Had my Bosch oven delivered and installed by Herbert who was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Appliances Online always is great at all there services, from reception to delivery and installation. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again, my first go to for goods.
Website was easy to navigate. Ordered late afternoon and had delivery the next morning. Love our new dryer and the delivery team was amazing. Being able to track the delivery by the minute was very helpful. Thank you again Appliances Online.
Bought a dryer and 16 months later it stopped working. Appliances Online didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them. Ultimately, I had to go straight to the manufacturer for a repair to be scheduled.

Follow-up · When delivered the men unpacked, set up & plugged in fridge & then took all the rubbish away. All has been working well since. I do find the child lock annoying as you have to wait 3 seconds every time you want to open the door. Fridge is great.

What has been even more frustrating than the fault itself is the complete lack of customer support. I have lodged multiple service requests seeking assistance, yet every one of them has been ignored. I have also attempted to contact the company through their online chat, only to find there is effectively no way to receive timely help.
When customers spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a major appliance, they expect the retailer to stand behind the products they sell. Instead, I've been left with a faulty washing machine, no response to repeated requests for service, and no confidence that anyone is interested in resolving the issue.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of Appliances Online. A company can be judged not by whether products occasionally develop faults, but by how it supports customers when they do. Unfortunately, in my experience, Appliances Online has failed on that front.
I will not be purchasing from Appliances Online again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable after-sales service.

I spent most of the day working through it myself, checked the cavity clearances against Fisher & Paykel's spec sheet, ruled out the power point by testing it under a full kettle load, and went through the user guide, which states the unit should reach set temperature within two to three hours. I called them after about an hour into this, waited for a good 10 minutes to get through to someone. I was told a team member would come out on Tuesday and address the issue.
A guy came Tuesday and confirmed it's faulty. He said the site had this particular fridge on same day delivery, so it is likely going to be replaced today, someone will call me to arrange the time and so on. Then the process fell apart. No one called. After a few hours, I called, and every call has meant a long wait on hold. And after their own team member had attended and confirmed the fault, I was asked to explain the entire problem again from the beginning, none of it had been recorded against the order.
The replacement won't arrive until Thursday. The same model shows same-day delivery to my postcode on their website right now. So someone ordering today gets this fridge before I do, having paid for one that has never worked. Meanwhile we've had no refrigeration at all since Monday, because they removed our old one.
The sales and delivery side is slick, and that's what all the marketing is about. But when something goes wrong you're on your own, and that's the part worth knowing before you buy. Buying gets you same day service. Being failed gets you a queue.
