Appliances Online used to be good. They have good prices, but their stock is an issue. We had this with a mattress order that they ended up delaying delivery for about 4 weeks - we were actually sleeping on the floor.
Disgraceful company. I ordered a bar fridge and it is only stated after payment that the earliest delivery is a month away. The day before delivery I get a call that delivery is now delayed another 7 weeks. They are selling stock they don't have! No disclosure that the item is out of stock and there will be long waits. I will never use these amateurs again!

Communication on the purchase and delivery was great, received a text the day before with the delivery window time, then again 30mins out from delivery, the guys unboxed the washing machine, assessed access to the apartment, installed and tested the washing machine and were all done. They did ask if I needed the old washing machine removed but I declined. Fast professional and efficient.

Excellent service. Our guests broke a queen sized bed in our AirBnB. Appliances Online delivered a replacement bed the next day. It was so nice, I ordered another one for the second bedroom. And, each time, they took the old stuff away. Too easy! Makes easy work of what would have been an annoying and multistage problem for me.
Follow-up · They didn’t set up the bed. It was in a flat pack. But it was easy with the Allen key provided. We already had a good quality mattress to go on it. Mattress isn’t included. Delivery process was fantastic. It came the next day!

I was sad when my (32 year old) Westinghouse fridge/freezer finally gave out. Fortunately, I was able to find a replacement at Appliances Online at a competitive price. I ordered the fridge, and it was delivered the following day. The delivery team even took away my old fridge! Very grateful.

We reported the issue the next day and arranged for someone to be home for the repair visit. The technician initially went to the wrong address before eventually attending, only to tell us they could not fix the problem and that another tradesperson was required.
A handyman was then booked. Despite me contacting Appliance Online twice to correct the address, he was also sent to the wrong address. My wife had taken the day to be home with our children, only for the appointment to almost be missed because the address details had not been updated.
When the handyman finally attended later that day, he found there was nothing complex to repair. The washing machine pipes had simply not been tightened correctly during the original installation.
Mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the lack of ownership, repeated administrative errors, and dismissive customer service throughout the process.
After eight days without a washing machine and multiple appointments to fix a basic installation error, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere. Other retailers will often match Appliance Online's prices anyway.
Store doesn't offer layby options for chiq 282ltr bottom mount fridge freezer on weekly payments over 6 months and staff unwilling to compromise or find a solution to this request . Deeply disappointed.

customer service, which wasted another month just to get things moving. After all that, I was forced to wait again just for a technician to come and do a basic inspection, and then wait AGAIN to book the actual repair.
Every time you book an appointment, they force you to wait for a ridiculous 5-hour window. For five whole hours, you cannot leave the house, and you cannot miss a single phone call. You basically have to stand guard at your front door. If you happen to miss just one call, the technician will leave immediately, and you have to rebook and start the endless waiting process all over again. To make matters worse, their customer service will then arrogantly tell you, "We have photos proving we were at your door," completely blaming you for the missed appointment.
To this very day, my machine is STILL not fixed. The entire process has been incredibly exhausting and inefficient. If you are considering buying their insurance or Care Plan, don't fall for it! They are quick to take your money, but when you actually need help, their service is a joke. Strongly DO NOT recommend!
