In my experience auspost only delivered to actual delivery address around 50% of the time whilst others deliver 99% of the time. When they don't deliver they leave it at a collection point, requiring the recipient to do the work their many of their employees won't do. - DELIVER!. This does not change no matter how many complaints one makes to… Read more

auspost and the consignor. Solution just don't collect the undelivered parcel, you will be refunded for purchase and perhaps consignors and auspost will realise there is a cost resulting from failure to deliver to actual delivery address

I received a message that driver could not deliver due to gate being closed with a picture of garage door closed. The gate that was open was excluded from the photo. I was just behind the gate fixing my bike. If they had come anywhere near the house I would have heard. I placed a complaint on the app only to find out when I checked on status, that… Read more

it had been listed as resolved. No phone number to call all AI rubbish to ignore your issues till you get bored and give up. When I went to the post office to pick up the next day when I received msg to pickup postal staff totally disinterested. Complain on line and next. I will not buy any products that use Australia Post. I get item quicker from Europe than NSW with proper couriers. To think my tax money goes to this team.

I live in a rural village, so the Postie drives a Van. With a wave & a smile, always gives a little toot. My eParcels & Express Post envelopes arrive exactly when the tracker estimates. If I'm not home, a photo is taken of the safe place my parcel is in and uploaded to the Australia Post App. Ol fashion service with 21st Century technology. Love it. The photo doesn't quite show that the letter box is next to the van door. Show details

unavailable over the weekend, the food I ordered will sit in a hot warehouse for days. As soon as I can get ahold of one of you two I will be placing for an immediate refund and I will just get the products myself as you can cleary never actually rely on delivery companies to properly do their jobs. The lollies I ordered was for my nieces birthday party and now she's devastated today with no lollies for her special day. What's the point of having a same-day delivery option? Shame on you guys.

Follow-up  · Disgusting, no refund no phone calls no nothing Australia post and star trek are so bad would go through any other company if it was possible

On Friday 2nd January 2026 I purchased a PANASONIC 3D VIDEO CAMERA WITH EXTREME SD CARD MODEL HDC-SDT750 EXCELLENT COND. from eBay. I never received by parcel because it was left on the road on Wednesday 7th January 2026 because the neighbours saw the driver put it there. Show details

Follow-up  · Yes the delivery address was clearly marked but the driver took it from my unit and he left it across the road on the footpath. I contacted the courier by phone and the parcel was packed properly.

Used it for 8 years, most of the times there is no issues and is so convenient to have the pick up options when you are not home. App is really good as well, highly recommended to have it if you buy things often online. Wish they even expanded the services and become an Australian online store. Show details

I have to give credit where it’s due. I only have the very rare issue with Australia post and 99% of my delivery’s arrive undamaged, mostly on time and with good tracking. Every time a retailer uses couriers please or fastway I instantly have issues with them. So for that reason I’m sending praise to Australia post for mostly having their act together! Australia post is my preferred courier. Cheers Show details

I have lived in the Forster NSW region for the last 15 months and in that time, my partner and I have ordered numerous parcel items on line for delivery to our unit block. Admittedly, this block has a security intercom so, to gain access, the courier would need to use this intercom or send a text or phone call to gain access to deliver the item to… Read more

our individual unit when he arrives. The unit block also has a mail room if we are not home. Each delivery is preceded with a text message stating the parcel will be delivered between a certain time period. The majority of time, someone is here waiting to collect the parcel. We would be lucky to have 1 in 10 of these parcels delivered directly to our address in Lake Street. Generally, our intercom communication system is never used by the courier to advise he has arrived at the address and instead, we get a text message telling us to go to our local post office to pick the item up as he could not deliver it..even though we are home. In the most recent incident, the item is reasonably heavy in weight (probably 10 kilos) and with my health issues, I have a stoma bag so heavy lifting is not recommended, we need once again to travel to the post office to collect the parcel. It seems for most of our deliveries , paying extra for a courier gives you no more benefits than if we were to just get our items delivered directly to the post office. Let me say, this is no reflection on the staff who work in the local post office as they are professional, friendly and extremely helpful in every instance.

Twice I had a driver, who is obviously a contractor arrive at my house 9PM and then 8.24PM and fail to ring the doorbell, besides the fact they should NOT be delivering parcel at that time! Both time captured on camera just driving off. I put through a COMPLAINT and boy that was a waste of time as all people handling the complaints never read emails and made inaccurate assumptions that just wasted my time. Show details

I wasn't home when my parcel from NSW to Adelaide arrived to my home address. The Delivery person left a note on the screen of my front door.
