Sent Large Got Small – I ordered a Large Jacket and it took 6 weeks to arrive. When I tried it on it was like a small not large It would be lucky to fit my 13yr old nephew. I emailed them days ago and got no response even though they say they will respond within 48hrs. Looks like I've done my dough on this one. I actually thought it was another reputable site. It looks like spam got through my filter.

Quick Delivery, no issues! – I always use to buy discounted movie tickets without any issues. I ordered and received within the advertised delivery timeframe, infact towards the earliest than latest. Not sure why they don't sell Event cinemas tickets anymore. Not sure why there have been negative reviews here. I would recommend them unless things have now changed. Reliable & Discount

( there online tracking is terrible ! ) Cheap, easy to use website They give you a joining discount of $10 which you only see in your emails after the order has been completed ( if ordering the first time , register an account and get the discount code off your email before shopping ). They also put a massive sticker over the box to prevent you trying to return to Myers etc ( so you can't really use the product as a gift )

Truly dreadful – I tried to use a $100 gift voucher with lots of problems. I couldn't use it on-line, the item didn't come - they didn't tell me……the problems went on and on. There are too many good online discount companies to bother with using one like this. Vote with your feet and take your money elsewhere!

Tricky, dishonest and unreliable. Read others' experiences before you order anything from them – Bought some gift vouchers from them and one of them was missing. Called them and they said they cannot help as it is like losing cash since they cannot verify. Very tricky terms and conditions and fine print. No right for the customer and very unhelpful. I wonder how they are still in business. Would never use them again.

they had cancelled the order and they had not even bothered to inform me. To make matters worse I had a $10 discount voucher which I used to purchase the product and lost that too. I feel Always on Sale is a very unreliable and unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

call me back after speaking to the warehouse. No call came my way, so I called again and was told the same thing, no call came my way, this happened again. So I called again and was provided no additional information, I firmly emphasised I wanted to speak to a manager and wanted a refund today. I finally received a call about 8 hours later from a manager that said he had just processed a refund for the vouchers I sent back. Yippee!! This organisation is filled with broken promises and no one prepared to take responsibility. My repeated follow ups were only responded to once I made firm demands. They don't value their customers nor their time. I will never ever use them again. Some business just don't get it and this is one of them!

despatched by the end of feb (over 4 weeks after ordering) i also recieved another email saying that it should be despatched within 48 hours if not they would contact me!

Anyway as i was in no rush forgot about it for a couple of weeks then yesterday asked for info, then checked the order tracker to find it had been cancelled and i was given a refund, now come on would it not have hurt to let me know that it had been cancelled! Very poor all round, i seriously suggest anyone considering ordering from here don't! On the upside at least i got my money back so will go spend it somewhere else now.

I buy a lot online and have never had anything like this before.

request an immediate refund. On 22/1/13 at 3.42PM I received an email saying that the goods had been sent in the last 24 hours. Upon checking with Australia Post I find that the goods were sent on 22/1/13 at 8.53PM well after I had requested a refund and to cancel my order!!

communication from them to say that there was a delay in sending out the item and had assumed it would be here for Christmas (it was a Christmas present). Not sure when I am getting the item as I have been waiting two days for the call back to let me know what is going on. This is the first time I have made a purchase from Always on Sale and it will be the last. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I wish I had bought the missing item of ebay but thought I would go with a 'real' retailer.

I finally recieve a generic email, saying "We are experiencing difficulty getting your item to you. If it is not despatched with 48 hours, somebody will call you." That was 3 days ago and no call. No further email. Come monday I will call to cancel and hope they will refund. No doubt that will not happen easily.

I'm going to write a letter to the ACCC asking them to check out these comments about this site, as something needs to be done about there product & service transperancies. Meanwhile I urge you all to take to social media and lets ensure everybody out there knows how poor this business is. I'm angry I have to give them 1 Star, you should be able to give no stars.

notice of dispatch and was therefore very concerned that I'd paid for two items and received one, as their website doesn't say things are dispatched separately unless you dig deep into the FAQ. Commence phone calls.

Call number one was on December 10. Very annoying auto phone system which asks me if I knew I could check the status of my order online was strike one: from the minute the money left my account to this day, the online system simply says "on order" which is not helpful or correct. Their customer service people are friendly enough and assured me the second part of my order was in process. I received the dispatch notice for the first part 2 days after the item had already been delivered, saying they still hoped to dispatch the other part within the promised 7 business days.

On December 18, I phone again to find out why I still have no advice on dispatch and no item. Told that the item had been out of stock (no reflection of that on the website) but they were getting a delivery that afternoon and I was listed as "priority" for dispatch. I said it was a Christmas present and was told that since it was Australia Post they couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas. Great. I point out that I have not had any contact from Always on Sale to keep me informed of the delay.

Christmas came and went, and so did New Year. On January 3 I make phone call number three. Another friendly CSO who also apologises and says he will investigate what is going on because it appears the product is in stock in the warehouse so he can't understand why it hasn't been dispatched. He promises to call me right back, taking an extra phone number as I have to go out. No phone call back.

Phone call number four was on January 4. This time, I'm advised that the item has now been dispatched (the previous afternoon). When I ask where my "priority phone call" is the latest friendly CSO tells me calls take 24 to 48 hours. Funny definition of "priority". When I also point out that the only communication I have had from Always on Sale regarding my order was a late dispatch notice on the part I did have, like the other three she said she would "pass on my feedback".

Like the other reviewers, I am unimpressed that an online website has no email feedback system and their "tracking" system is a sham. I can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the people on the phone but I feel sorry for them as their days must be spent trying to cover up this company's hopeless excuse for service. I think it is very poor business practice to charge people for items before there is any hope of dispatch and then to fail to follow their own service policy for keeping customers informed. "We're really busy" is not an excuse. Other very large companies manage it - I'll be sticking with those in future!

Now to wait for my item to turn up...

Got through to another rep who advised that they were still awaiting a response from their warehouse as to whether they even had the correct item in stock. She assured me that either herself or yesterday's rep would be back in contact that afternoon with 'hopefully, some good news'. It is now 28 december and i'm still waiting for that phone call and still waiting for the package. Cannot believe that an online retailer cannot be contacted by email! Absolutely disgusted with the service! I'm very aware of the fact that it is probably very busy for them at the moment during the christmas period but if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. After all, this is what their business is about!! The only reason they get 1 star from me is because they did honour their commitment to contact me via email if the item wasn't despatched in 7 business days - just a shame it all fell down after that.

despite their terms and conditions promising they will contact the customer if their order cannot be despatched within 7 business days.

Compare this with Amazon, where 100% of the 22 products I ordered had Arrived from the USA by 20 December (all in under 14 days, and some in under a week). The single star is because at least AlwaysonSale has real customer service staff to take your phone calls and tell you that you won't be getting the order you paid for, making them better than Fishpond who also take your money for products they have no guarantee of getting stock for but have no customer service number to call and ask why you haven't received your goodies.

So now I will have to go last-minute shopping for 6 people's Xmas presents this weekend in all the manic crowds - as their lack of communication about not being able to source the product after 2 weeks means there is not time to order online elsewhere. Not Happy, Jan! Appeared to have some great stock - it just isn't in stock. If you can wait several weeks, may be worth a try. Advertised products are not only not in stock- they may not be able to get them either - you can't tell

Lack of communication was disappointing, a lesson that you should pay attention to comments and reviews from previous shoppers.

They seem to have no problem taking money out of your account straight away, without issuing an invoice. Will be interested to see how long it takes from the money to be returned.
