buying things from other reliable websites as these guys obviously don't know what customer service is and their service centre isn't based in Australia!!
