hell they still have a website operating. You would think that Google should have some form of protection against RIP-OFF merchants. I tried to get in touch with Google to no success. Anybody with know-how might give it a try Good Luck to you all.
Can we just put no stars? – Its really simple. one of the scammers. They actually left her out front to take the abuse and field the questions for a while. At one point, child receptionist put me onto [Names Removed] who claimed the ACCC had supported their efforts to continue trading and that my order was getting ready for delivery. She was going to send me the delivery notification. She never got back to me. Then they stopped responding at all. That was 14 months ago. Until 30 November 2017, the website was soliciting new orders despite knowing that they could not fulfil their existing orders. This is not just a business that just happened to go under. This is a fully operating scam.
We were scammed – To anyone that has been caught if you did interest free with them as we did with ge card . We emailed the latitude Finance that control the ge card and have told then of none delivery of our hut and with in a week they reversed the transaction.we thought we would be $4250 out of pocket.so if you went interest free you will get you money back. I know it does not help everyone but it’s something.
Bali hut – We ordered a bali hut in march 17 and finally got it delivered 4 months later. I believe the only reason i got it was because we used their interest free option. Therefore they didn't get paid until it was delivered. We consider ourselves very lucky. I echo everything i read on here .will not return calls etc.very dodgy company indeed
Worst Business experience ever – They are full of promises and do not deliver without constant hounding after months. deal with Airmaze and will forever regret the one time i did not check reviews first. For peace of mind do not do business with these people. I am just glad its over after many disappointments.

everyone I kept ringing and emailing one excuse after another and by January 2017 I started to read reviews just like these and realised they were no longer able to be contacted. Then Da Dar... Airmaze purchased tropical life I signed new contracts with them because as part of the take over they took all of Tropical life customers and promised to supply all the bali huts. And here we go again lots of phone calls emails excuses and then, you can't contact them no emails. So now I am not able to join the Slater and Gordon legal group as I am a tropical life customer. The two companies are linked as I dealt with [name removed] at both companies. So just to finish my rant I hope karma bites them all. I have very little hope of getting anything back and will just have to remind myself, this was a hard expensive lesson in don't trust anyone. Ever...
Deceit at Airmaze – I also have been ripped off. Paid in August $ 3,300. Have heard nothing from Accouter Pty Ltd. Can't speak to anyone. No emails returned. I will be contacting Slater and Gordon.
Legal recourse – For those customers who have suggested Slater and Gordon may take on the case, please be advised that this is not so. They alao said we would all be better off contacting a legal entity as a group and not as individuals. The advice was to form a group, document everything, all debts and alleged malpractices, and then advocate on the basis of a group. Someone could start a closed group on Facebook, for example, and go from there.
Where is my bamboo fence? – October 2017 AIRMAZE did not deliver the on the bamboo fence. Airmaze took my money. AIRMAZE has dishonour the contract. "Bali Hut" – Placed order in April 2017, paid deposit, it is now Nov 2017, all we have received is a picture via text of 2 packs of timber with our name on it, easily done. said that there hasn’t been much movement lately. Was told about a month ago that they were struggling but stupid me didn’t take any notice. Even had [name removed] come and do a final inspection a couple of weeks ago and no mention.

and was told it would be about six weeks until delivery, I paid $1782 deposit and another $3920 eight days later with a left over balance of $1426 to be paid on the day of delivery, that was on July the 4th! We have made so many calls and emails ( phone calls recorded by us) always with the same reply that someone will be in touch and nothing, I am so angry, this was money left to me, how can someone rip you off like this?
We have been dealing with the ACCC and they are investigating them and we are looking into taking them to court. if it's the last thing I do I will get my mums hard earned money back so I can have my memory place, I am so angry but a big believer in karma.
Absolute con – I too have paid in full for a gazebo and no delivery after two months. Same experience as others with not being able to contact them by email, phone or Facebook messenger. I paid by credit card so my bank is now following this up for me.

them to police, saw [Name Removed] face to face promised bali hut delivery, [Name Removed] says she has dogs trained to attack and would contact all their customers Monday 30th October, no result. Have done a lot of research on this couple and their actions and they have done this kind of thing before.
For those of you trying to contact them, the factory was shut down Monday, they have no office staff, any factory workers were told not to come in last friday and the factory Monday [Name removed] was there with a guard dog and told workers they have gone into liquidation.

refund your money as you haven't received your purchase. They will then chase Airmaze, better a large company doing it than you. They will get results. These people should have to sell everything they own to pay back all their clients who trusted them. They both should be languishing in a jail cell somewhere with a disgruntled client as their cell mate. Wouldn't that be justice.

