perfectly for about 4 to 5 years however after that time it stopped working. I phoned the Bidet shop then asking if they could service it for me at home in Brisbane. Too far, they said. I kept calling them when I could over the years, I have been looking after my recently passed 94 year old Mother for 10 years so my time to keep calling was limited. Their after-sales service does not exist. Please can anyone help me by directing me to someone who could find out what the problem is and fix it. I'm sure it isn't a major job.
Excellent customer service on the chat line on their website. It was good to actually speak to a real person and not an AI Bot. The assistant went above and beyond to help me and get free fast delivery. Would highly recommend the company.

even put a plastic strip on the bottom of the door, this only limits the amount of water that escapes. We’ve added drops of clear silicone to the grout and tiles on the floor to try and create a barrier, however the bathmat is soaked every time we use the shower.
Everything we purchased for our bathroom was from the recommendations of staff in store.

the sleeves were very short (think elbow). When I tried to return one of them, I was told that sleeves too short was not 'faulty'. The emails were very polite - excellent English. The associate then told me that they would accept returns but I had to send it to their 'International Returns' in China! I'm guessing international postage on that, even though the parcel was sent from a local address (Regents Park NSW). One of those 'easy Returns but you're gonna pay dearly for it'! I'm very disappointed because I'm very happy to pay return postage as I shop online all the time and accept those costs as a natural part of doing business.

Useless Warranty on a Fraudulent Product – When my ACS Engineered Stone bath was found to have multiple cracking just prior to installation I called the ACS Sales to see if they had another.… Read more
They did and it could be delivered within 3 days. I made a warranty claim and after multiple statements and photo's ACS agreed to replace the damaged bath some 5 weeks later.
This warranty came at a cost to me of $960 being for the return and replacement delivery. The Bath had to be returned, it was said, so that they could check to see if I had done anything that had caused the multiple cracks and also it was said, so I couldn't do anything with it. It sounds ridiculous I know, but that was straight from the ACS Director.
By the time the replacement was available the bathroom was finished, with the building contractor already installing another bath that was locally available. I had also discovered, in the painful back and forwards warranty process ACS had put me through, that the engineered stone bath was significantly different than the manufacturers specification sheet, with it being only 75KG of the specified 120KG.
I asked to be refunded and told ACS to pick up the bath if they wanted it back.
ACS management refused to refund and refuted the bath was not a different weight to specified (even tried to say the spec sheet just had a typo). And indicated that I had probably just incorrectly weighed the bath. ACS was invited to inspect the bath, which they declined.
I had little option but to take the bath to a public weighbridge. After providing the tare weight from the weighbridge to ACS there has been no response to my emails. Evidence suggest that the Engineered Stone Bath is a fake.
ACS Designer Bathrooms will do whatever it takes to keep your money when things are wrong with your product. Avoid them and find a reputable supplier.

seen extensive fading and marking to the point that they need replacing. We have been quoted over $13k to have the tiles removed and replaced and over 9 months (yes 9 months!) of back and forth with the Tile Cloud Customer Care Team, has resulted in them stating that the tile is of industry standard and the fading and marking must be due to an environmental issue on our end (small family of 2 adults and a 1 year old toddler) and we use eco friendly cleaning products. They have offered to replace the tiles (only around $1400 worth) but refuse to help with the labour in replacing the tiles in both rooms. DO NOT USE. My partner is a tradie we have sought advice from multiple tilers and they have all stated not to use Tile Cloud because of the cheap quality of tiles.

Ended up taking my business to Southern Plumbing around the corner who very professionally jumped up from the seat to ask if they could help. Quite the juxtaposition in service! Tradelinks loss.

noticed there was a problem with 1 of the plastic components, rang them and customer satisfaction was exceptional, it only took a brief explanation and they checked that the item was in stock and said that they would send it to me, which they did this is the second time I have had to an item replaced and it has been such an enjoyable experience thank you to all the staff there .

cool. Built in heater too. We love the mirror. Only problem is the edges…. They started to show de-silvering after only a year or so. Now 4 years on the edge right around has this same de-sivering occurring. I’d you buy this mirror give it a coat of clear nail polish around the back edge so that water and moisture can not enter and start this issue. We have three of these… al three are doing this unfortunately.
Update…
Fienza has agreed to a replacement for the backlit mirror as it is still writhing the 5 year warrantee. The other two had a shorter warrantee. Very happy I spoke up, great that they saw this and got in contact with me.

sand bags left on the carpet. Products not delivered for installation. Trades turning up to install missing products Head office non responsive and don't return calls. Subcontractors used all of the way, they didn't care about the job or property Project manager that keeps stating things will be done on a certain date but they don't actually happen. Toilet we ordered was not available 8 weeks in to the Reno. Had to accept a substitute. I would highly recommend avoiding using Oxford bathrooms for your renovation. I have lodged a complaint with Fair trade NSW and informed them of this, they said to go ahead. I'm still waiting to move back into my apartment with only 1 bathroom that is yet to be finished
