minor functional error. I made contact and explained the issue I discovered. The response was quick and offered repair (if possible), replacement (if available) or a refund. The physical condition and quality of the phone (apart from the error) was flawless, “as new” condition, so I opted for repair. I was kept updated at every stage of the return, the progress of the repair and advised once the repair was completed successfully. I have the phone back now and everything operates as it should. I ran my own diagnostics and all functions passed. Thank you again.

They did not have the item in stock at the local store but it was in stock in other states. From time of order it was ready to pickup after 2 days. The counter staff member was polite and handed over my order after verification. The GPU was brand new and in a sealed ASUS box with protective plastic peel in place. I installed it in my PC and it is working well. The Umart purchase process was efficient and therefore I am sure I will use Umart again.
