After reaching out to Cygnett with an issue with my old Power Bank 20K which couldn't be fixed they very generously replaced it with a new one. I have had the new one for a couple of weeks now and it is working fully as expected. Thank you Cygnett and the Customer Care Team.

fidelity (i.e. sound quality) of the unit as a music player or BT speaker is held back by a couple things: 1) The bluetooth in the unit is only capable of the most basic "SBC" bluetooth codec rather than more dynamic codecs such as AptX or LDAC which most mobile phones and streaming services can use these days, and 2) the tiny audio amplifier built-in to the unit produces no bass and almost no treble, which is a shame because the twin speaker drivers combined with the passive bass radiator incorporated in the body of the unit as well as the extra weights used in the cabinet can all produce much better sound if you just feed them a better audio signal. In summary, the physical design and build of the speaker is very good, but the internal electronics which Cygnett paired with it prevent the speaker from showing you what it really can do. But for the price it is pretty good value.

EDIT 3rd december 2024 - Emailed cygnett about this after no one reached out to me. No apologies in email and instead told their system didn’t read part of my address, even though again i entered it in correctly and have multiple emails with proof of me typing in full address. It is resent then i see yet again on australia post my address was not entered correctly for a second time. Serious incompetence and with no apology very disappointing. I mean twice entering my address incorrectly is inexcusable especially after speaking to someone directly and telling them what my address is exactly. I then have to contact auspost to redirect this second parcel to the correct address; australia post then comes at a time i am not home and takes parcel to post office so i then have to leave my home to collect it. This has been a “3 business days from processing” parcel into two whole weeks… I begin to use the portable charger tonight and could not even charge my phone half way without the charger then dying. Wish I had never spent my money on this such a waste of my time and money. Can get much better elsewhere

Bought the Cygnett Outdoor Solar Power Bank 20000 few months ago but one of the USB-A ports fell out of place inwards. Cygnett customer service were quick to action and offered a replacement under warranty. The 30000 power bank was chosen as a replacement. day). 50% remains after 8 hours of use from a full charge and it powers the dashcam even not fully e.g. 79% charged. The outdoor powerbank couldn’t power the dashcam if not fully charged. The 30000 powerbank is a good replacement. Happy with Cygnett products and customer support.

Selling Damaged Products – Extremely disappointed with the recent online purchase of a Cygnett Power Bank directly from Cygnett. The product arrived in a frayed and already open box. There was no instructions and the power back was marked and greasy spots it’s evident they simply passed on a customer return or broken stock. The unit did not work properly. Cygnett USB C to USB C charger---- a disappointment – Cygnett USB C to USB C charging cable is horrendous. Despite their lifetime warranty, I have in 2 years swapped out twice and yet the third cable still has connectivity issues.
