If 0 stars was an option I would select it. Long story short, Bunnings delivery which was meant to arrive in the morning because its 4.2m plasterboard that needs to be cut and installed. dark. Spent 50min on phone to customer service to speak with a supervisor. Don't waste your time calling them, very unhelpful and all off-shore. The end result, nothing, no compensation, no fixing future deliveries, just 'we cant do anything about that'. Spoke with the driver who claimed that head office give them random deliveries all in different directions and don't organize it so it goes smoother or care about whether people get their delivery in the morning. It wasn't delayed from unexpected reasons, they just don't care. Do not use them and I hope Bunnings drops them too.

delivered instead, which we were assured would happen today (even though it's the Kings Birthday public holiday here today, at time of review) or tomorrow. I received 2 texts early this morning (7:14am), the first one stating the item was unable to be delivered, then within the same minute I received a 2nd text stating that the delivery would be arriving shortly. I mean, which one is it ANC? I took heed of the first message, but then didn't give the 2nd message a thought until I received a text from Bunnings wanting to know how the delivery went later on this morning. That's when my senses piqued & I realised that yes, my tracking said that it had been delivered by "[Name Removed]".

Queue the mayhem!

First, my mum & I checked for the delivery at our house, no dice. We then checked with neighbours to see if it had been delivered to their place (if you've read my AusPost review, you will know I live in a neighbourhood with 3 streets that have similar names, including my own), no dice there either. Next up, my mum (whose name the order was under) contacted ANC by phone & spoke with "[Name Removed]" in the Support team, who supposedly contacted "[Name Removed]" then proceeded to lie to my mother twice about the whereabouts of this item, saying first that "the item wasn't in stock" (which was a load of nonsense as we had personally handled the item ourselves at the store the day before), then she said "the lady at the trade desk could not locate the item". After getting nowhere with ANC, we then contacted the aforementioned Bunnings store to let them know of the situation & to enquire about the item & so far, all we've heard is crickets from them.

I will be updating this review once I have more information, but so far, trust that all of the terrible reviews for this courier company are factual & accurate. This company makes AusPost & all other courier companies with bad reputations look fantastic!

Had four reattempted deliveries with ANC, I’ve even changed from my house address to my work address and still no luck. I paid for delivery with installation on Samsung website. Those guys from ANC, don’t even know how to speak proper English. Told me that installation is done by someone else and technician will come and do it. I knew it was a lie but they literally ran away. When I decided open up the box, saw that TV was actually cracked. Now I have to wait for Samsung to replace my TV. How awful, waste my time and energy. Show details

ANC gave a three hour delivery window and said that I would be notified when my delivery was nearby. Was also told that as the driver was nearby that I would be able to see their location on a map. was made. I'm not even sure additional delivery attempts will succeed. Not sure it's even worth proceeding with the order. It's probably more cost effective to cancel the order with Sony and order through an alternate business that does not use this delivery company.

didn’t ask to see if he was ok, he quickly tried to force my son to sign a “hand written” statement claiming it was my sons fault. Long story short our insurance company RACQ tried in vain to get not only the driver to admit fault but ANC Couriers also denied liability. I have tried personally to contact CEO [Name Removed] to no avail. LinkedIn is crap. My son has a fear now of driving. We are out of pocket $8500. Looking and reading all these comments it doesn’t appear that they are even monitored by ANC Couriers as there are no responses to them. To the driver all I can hope for is “KARMA”.

it manually. Security has been compromised. There are very elderly people living on this 5-acre property. Temple and Webster still haven't acknowledged responsibility even when I have shown them pictures of the damage PLUS pictures of the gate's paint all across the side of the 40 kgs box. Still waiting for them.

News: The delivery people have acknowledged they used force but don't accept the force they used made the amount of damage. Same CS Officer, no responsibility, acceptance of damage and they keep asking me to provide them with more quotes. I have provided them with one, they asked for. Not sure what to do from here, any suggestions?

UPDATE. ANC is the delivery company and they are now waiting for their insurance company to assess the claim prior to starting the work to repair the damaged gate etc. They have resisted the suggestion to start the work, having accepted responsibility but expect us to wait for their claim to be processed. Unbelievable! I will be writing a review on ANC's performance in all of this. They are the worst delivery company and I suggest you do not use them! They have compromised out saftey and security with their dangerous delivery practice and still we have a broken gate etc after 6 weeks.

