Had a delivery booked for the 24/9/26 took the day off work. Email was sent to me in the morning confirming delivery for the day saying I would receive a text with a 2 hour window. I had to call at 6:15pm .The operator said is that the 10kg washer well it’s pending. No delivery’s until Monday the 28th. Disappointing I didn’t get a call for an update. Inconvenienced .

I waited at home from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm, only for the delivery to never arrive. The lack of communication, inaccurate information, and poor customer support caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
A major appliance purchase should come with reliable service and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and would be hesitant to purchase from them again.

Twin pack of extraction fans is sold as "all I needed to vent 2 adjacent rooms" but is just two diffusers joining in roof space to one motor. Not only cheaper than my local retail stores, but they had the products in stock. I didn't have to wait a month or two for the next stock deliveries.
I rarely take the time to actually write online reviews purely because most of the time the service and experience is less than stellar however I have filled out every survey and review for these guys as I have been so impressed with the experience, sale & delivery service. I have purchased twice now from them and would definitely buy from them again.

Purchasing from Appliance Online – From the time the order is placed through to delivery it all goes smoothly. You are kept informed by text or email as to the progress of the order. Delivery team are always pleasant and careful with the product.
Follow-up · The purchase required an electrician to complete the installation. If an electrician or plumber is not required, they install. They also take away the old appliance. Delivery time was within 7 days. Customer support has been very good from my dealings with the company.

Follow-up · Installation was super quick and good, however they didnt test if washing machine was working-probably no need as its a simple process. Delivery was delayed by a few hours but we could see the driver’s location in live feed and hence could work around this delay.

courteous, friendly and professional, removed the old washing machine and all packaging, installed the new washing machine, making sure it was balanced and not moving and in the exact spot I wanted it in my tiny bathroom and they tested that it works and that there was no leakage at the water inlets. the front 4th machine again another dent. They were at my place 5 times asking couriers to watch a machine do a load dry that wasn't filling even half way with water. After bening lied to by the supervisor staring that the machine is ment to do that, I called Heier themselves and found out the 1st 2 machines were faulty. replacement to be delivered today, Appliances Online has somehow managed to mess that up as well. The replacement isn’t coming, and I now have to rearrange my plans AGAIN and book another day for delivery.
I’ve had to deal with a faulty product, wait nearly two weeks for a resolution, organise my time around a replacement delivery that didn’t happen, and now inconvenience myself yet again because of their mistake.
What makes this even more frustrating is that throughout this entire ordeal, I’ve received absolutely no compensation or meaningful gesture of goodwill for the amount of time and inconvenience this has caused me.
I understand that faulty products happen. What matters is how a company handles the situation afterwards, and Appliances Online has handled mine terribly. I was initially attracted to them because of the convenience of their delivery and removal service, but this experience has been anything but convenient.
At this point I’m incredibly disappointed, frustrated and genuinely regret purchasing through Appliances Online. For a company that promotes convenient and hassle-free service, this has been the complete opposite.

no idea of this and couldn't figure out why I wasn't working.
Well, it's a front loader and so of course it's not working because it's not stabilised because I thought is broken and it's been attempted to hold it with cardboard. Absolutely horrific experience and cannot believe that people would think this is an adequate level of a delivery service.
I am now almost into week eight of no washing machine now as a result of this and as we all know washing machine machines are an essential part of everyday life. I would say if efficiency and assurance of reasonable standards is a value for you I would probably be looking somewhere else.
