I thought I was ok because of the extended warranty and I've never been so wrong. After months of waiting an answer and sending pictures of the phone (including a video!) I got the following message:

"As I further checked, your return request has been rejected due to physical damage. Please see attached file for details."

The "physical damage" is a MARK in the corner of the phone case (done during the first week of usage and after which I bought a case cover) and the phone worked fine for 1.5 years after that!

It's a joke!!.... lesson learned... I'll never buy again here and I'll make sure all the people I know don't buy here.

Waste of money and time – Very bad service. Haven't received any thing . Have to cancel order .but w8 for refund after 8 days .To call them waste your whole day. I hope I get my money back soon.

personal experience has always been a good one.

It's a shame about these other reviews and I hope they can start sorting out some of these issues. If only everyone had my experience.

Still got my phone – I bought a phone from ae this time last year, I wrote a review saying this site is legit but it does take time imo patience is important, but a year on and my phone is still in working condition, nothings wrong with it, still fast as when I got it no errors occur with it, once again thank you android enjoyed, guys you literaly have to wait, I forgot how long I waited but I still got my phone so thanks

Good Vendor – I found this company to be fine. Good range of products at very competitive prices. They were prompt and reliable. I had no need to contact them but they appeared to have plenty of ways to do so. I would use again and recommend.  Show reply

These guys are crooks – All the warning signs are there. The phone numbers don't work. When you go on the chat line on the website, you are talking to an automated computer response. You pay for express shipping (2-5 days) and then they add a 7 day "processing time" onto your order. When you request a refund, you get a "48 day processing period". Avoid Android Enjoyed like the plague.

Quick to take money but very slow to return it – I purchased my S7 Edge giving my delivery address, which I might add was accepted. responded indicating that as I live out of town I only use a PO Box for convenience. If the courier arrived at my residential address there would be no one home so therefore I would have to travel to their depot to retrieve my package. Anyway, as a result. I canceled my order giving their postal policy as a reason. They then took a day to respond and made out that they were doing me a favour by refund my money. They said that it would have to go to their accounts section where they would process the claim. How big is this company that they have a accounts area as well as an orders department etc? Anyway the bottom line is they took my money with a wink of an eye but took over a week to return it. Check out the fine print for an item listed as "Leaves warehouse in 3 – 7 days"

"This indicates a product is in expected to arrive at the warehouse imminently or is on order and will arrive shortly."

That translates to whenever they want to and you could be waiting for months or never see the product at all. There is nothing specific in that description that relates to the "Leaves warehouse in 3 - 7 days"

Seriously these people should not be in business.

Shocking customer service and missing items with no follow up or reply despite repeat emails – Bought a number of phones for my business and after 3 weeks I contacted them repeatedly as nothing had arrived. nothing. It's been almost over 2 months now and no contact from them. Ill report them to the authorities and fair trade and the police now. On principle. Send emails to them so you have a record. Buy your stuff elsewhere. From my experience, they cannot be trusted.

This company is a scam! – I paid for a phone about a year ago and I never got the phone because they rand out of stock or my money back either! No phone, no money back. Big loss for me but a gain for them.

Fraudulent – Ordered phone. Never got it. GusGus I'd emails back and forth promising refund. Bank refunded me but they never would've got their money back. Thank goodness it got taken down

Beware – I have been waiting since January for a refund for a phone I paid for but had to cancel as they could not supply. Never ever deal with this shonky company.

Never seen my mobile again after sent for repair – I bought my mobile almost two years ago. There was something wrong with it and they didn't want to take it for repair. Finally after two months of battle its been sent and it was last time when I saw it. Lies, delays and evasive answers.

sent an email outling the "Tests" they wanted me to do before sending the phone to hong kong.

