Pros: They did what they said they would do - value for money & delivery without fuss
Overall: My washing machine died last Wednesday night..having 2 boys means I needed a new one asap! I ordered on the Thursday morning and had my new washing machine installed and ready to go by 3pm the following day. They had the stock and they were cheaper than anyone else. I received a phone call at 7.15am on Friday morning to give me a delivery time window - I called them to see how they were going as the time was getting close to school pick up time. They called straight back and kept in contact with me to let me know when they would arrive. They collected my old machine, installed the new one and made sure it was working - in and out in 10 mins. I have done about 5 loads so far and all seems to be working well.

Pros: Price and quality of service
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Overall: Amazing. We did a fair amount of research on the product we wanted and Appliances Online came in 20% cheaper. Our previous washing machine broke in between Christmas and New Year yet they managed to take our order and deliver within 48 hours. The subbies they use to deliver and install were extremely punctual, polite and efficient.

Pros: Reliable and gets rid of mould
Cons: A little heavy when moving it.
Overall: These guys are fantastic! I love the products that I have bought and I really love the great service they provide. Ordered one day and delivered the next for my dryer.
My dehumidifier I bought in January last year decided to stop working and was still under warranty. The product was picked up and replaced very promptly. My magic little machine - it hasn't stopped working since the rain started here in Brisbane. Keeping the mould and smells away from my linen, clothing and shoes! I can't live without my Mum or my dehumidifier ;)
One important thing... because it has a compressor in it you must let it settle for at least 10 mins before switching it on when you have moved it (just like a fridge).

Pros: Best price available and the FREE delivery especially.
Overall: Cheapest price anywhere, Harvey Norman didn't want to know us when we asked them to match price from 'Appliances on line' which included free delivery as well. So I know where I'll buy in future. No wonder Gerry Harvey whinges so much about people buying on line (keep whingin Gerry!!). Also must say the delivery service was the BEST, they called and notified all the way up till delivery the precise time expected and driver was extremely helpful, put it exactly where wanted and even took away packaging.

Pros: Range of product was good, competitive price, free delivery, COD
Overall: The first time I have ordered with Appliances Online. Very easy to order and I liked that I could pay when it was delivered. My chest freezer arrived as per order and first thing in the morning, after a courtesy phone call prior to delivery. Price was very competitive, but the free delivery sold it as it put them way in front.

Pros: good price, reliable with excellent service and follow up, informative and easily negotiated website
Overall: a vacuum cleaner today is my third purchase through appliances on line and yet again, delivered on time and with a smile. a courtesy call first thing this morning with an eta, then another call later confirming delivery window. on arrival the drivers were, as usual, very pleasant and took away the old item as arranged. if only all companies were this efficient and their staff this courteous. you've won me every time and when possible I will always purchase through you.
