Customer support no help and product late !!!

I made my purchase online on 30th April 2018 from Shopping Square, a company I have used several times before. My purchase was for 128gb micro usb which I needed urgently as I had just bought a new tablet and needed large storage. NOT having received the item by 9th May I communicated via e-mail asking where my order was. They told me that my order was being sourced overseas and that it would take 2-4 weeks. I explained my urgent need but the pleas fell on deaf ears. I had no support from Customer support!!! My last correspondence with then was yesterday when I voiced my disgust at their service, only to be told to contact them if my order had not arrived by EARLY JUNE. I needed this for use with my work and they are just unhelpful, useless and do not care!!!
