Terrible – This is my first GPS, so I do not have other device to compare. However this is a very disappointed product. I purchase this base on the descriptions on the brochure which looks very attractive, but the product arrived very disappointed, just cannot understand how a reasonable brand like ASUS would off product and service like this. 1. The user manual comes along is very simple, not all the functions are explained. There is no other manual available from the web. Ask the manufacturer through their "VIP" service, but no one answer.

2. The map is not accurate, although it claims powered by "Wehreis", there are roads I went in turn out to be no throught roads. There are "no right turn" sign come up on the road where no junction on the right hand side.

3. The arrow showing your position on the map flows with the map, but not the map flows with the arrow. Imagine the arrow is pointing downward, how can you visualise the condition of the road, while everything is reversed.

4. If you do not turn on "keep on the road" function, the arrow will flow out of the road. In the city you will not know which road you are on since the streets are so close together.

5. There is NO Red light camera data comes along, we have to put it in ourselves. The Red Light camera warning something works something doesn't work. User manual does not describe how to configure this. Ask the question to VIP support, but no ansswer.

6. The system clock reset itself to 12:00 if you power off the device.

7. The MP3 player cannot run during navigation.

8. Brochure claims that it support MP4 video, but turns out only support MWV.

9. There is no seach function in MP3, Video, or phone book. Everything starts from top to bottom with 4 items per pages, when you reach the bottom, it does not automatically connect to the top again. Very time consuming in searching for any item.

10. There is NO option to purchase maps of other countries, make this to be Australia ONLY product.

11. The worse thing is, support only available to registered VIP person ONLY, who supposed to have a product serial number to register. However, as a VIP memeber, questions are not answered, forum full of people complaining problems but not much official response to them.

As a conclusion, the best description of this product is "waste of money" Not too much. Possible the 4.3 inches screen looks quite outstanding to some older model of GPS Lack of user manual. Majority of the function works very limited. Support from manufacturer very poor. Product has design problems.
