Liars and scam artists – We bought taps shower heads and toilets from these grubs, they were all about grabbing you money, everything we bought have broken didn't even last 12 months. Now can't find them. Importing crap and all the sales girls were more interested in making your husband, checking out their body parts, so they kept going back. Disgusting stay clear from them.

Not too bad – In early August 2013, I purchased a toilet, a vanity, taps and heated towel rail. Goods arrived promptly with the exception of the towel rail which they were unable to supply. When I requested a refund, it took numerous emails and phone calls. Finally, I told them I was going to Consumer Affairs. That hurried the refund along - after almost 5 months. Would I use them again - NO!

Terrible - stay away. Would prefer to give a minus rating but this option not available – I made a purchase and waited 6 months to receive the goods. I made phone calls, emails etc. I ended up with a supervisor who vowed to help me and promised my goods would arrive. When in writing, I demanded my money back, without any response, my goods all of a sudden arrived. Steer clear people. Shocking experience.

Affordable products and very efficient service – Very affordable prices. Nicely laid out showroom with just the right amount of stuff. Easy to deal with and conveniently located. End result was great and I am very happy. Will be recommending anyone renovating to this company. Recommended a tiler and shower screen installer for me. Went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with everything.

following months, it constantly blocked up because the bend in the pipe leading out from the bowl was far too acute. Further, the supports on the lid made marks on the seat that wouldn't come off. What a rubbish product! I finally gave up and bought another toilet - this time a reputable brand and not a single blockage or other problem since.

Will not use again. Months before delivery. Refund emails ignored – It took 2 months after paying up front to get our goods. After many emails & calls an incomplete order arrived. They promised to ring me and arrange refund first thing the next morning. No contact.

Weeks later after several emails they have still not made the promised refund.

They have changed all their phone numbers so you cannot ring them. They have just gone 100% online to prevent you meeting them. That is a good idea, the place is chaos with employees in shiny suits and slick haircuts. Audi's in the staff car park. No specialist knowledge apparent.

I sent an email requesting my promised refund after a month suggesting I would have to escalate the situation by the following Monday. I got a smart reply and they are no longer replying to my polite emails.

I will contact Fair Trading and try a charge-back with my bank but my $600 owed is fading.

Yes, they may seem cheap compared to a high end bathroom place but there is no sense saving money on something that you don't get.

In hindsight I should have gone to the local plumbing supplies shop, where all the tradies go and get something that the tradies buy, that works, at a cheaper price. Slick website, prices seem too good to be true Cheap and nasty stuff that legitimate stores won't stock. They take your money then the whole thing grinds to a halt. Inability to now view showroom. No phone numbers. Refund not processed. Emails not replied to.

weeks now and judging by other posts I could have a lot longer to wait if I even get my order. The positive reviews (under the multiple internet fronts this company uses) have the ring of being too good to be true. As an accountant it is a concern that a company is taking money from customers this far in advance of delivery. It can mean the company is using customer cash to operate without paying for customer orders. As money from new customers rolls in it is used to pay for older orders. This is the same manner in which a Ponzi scheme operates. New customers payout older customers until the whole thing collapses. Likely its either this or the company just doesn't care when you get your goods once they have your money.

I know the prices are seductive, but then if you never receive your goods it turns out they are the most expensive prices going!

Oh and check reviews under their other internet front names - "online lights and bathrooms". You will see the negative reviews all have the same complaint. Maybe there's something in that.

PERFECT! – We had the great pleasure dealing with this company. The shower screens fit perfect in the new bathroom. Hinge quality and fittings easy to work with. a vanity with a crushed base and a shaving cabinet with a cracked mirror. They piled everything into one enormous package obviously to save freight cost. The second lot took 3 months to be delivered after I chased them through email and phone calls. It's now 4 months almost to the day and I still haven't received my 4 toilets, replacement cabinet mirror and many of the accessories. I'm still waiting for the poor harassed customer service lady to get back to me. She sounded more depressed over the phone than I felt in complaining to her. My first call to them today was cut off after waiting for (a mere) 6 minutes for assistance. The second call was answered after 24 minutes. And that's just today. Whatever I've saved in the initial price, has been eaten up by phone bills, project delays and stress. They've kept my money and used me as their bank for the past 4 months. Poor Delivery – We are still waiting for parts of our order after 6 weeks. We were able to collect some of it ourselves after being desperate for them. They are difficult to contact if you have a problem. Storeman was helpful when we turned up to get part of the order. Only use them if you have plenty of time and you are prepared to take risks. a lot of stock with cash and carry service which is great. As you do, we ordered the wrong sizes for most of the items we got. I stressed all week whether I could return them or do an exchange. When I went in yesterday it was the easiest process ever. I was quite surprised at how helpful they were in assisting us. These guys are Great! – For me it was convenience and a family recommendation to get my bathrooms and tiles from them. They are close to my work. I got a great deal on everything and had it delivered. Was easy for me as my uncle is my renovator. I am very happy with the quality. My bath tub is so pretty! really pretty bath tub

Shocking – I'm not one to complain, but Angel Touch have been the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Without boring you with detail, I strongly encourage you to avoid disappointment by buying elsewhere, once they have aggressively chased you for payment you'll never hear from them- 8 weeks and waiting for delivery, at time of purchase I was told it would be delivered in less than a week.
