Contacted support, dealt with [Name Removed]. At first told us our windows weren't wide enough. I sent him our window measurements which were wider than required. Then told us to just have a 2 wide display. I told him if I wanted a 2 wide display that's what I would have ordered. I told him I just wanted the metal rails that the display hangs off to be wide enough and fit for purpose. So then he told me to cut them to make them fit, so I asked he was going to pay to have that done, no reply to that. He then told me that "if I like" I could send the whole lot back for a refund. We'd spent hours unpacking, taking off wrapping tape, bubble wrap etc from the 10 boxes it all came in. Now he doesn't respond at all. We would never ever use this company again, and we will be warning our group not to use them. Terrible customer support Update- received an email from [Name Removed] the next morning. The product quality was just as bad as before—looking like production rejects or scrap material. Communication was strictly via email, and I even sent photos. They sent replacement parts, but they didn't fit—the dimensions were wrong. The battle dragged on for over six months. I finally gave up and just threw the cheap desks in the trash. Don't be fooled by the low prices. What you actually get is cheap junk made from manufacturing waste. That is the reality of the situation. The people behind this are from China; they speak the language and know how to access the Chinese market for manufacturing waste. They operate in the Australian and US markets, exclusively online. They know full well that customers in Australia have virtually no consumer protection—what exists is merely on paper. They face no consequences for shipping this shoddy goods and again,again ,again. When I realised that same morning I immediately sent an email but the reply was it would take 2 days for a response so I rang to cancel the order but was told ‘already picked/packed and sent for dispatch so nothing can be done.’ I was then told the jumpers were never $48.99 but that is untrue. I contacted the sales team but just kept receiving unhelpful ‘nothing could have been done’ but the items had not been dispatched when I called. Of course I can return them at my cost but that would make them even more expensive. I have bought many items from Innovations over the years but never again.
