1 Marie  · Scratches and just looks so bad after a year. Would never ever recommend. Honestly be heathy and wise and get stainless steel. Can’t ever go wrong
1 Steven P.  · Short life! – Started out great! Didn't take long for all the finish to start flaking off! Really not usable after a couple years. Poor quality! No warranty
1 Brendan L  · Don't buy it's a crock – Bought the frying pan and within a year it started to stick. Took back to Myer and they wouldn't help. Never again!!!

Non-Stick Quality

Very unhappy on price you spend and yet after 5 years, caring for it as per any other pan and their online website the product diminishes. It started well for most part, they are thicker pans, and seem built well, but over time the non-stick appears to have diminished on some pans, weirdly on some used less often than others like grill pan. I did… Read more

engage support on this and they run you around many replies of have you cleaned it like this, have you done this, send us pics form all angles and cookware is not made to be used like this before they have context. I gave up with them have purchased a replacement grill pan.

At purchase the retailer talked up this brand well, we needed pans that day as just moved in, so should have done more research, but you trust the stores, in this case Myer but I feel they have no idea anymore either so its not just the brands but the retailers that use to be known for stocking quality are no longer. More $ means better to them, not feedback. Bring back the in store demonstrations hahah.

Biggest Disappointments Pans in the kit - have marked easily, no matter if you clean them after use immediately or not from day 1 they were not cleaning well, where as others are lasting longer. Gill pans - coating after 5 years is coming off, we dont even use it that often, appears like rust on pan now and cant be used. Support basically saying it needs a clean. Lifetime warranty is useless - skeptical of any brands warranty but in this case way to easy for them to get out of. Support - appears to push all issues back on the customer, assuming the pan is used incoreclty never cleaned and don't try and engage past emails. Come on, "you used it on high heat" feels like a simple cop out. Cooking - once the pan is gone, you know cause everything sticks, oil or not. They last well for about 1-2 years then you might as well replace them all, clearly made to a price point now.

Big name brands need to start to consider their offering as they cant hide behind their name as the word quality will not stick around through the generations if it is not upheld. No wonder so many are buying a $20 pan from Kmart, using it to point its ready to move on and buy again.

The worst frypan I have ever brought! Even after returning it to the store and having an assessment done was told it was our fault from using extreme high heat that the frypan had become non-stick. We did everything the store recommended from starting off with low heat and increasing slowly, then washing only when the frypan has cooled down. What a waste of money! Gone back to Bacarat! Show details

Saucepan has coating flaking off after only 12 months of light use. Applied for a warranty claim but was denied. Apparently from other reviews I have read Meyer Cookware ( the importer) don’t honour their ‘lifetime warranty’ and just say it’s the users fault. I was surprised at how thin the coating is considering it is called ‘Endurance’. I… Read more

Anolon 8 piece cookware - perfect for me – Bought the Advanced 8 piece set from David Jones in March 2023. Wanted to upgrade from a cheaper set. Anolon have a very strict set of instructions to follow to ensure the longevity of the cookware. I have to the best of my ability followed the instructions and after nearly 18 months of using these if not everyday, it would be every second day,… Read more

they still look the same as the day I bought them. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the product, they were the perfect upgrade that I was looking for. Using them on a gas cooktop, an initial burst for 2 mins on full heat to bring up temp, I find that most dishes in these pots and pans are happy to be cooked at around low medium -medium heat which is also helping to reduce gas usage, the old cheap set I had was always used at medium to high heat. Glass lids fit securely. Make sure you only grab the grip section of the handle, the heat does transfer to the small metal section in front of the handle. My only dislike is that they are NOT dishwasher safe.

Great cookware – I got a set of Analon Nouvelle Copper back in 2012 as a gift. Sure, 10 years later the non-stick surface isn't what it used to be, but that is partly my fault for overheating the pots. The smaller pots are still OK as far as the non-stick goes. The charcoal-coloured anodising still looks great on all of them. The dummies who think you can put… Read more

anodised aluminium (or any aluminium) in a dishwasher need to be hit on the head with a pan! Don't do it! I have also never used metal implements with these pots. Seriously, it isn't that hard not to, is it?

The heat dispersion is excellent and would be due to the copper core of the base. No doubt, one of the best I have ever used.

Anolon Endurance 5QT/4.7L Sauté Pan with Lid – After reading some of these reviews, it appears there is an issue with the bases of the pans warping. I have had our sauté pan for 12 months and despite great care and use on a Miele induction stove, the base has warped. When the pan is cool, very little of the base of the pan is in contact with the stove. Once the pan is hot, the base flattens and it can be used to cook efficiently. Using the pan over low heat is problematic. Show details

Decent product overall, but Meyer doesn't want to know when something goes wrong – We bought a full set of expensive Anolon cookware, and were generally happy with the product, which has a "Lifetime Limited Warranty". We used it for 10+ years with no problem, diligently following the care instructions, never using in dishwasher, never using metal utensils etc. (The pans do not clean easily, build up occurs quickly and does not… Read more

clean off easily when using no harsh abrasives) When all the surface started peeling and falling apart (one single small pan only used for items such as eggs) we contacted Meyer about replacement. The company went out of their way to avoid customer interaction and make the process difficult, and then basically told us to F-off, that it was because we were not using the cookware correctly (though all the larger pans, subject to much hotter and prolonged cooking, were absolutely fine) . They saved the cost of one small replacement pan, but it has cost them all future purchases from our large extended family and friends - anytime they ask for recommendations, we just say "Anything but Anolon!"

