hasn't even left Melbourne yet. Its still sitting there. And will still take days to get here. Had waste more money, get shoes from rebel down the road, just so had them for what was needed for. Worst part, No communication with them, they don't reply to emails. When they do. Not their problem, they sent them, it's the delivery people haven't delivered. Well why not use a provider that actually delivers. Maybe get return customers then. Total disappointment and waste of money. Not even a refund for the money wasted on express post. Just ignore me and don't care.

Will definitely use a provider that communicates with customers and actually delivers items next time.

Will send shoes back, or take them into shop when they arrive, if they ever do. Was going upload photos to show been sitting Melbourne for last few days, but won't let me upload photos.

I thought it was a bit of food but on close inspection I notice that it was the ?coating?enamel, I don't know what are they coating with, the dot was the size of a pin dot. I emailed Baccarat and Robert very helpful and efficiently, asked me to send pics of the dish, inside and outside, the kind of stove I use. They approved my claim and sent a new casserole. Unfortunately, the new one had a small line, less than one centimeter long on the wall of the dish (inside). I emailed Baccarat and sent photos and again Robert was amazing. He sent the photos to the team who inspect the faults and then he said that the best thing to do was to issue a gift voucher to purchase one at House and he was going to send me a return label so I could post the faulty one. Today I received the gift voucher. THANK YOU BACCARAT AND SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ROBERT! Attached are two photos, one of each of the dishes. The first one is the one with the dot and the second with the small line on the side.

Ordered a heater from Billy's and others have noted, I didn't receive any communications from them once I'd paid... About 2 weeks went by and I thought it was strange, so I looked into it and (finally) read their reviews.. Low and behold when I called them, they said that the item was on back-order with their supplier.. Funny that, considering it seems to be their standard line to everyone. I ended up calling the supplier myself, and amazingly they advised that the heater I had purchased had not been sold in Australia for years! So no idea where Billy's was even getting this old stock from...

I called Billy's and cancelled the order, and they advised that they would send it to their accounts department for refund. What a load of trash, are they the only online store in the world that can't automatically refund a sale when it's cancelled?? So as others have also said, it didn't get refunded. It took another phone call to Billy's to ask why, the guy said he'd take care of it that afternoon. That didn't happen, obviously. So I've had to make a chargeback through my CC company now.

An absolutely untrustworthy and deceitful company, who lie and steal straight to their customers faces... I have absolutely no idea how they are still trading. I will be reporting them to fair trading, and I recommend that everyone else that has an issue with them do the same, as that's the only way dodgy companies like this get put out of business and stop wasting peoples time.

great, we ordered an A grade but it was pretty much a new phone. No noticeable damage, had a new screen protector on when it arrived, came with a nice case and a 3rd party usb charging cable. Battery life was great. Overall, happy with the product.