 Follow-up  · The issue was recently resolved and work on the gates is currently being done to provide us with safety and security.

wood was not collect from Bunnings until 0900 ... So zero chance of me seeing that befoe 1000. Now with all the tracking tech they purport to have, wouldn't 0900 (collection time) be a good point in this sad sage to update the customer ... ha, don't be silly! 1137 I get a text to say it will be delivered at 1437 ... exactly 3 hours when they could even get the pick up time correct ... customer highly sceptical! The update info also had the drivers number ... minus 1 digit. Clearly their IT are as competent as their schedulers! So I went to the web site and keyed in the tracking and got the drivers number. He knew nothing, had no idea wher I was and no idea, of course when he'd be there. I suggested he call his boss and eventually he said he had. I took the precaution of escalating this within Bunnings once again and they managed to improve the situation. Package arrived at 1515. The driver then showed me his delevery plan from his HQ. Well I say planbut I am being rather generous - chaotic is about all I can say on a public forum. 1) Why would Bunnings use a courier with such conistently woefull feedback? 2) Whenever your offered a delivery, check to see if it is ANC and if it is ... go elsewhere. Your health and sanity are at risk any time you interact with ANC, not to mention the risk of an incomplee delivery. AVOID at ALL COST

send it back. We took the sofa up ourselves via the stairwell. They then they texted us WHEN WE IN THE STAIRWELL. Their supervisor told them to help us. By the time they came back we had already taken it up to our apartment. You can imagine nobody is checking their phones when you are hauling up 3 seater up the stairwell. They only did this because they were told to do so. We are two 64 and 62 yos who took it up ourselves. If we could do it and the two of them were 30+ and 50+, refused to do i, you can conclude about whether these people are capable of doing their job. As far as I am concerned the delivery was not completed even though it brought to our lift well give it was never delivered to the final destination, our apartment. I also want a partial refund. If I see your company name as delivery partner in future, I will make sure you don't do my delivery. I will also be emailing this review to my friends and businesses I deal with. If could give a negative star rating I'd do it in a snap.

even checked my doorbell history to make sure I hadn't missed anyone. However, by 4:30 PM, nobody had shown up. When I called to check on the status, the operator told me they couldn’t access Sony-related shipments and promised that a representative would call me back. I waited until 6:00 PM, but I received absolutely no follow-up or explanation. I had specific plans to use the TV tonight, and this complete lack of communication has ruined my evening. I had no choice but to use this company this time, but if you have a choice, I highly recommend avoiding them. A company that fails to deliver on a confirmed date and completely ignores their customer is not worth your time.

Dreadful - Usual 'going to escalate' which means leave us alone we don't care. 2 delivery dates arranged, 2 advices saying they have to re-schedule delivery. I had a huge TV delivered, and I gave specific instructions that were ignored. I happened to be outside and noticed "Dumb and Dumber" wheeling my TV down the street over 100m away. The TV ended up being faulty. It was scheduled for pickup a few times. Every time they did not turn up and did not even call me. If you think that Aramax or Couriers Please are bad then ANC may have taken their crown as the worst couriers in Australia. Show details

The delivery this morning was to a neighbouring property. Large truck with building materials. As it's a very narrow street, I informed them to use the turning bay around the corner for their large truck to turn. They refused my request and told me to fxxk off multiple times. Booked a delivery for Monday, booking window is 7:00am to 1:00pm. Okay get into my office at 7:00. At 11:00am I'm called to be told it can't come today as they're "at capacity". Next available delivery date would be the Thursday. saying “this is the door.” That was incredibly frustrating to hear. Doorstep delivery should clearly mean delivering the item to the apartment door, not leaving a very heavy package downstairs and expecting the customer to deal with it.

We asked if the package could be brought up to our door as requested. Instead, the driver pushed the box into the mailroom and left it there. What makes this even more frustrating is that bringing it upstairs would have required almost the same effort — our building has three lifts available, so access is not an issue.

We paid for delivery specifically to avoid having to move a large, heavy package ourselves. Being left with it in the parking/mailroom area created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
