Asko O3

Good – I really like this oven though I was a bit concerned about the cavity size when I first saw it installed in my kitchen. It is a 60 Litre oven so not large and with the self supporting shelf system this takes away some more space inside as well. Make sure you check the size of any baking dishes you buy for it as I had to downsize to less than 40cm wide to fit inside.

Purchased this after looking at Westinghouse , Miele, Highland and Smeg brands, the Asko seemed to have better features and was mid range pricewise plus we had had a couple of Asko/Asea dishwashers and found them to be excellent.Has great selection of functions and well insulated door but the noise of the fan is unbelivably loud, not sure if this is just my oven or a feature of all o3 ovens. Side opening door is a great feature and makes it so easy to use. Would buy again although I might go to the model with a digital display.There have been no problems in nearly 8 months of use Side opening door is wonderful, makes cleaning so easy , cooks everything evenly and self supporting shelf system is a great safety feature , no more sliding hot dishes. Noise of the fan, timing dial has settings marked in 15 an 30 minute intervals but the in between makings are around seven minute intervals.
