Second order for a Stiebel Eltron hot water unit was stalled for two weeks. We are now told the item is damaged and will be another two weeks. Again cannot get rep to respond and am struggling to get a resolution. Worst purchasing experience I have ever had with terrible customer supprt.

display and the wires had to angle out to go around the display. I figured they'd sent us rails for a portrait display instead of the landscape we ordered. Contacted support, dealt with [Name Removed]. At first told us our windows weren't wide enough. I sent him our window measurements which were wider than required. Then told us to just have a 2 wide display. I told him if I wanted a 2 wide display that's what I would have ordered. I told him I just wanted the metal rails that the display hangs off to be wide enough and fit for purpose. So then he told me to cut them to make them fit, so I asked he was going to pay to have that done, no reply to that. He then told me that "if I like" I could send the whole lot back for a refund. We'd spent hours unpacking, taking off wrapping tape, bubble wrap etc from the 10 boxes it all came in. Now he doesn't respond at all. We would never ever use this company again, and we will be warning our group not to use them. Terrible customer support Update- received an email from [Name Removed] the next morning. Hey Doug, would you like me to cut a rail for you and send it over. [Name Removed] if you cutting is as bad as your customer service it'd be useless anyway

truck driver decided to dump the 100 kg unit from the back of the truck without using the unloading platform. On opening the box it appeared the plastic covers were cracked. We decided to request a replacement, filled in the requested form and supplied photo's. Initially they offered a refund of $ 200 if we accepted the scooter as is and increasing the offer to $500.00. We didn't accept this as we did not know if there was more damage done to the unit. So requested a replacement. A week after the delivery the scooter was collected for return. 3 days after collection I asked for status and reply was that item was not received yet and that after receipt it would take 4 - 8 days to assess the damage (It took us 10 minutes t make this assessment including unstrapping the package , opening the box and take photo's). Now 10 days after the scooter was collected for return we can't get information when we will receive the replacement and they even don't bother anymore in answering my emails. So if I don't today, 4th May, get a sensible reply I will innitiate a full return of the purchase price either through ebay or PayPal.

shortfall, by email, after opening the parcel, and included a photo of the inside of the box and its contents ( being x3units). I appropriately requested a refund for the missing unit which was never forthcoming. I followed this up again in May 2026, and Jun 2026, I only received a generic email, no refund, no apology. I posted a review on Trust Pilot and lo and behold UBuy responded stating that they had delivered all x4 units, which is a complete fallacy. This is disgraceful customer service, particularly given that the order prior to this one was also delivered short of a couple of units and an order prior to that one was delivered with a handful of units broken due to inappropriate packaging. I did not receive all x4 units, I only received x3 and UBuy should have honoured a refund because failure to do so is THEFT. Will never shop with them again! Order no. 182601123210.

yet almost every order has involved some kind of problem. Orders routinely arrive weeks later than promised, packages are delivered to the wrong location, items go missing, or shipments are inexplicably split up.
My latest order was the final straw. I was expecting three membership candles and received only one candle in an enormous box. Despite having delivery instructions on file, the package was left outside my building in New York City instead of at my apartment door. I am now missing two candles and have no idea where they are.
What's particularly frustrating is that I specifically requested my candles be shipped together because Luxuriate's fulfillment process is so slow and unreliable. Products often take 30 days or more to arrive, and by the time they do, there is always some new issue to deal with. Instead, my order was split, resulting in additional confusion and missing products.
I currently own two $300 candleholders that I can't even use because the company can't seem to successfully deliver the candles that go with them. At this point, I don't feel comfortable ordering gifts from Luxuriate because I have no confidence they'll arrive correctly or on time.
The products may be marketed as luxury, but the customer experience is anything but. Luxury pricing should come with reliable fulfillment, accurate deliveries, and responsive customer service. Instead, I've experienced repeated delays, missing items, delivery failures, and endless frustration.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, the operational execution is shockingly poor. After multiple chances and repeated disappointments, I can no longer recommend this company.