I was to contact them after I had performed the tests. I waited another 47 mins on the follow up call, only now to be told I needed to send them a video of me performing the tests the requested. I am an uber driver and could not be 6 weeks without my phone to earn a living. Each time I called I was on hold in excess of 45 mins each time. Only to be the given the run around with goblley gook speak taking me back to the original video instructions. I will never ever deal with these people again. My phone is now a very expensive paper weight, that no one will touch because my phone is " under warranty"

Lies, delays, deflections and apologies, but no phone – I've used A-E twice before over the years and put up with delays because they were cheap, but eventually got my orders. got an email the next day claiming my phone was Ready To Ship and it'd be 1-2 days for courier pickup.

Day 6: Nothing. Emailed, no reply.

Day 7: Got a web helpchat operator who was courteous but useless with boilerplate answers and no information.

Day 8: Complained on here.

Day 9: Got a copypaste apology with a promise of an update in 1-2 days.

Day 15: No Update. Emailed again.

Day 16: More generic apologies, now blaming "purchase team" for not responding to internal enquiries.

Day 19: Still no ETA, cancelled order.

Day 20: Got another apology and promised refund in 25 days.

Day 50: Still no refund, filed transaction dispute with my bank and successfully recovered my funds several weeks later.

If this business was actually Australian they'd have been shut down years ago.

Don't buy from them – Bought OnePlus 3 and Huwei P9 from them. Stopped working after 8 months. Had warranty for 3 years. Very very very hard to contact. No response. Lost my money!

Worst retailer ever – Order never supplied and money never refunded. After several months transaction was disputed through my bank and I finally got my money back.

Disgraceful – Ordered 2 phones. They said both weren't in stock and didn't know when they would come. Asked for refund, they said they would provide. They said to make a charge back through my bank. Time limit for chargeback from bank has expired (3 months). Can't contact them now, phones are disconnected and they rarely reply to emails.

Do not purchase from this site! – Do not purchase anything from here! Was promised a refund, but have not received anything. So my bank has been disputing. Now all numbers are disconnected.

This site is no longer reputable – You may have noticed the Australian phone numbers are now missing, and they wont respond to emails. never showed up and they wont respond to my requests for refund. I had to go to VISA to get my money back. So I now have my money back, but after six months no response from Android-Enjoyed.

ALSO, they wouldn't honour a warranty claim I made last year on a faulty phone. I was able to send it to them free of charge, but never saw it again. They convinced me it was my fault (Sony Xperia died after taking it in the water, even though they are water resistant) which I reluctantly gave in on. With all the Xperia hype on this I thought I'd try A-E again, but got burnt.

So, yes, A-E have the best prices just don't expect any after sales support (if your purchase turns up at all). I took the risk, happy with my choice, risk-reward and all that.

Refund not received month after cancelling – T+Cs state 10 days refund after cancellation, AE said it will take 25 days but it still is not refunded MONTH after cancellation.

Do Not use these guys $800 down the drain – I brought a S7 Edge in Jan 17, I brought a 5 year warranty with it. The phone for no reason just stopped and now can't contact them by phone (disconnected) and they do not reply to emails. The phone I got was one for the Emirates??

Order cancelled by Android enjoyed the 5th of May still waiting for the refund ($700)! – I ordered a phone beginning of April 2018. My order has been delayed and finally cancelled the 5th of May. We are end of July and I'm still waiting for the refund despite several e-mails and phone calls. Don't order from them!

Don't buy from these guys – Promised a refund after poor service (failure to deliver within VIP time frames); never got refund - but not letting them get away with it, and will make sure we get our money back.

Garbage Business – These guys refused warranty on my phone by "assessing" pictures. Once reminded how consumer law actually works, they (extremely grudgingly) organised to have the phone returned to be assessed. This was months ago. No reply to emails. Nothing. Just threw my phone in to a void. Absolute garbage people running an absolute garbage business. It seems to be becoming unanimous, but hey here's my two cents. Avoid at all costs.

Atrocious. Just a big scam. Second rate products – They sent me a second-rate OnePlus 3T, which broke down after a couple of months and won't even give me a partial refund. Much better to buy from a trusted store, where you have a peace of mind with your purchase. Avoid at all cost.