Quality products – I don't usually write reviews but when I saw all these bad reviews I was dumbfounded. I absolutely love my anolon endurance fry pans. The best! – Unfortunately I reviewed this pan a while ago after using it on my cooktop. It heated up slowly, and I gave it an awful review. Just bought induction portable cooking plate and it is a totally different story. The most amazing non-stick pan I have ever used. I almost threw it out initially, I think the problem was my original cooktop and not the pan. Nothing ever sticks. Show details

Change of manufacturer has seen quality collapse. We just replaced 2 very well used non-stick frypans. The new ones we recieved were terrible. Food stuck all over it. When i complained, I was told I was cooking too hot and to use some oil. It was no different to my original set that served me very well, and whats the point of buying non-stick if I have to use oil!! Show details

Really dissatisfied with this product. We purchased a collection from a local homewares shop and we were reassured that the warranty with customer service was great. Beautiful to start but don’t believe the lifetime warranty – The pans are beautiful to use when the non stick surface is intact. However despite a lifetime warranty, the surface degrades after about five years and all food sticks even with oil. The warranty claims process will deny you the warranty and you will be blamed for the damage. They will advise that you used it too high heat, and left food residue… Read more

Not worth the money. Does not last – I have had this set for about 3 years. It is the worst cookware I have ever used! The handles retain the heat, and one saucepan, I really should not be using, as the non stick has all worn off. The others are starting to go the same. I look after my saucepans. I always wash them by hand, and have never put them in the dishwasher. What a total waste of money! Avoid buying this brand! Show details

Non-stick doesn't last, don't waste your money – Would not recommend, despite being careful how we cleaned it and to not use oil the non-stick hasn't lasted longer than 2 years on 2 of the 3 pans, the other one we don't use as much. Anolon replaced the first but won't replace the second, they claim it's an overheating issues but it's always been used at pretty standard heats, not even as high asthe induction hob would go. Would recommend buying something that will last, these will not. Show details

good quality cookware but poor durability of the nonstick surface – Initially these were great, but through using them with care over the last few years, the non-stick surface has come off in many areas. Very fine scratches in the base and all around the rim where the lid sits. I thought I was purchasing good quality and long lasting cookware. They are no different to cheaper brands sadly and the life time… Read more

Non-stick pans that stick and warranty not honored – Supposed lifetime warranty is not honored. Don't waste your money, pans started to stick after less than 3 years. Their response was that I used the pans on too high heat..... Isn't this what a pan is for, using on heat? Sharp edge on bottom of fry pan – The bottom of the fry pan has a very sharp edge that scratched my ceramic cooktop when it was moved. I ended up having to use very fine wet n dry sandpaper to round off the sharp edge to make the fry pan usable. Apart from that, it appears to be performing ok. A little more attention to their final manufacturing required. Show details

Can't say I've ever had a pan start leaking before – As others have stated the non-stick coating didn't last all that long and despite being dishwasher safe putting it through the dishwasher was a terrible mistake. But the thing that killed this pan was that it stopped being able to hold liquids. Naturally I put in a warranty claim but was told that I'd abused the poor pan by daring to using it… Read more

normally. The customer service answer seemed very stock standard as well.

I'd cleaned it wrong, used it over high heat, and there was build up on the inside of the pan. Fair enough on it being a bit of a mess but eggs that have set onto a 'non stick surface' didn't cause the pan's bottom and sides to delaminate.

But they were nice enough to offer me 25% off a replacement pan....

Warranty policy sucks – I have been a firm believer in Al-Anon for many many years 10 or 15. We saw it at bed bath& beyond and I loved it. Googled it. Went back and bought it all the whole set. It wasn't original price. I think about four or $500. I do love it and trust it and have done some very good progress with my cooking skills. We don't waste money eating out and… Read more

we cook a lot at home. I do Sunday enough for that day. Something really nice like a chicken. And something for Monday and Tuesday. Like spaghetti or chicken drumsticks or potatoes grilled on and some peppers. Then my wife will do the eggs. We have a cowboy breakfast for dinner Wednesday and Thursday. So I'm just saying we use all and I mean all of the cookware three or four times a week extensively. And my wife uses it two times a week. She'll do chicken and rice or maybe something like tacos so that takes a lot of the cookware. It is so easy to clean. So reliable. So why am I giving it two star review? They're warranty policy sucks. Every time they have a ding or a scratch I upload it. Move it to the side that they request. Declined! Declined! Decline! They don't like nothing. I use my cell phone. I ain't got no professional camera. This stuff costs a lot of money! Something you would only get when you're getting married or maybe somebody new or give me a gift. Somebody you really really like! So why do you all give me such a hard time but scratched up [Content Removed]! It happens. It happens all the time! And you all are the one who decided off a lifetime warranty. Well to make a long story short I do the pictures. I do all the uploads. I do all the emails and I do all that [Content Removed]. And guess what declined? Declined decline. Well I don't want my wife to know then I met a bad investment. So guess what I do. I just go online to bed bath& beyond and by the new particular out of my need. Crazy huh? So that's why I give it a two star review. I love the product but I hate all the crap you have to go through to get it warranty. If you don't want to warranty it just say so hello your price!!!

More than pans – To me there's more to cookware than the actual pan. There's a company behind it. I have a wide variety of cookware and have tried everything that's out there and I always come back to Analon. Not only are they great products and add so much to my cooking, but the company stands behind what they produce. It's so nice to know that when I'm cooking for family, guests or paying customers there's a whole company standing there with me. Show details

The only thing worse than their products is their customer service – Purchased on the promise of their lifetime warranty. Received a lid that did not fit on its corresponding saucepan.