AIRMAZE HAVE APPEAR TO HAVE GONE BROKE! THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED AS OF TODAY – We have lost $12736.00 and no gazebo. These people are just bad people. We have been chasing them for months and even Friday were told it was coming. Can anyone see their facebook pages??? Airmaze or Tropical Lifestyle by Airmaze I can't get through on any numbers mobile or landline. There message banks are full. Is anyone else taking legal action??

Every time the contract was amended it boldly said to enter a contract you must sign and return this document. My 69 year old mother handed over her credit card details so we would be ready to go straight away if we went with them (I did not know this and older people aren't aware of the dishonest way business may be done these days) and Airmaze just took the deposit. A week later they rang saying when will we be paying the next part payment. My mother isn't well and nearly passed out.
They are trying to say her giving them their credit card was agreement to a contract. We are now in the process of going to our bank to get the money back and if that doesn't work the Tribunal to get our deposit back. They are saying that in that week they ordered our pergola so we had to pay for the costs they incurred. Can anyone that has read these reviews believe that they could manage to get anything ordered in a week when there are people on here waiting a year or 12 months to get their pergolas? Go anywhere but here. You obviously have to do a lot before the authorities shut you down in this country. Just does not care !!!! – I ordered a timber pergola in July and it didn't get finished at all as I had to get another contractor to finish the project in October. Communications between Mark and myself was nothing short of disrespectful and non existent.

Shameful service -non delivery of goods – Ordered a Balinese Hut 5 x 3 - on June 16th paying a $2540.00 deposit. With countless phone calls, emails texts, to your company I am still awaiting for an ETA. Sick of all your excuses - Manager in Meeting, family sick etc etc.. you really don't care and you're happy to string people along. Stay away, will take money and not deliver – I paid $3000 up front for a Bali hut to be delivered in May as per the contract. They were great to begin with until the money was paid than communication basically stopped. Months of delays and false promises and still no bali hut. Have to now resort to court proceedings to reclaim my deposit, unless they go into bankruptcy which I imagine is likely.

Do not give this company any money – Paid $900 deposit for a Pergola in June. As of today I have cancelled my order, 5 months and still nothing. They don't return emails, phone calls, text messages. I have wasted huge amounts of time and money on building permits, structural drawings etc and they can't even be bothered to respond to a phone call. Avoid at all costs.

Numerous phone calls and emails have all yielded estimated delivery dates that have not been honoured and assurances that the owner will phone me tomorrow (alas tomorrow never comes...). I tried posting on their facebook page (as others here said they got a response that way) but no joy, post removed within 5 minutes and I now appear to be blocked from commenting :( I paid by credit card and am currently trying to recover funds through card dispute.

through our property, which was stressful in itself) the company walked away three days later. Airmaze took over and we signed a new contract. The same as in other reviews, phone calls, emails etc etc. The only time I received any contact from management was when I placed a negative review here. I was contacted and told that negative feedback would only delay my roof further and if I took it down, they would get my roof fixed in the next few weeks.. That was May. Another phone call we were told that because we had been soooo patient, we would be placed at the top of the list. We don't believe you anymore. I really don't care what is personally happening in your life, just as you have not cared what is happening in mine. This is business and obviously you really don't care too much about yours. To have a successful business there needs to be honesty and integrity. Please don't bother contacting us (wouldn't hold my breath anyway) as we have contacted another company and they are doing cartwheels to help us. Moving on.

Phone calls & E-Mails to the office, the Stirrups were finally delivered on 24th. Aug. (messages left on the Managers Mobile Ph. were never responded to, he doesn’t reply to E-Mails or to staff requests to contact customers)
Further inquires to Airmaze gained no information regarding the ETA of our Colorbond Roofing. If the Manager is out of the office, no one is in charge. Every inquiry has to go through the Manager. The office staff can’t even tell us if the Roofing has been ordered. (They’re probably on Stop Credit with Colorbond or their Supplier, have a Cash Flow problem, or are trading while Insolvent).
Unfortunately, like so many others, we are ignored, lied to, and continually fobbed off with excuses. They take your money & don't supply all the contracted goods. To me that is Theft.
They complain that having to respond to so many negative Reviews sets their production back, resulting in delays in delivery. We are waiting on our Colorbond Roofing, (delivered direct from the manufacturer) That has nothing to do with their production schedule. More lies.
Surely the Management has some business brains that would know that if you corresponded honestly, (no lies), and promptly, (if you say you will contact a customer by Phone or E-Mail, do so within a day or so), your negative reviews would be minimal or non-existent.
