My Mum's LG front loader is much better – I paid big dollars for a big lesson - The retail chain I purchased from pushed Ariston on me as a quality European appliance with a hard sell that I now recognise well but I was an inexperienced shopper then. We had to get a service person in in the first few months of owning it. It has operated reliably since (until now) but in terms of quality of wash, I have never been happy. I don't think I achieved good value for money

Terrible – Sounds like a 747 in the room next door taking off. This has to be the worst piece of whiteware that has ever been in my home! Never again will I ever spend money on any Ariston product and would advise accordingly as well. Great water consumption but that's about it....sorry! Super Silent technology what a load of rubbish....loudest machine I've ever heard! Purchased 4/6/06..$1749.00..10/10/06 replace Circut Board..22/1/07 - New MOTOR ...15/2/07 - New Suspension 20/4/07 New Suspension and there is still a problem called out service repair man cos it's still under warranty, he found nothing wrong so they charged me $160 for the call out!!! I'm furious. Repair man told me @ 1st visit that it was a lemon & there is 1 in every batch.

Terrible – Don't waste your money on Ariston! We too, were conned by Harvey Norman into thinking we were buying a quality product - what a joke! Not good to be without a working washing machine with a family of 6!! Has wool/hand wash cycle. Uses less water.(Until it leaks) We've had this machine fixed several times already & the latest breakdown is looking to be very expensive to fix :(
