I had a huge TV delivered, and I gave specific instructions that were ignored. I happened to be outside and noticed "Dumb and Dumber" wheeling my TV down the street over 100m away. The TV ended up being faulty. It was scheduled for pickup a few times. Every time they did not turn up and did not even call me. If you think that Aramax or Couriers Please are bad then ANC may have taken their crown as the worst couriers in Australia. Show details
Appalling service. The delivery men took one look at the lift tried to get to in. They decided they couldn't take up to our 4th floor apartment. They refused to even look at the stairwell. THE STAIRWELL. Their supervisor told them to help us. By the time they came back we had already taken it up to our apartment. You can imagine nobody is checking their phones when you are hauling up 3 seater up the stairwell. They only did this because they were told to do so. We are two 64 and 62 yos who took it up ourselves. If we could do it and the two of them were 30+ and 50+, refused to do i, you can conclude about whether these people are capable of doing their job. As far as I am concerned the delivery was not completed even though it brought to our lift well give it was never delivered to the final destination, our apartment. I also want a partial refund. If I see your company name as delivery partner in future, I will make sure you don't do my delivery. I will also be emailing this review to my friends and businesses I deal with. If could give a negative star rating I'd do it in a snap.
Most useless delivery drivers to date. Would not take products to rear of house without extra charge. Bunnings needs to find better delivery service for its online delivery. Worse than imile if that is possible. One star is to much Show details

Finally got through by the 9th phone call and was yelled and abused by him. I’ve contacted customer support, and they can’t seem to do much
I paid for delivery with installation on Samsung website. Those guys from ANC, don’t even know how to speak proper English. Told me that installation is done by someone else and technician will come and do it. I knew it was a lie but they literally ran away. When I decided open up the box, saw that TV was actually cracked. Now I have to wait for Samsung to replace my TV. How awful, waste my time and energy. Show details

ANC gave a three hour delivery window and said that I would be notified when my delivery was nearby. Was also told that as the driver was nearby that I would be able to see their location on a map. didn’t ask to see if he was ok, he quickly tried to force my son to sign a “hand written” statement claiming it was my sons fault. Long story short our insurance company RACQ tried in vain to get not only the driver to admit fault but ANC Couriers also denied liability. I have tried personally to contact CEO [Name Removed] to no avail. LinkedIn is crap. My son has a fear now of driving. We are out of pocket $8500. Looking and reading all these comments it doesn’t appear that they are even monitored by ANC Couriers as there are no responses to them. To the driver all I can hope for is “KARMA”.

If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. Pet Circle use this "company" to deliver and either the drivers can't read, or just blatantly ignore instructions and severely lack common sense. left behind the rubbish bins, hidden from street view and EVERY TIME they drop it on the doorstep and speed off. Today I even chased the driver, waving my arms as he sped away looking at me in his rear view mirror. Why they would think this an appropriate place to leave a delivery, I don't know. And even more baffling, why companies would choose to use their services...

room of our choice. I had initially chosen a more complex path round the house, but on recieving a grumpy and uncooperative response was fully prepared to alter the route to suit them better. They even asked if I had my own trolley! They then refused to communicate as we cleared an alternative route and then drove off with our kitchen, refusing to return to either our home, or to return it to the IKEA depot for redelivery. A video of the walk required was made and IKEA agreed there was no problem with the pathway. I believe there was a misogyny element to this behaviour as they were quite different to my husband, but as I had dealt with them first, they doubled down. At a stressful time in a rennovation I could well do without this level of rubbish service.

missing a present under the tree tomorrow which is absolutely not ok. The clown on the phone didn't seem to give a d#mn about the importance of this delivery she just sounded like she wanted to go home. To say im p*ssed off is an understatement.
Follow-up · Tracking was provided but wasn’t worth the paper it was written on since item kept getting sent to a different carrier. Item finally arrived 12th Jan. I Requested it be returned since it was no longer required but still sits with me today 24th Jan.

I had a pallet of 36 pavers delivered last Saturday. The delivery was on time and the driver was extremely professional and helpful. He went beyond what he had to do and assisted me as much as possible in the pouring rain. I cannot thank him enough. Show details

The delivery this morning was to a neighbouring property. Large truck with building materials. As it's a very narrow street, I informed them to use the turning bay around the corner for their large truck to turn. They refused my request and told me to fxxk off multiple times. Disgustingly rude and abusive behaviour which was reported to head office. Show details
Driver took three different photos of the completed delivery and still failed to notice they had left the parcel at door number 23 and not 21 as written on the parcel label itself--which they also photographed.This resulted in my cat's prescription food being stolen by a neighbour almost immediately. Booked a delivery for Monday, booking window is 7:00am to 1:00pm. Okay get into my office at 7:00. At 11:00am I'm called to be told it can't come today as they're "at capacity". Next available delivery date would be the Thursday. Arrive at the office at 7:00am, call them once their office hours start at 9:00am, on hold for 45 mins only to be told it will have to be rescheduled. Zero communication inbetween. Show details

saying “this is the door.” That was incredibly frustrating to hear. Doorstep delivery should clearly mean delivering the item to the apartment door, not leaving a very heavy package downstairs and expecting the customer to deal with it.
We asked if the package could be brought up to our door as requested. Instead, the driver pushed the box into the mailroom and left it there. What makes this even more frustrating is that bringing it upstairs would have required almost the same effort — our building has three lifts available, so access is not an issue.
We paid for delivery specifically to avoid having to move a large, heavy package ourselves. Being left with it in the parking/mailroom area created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
Absolutely the worst delivery company ever. My dishwasher rescheduled delivery date is 7 days later than the original date. Absolute disgrace, bought white goods from costco, its taking 4 weeks to deliver as first half the order was delivered in 2 weeks and they forgot about the rest of the order and after 3 day of chasing finally tracked my order to tell me another week. Costco sounded genuine and have bought heavy items from them usually with 1-3 days delivery in metro. Having 4 weeks is a joke Show details

front porch or left at the front gate in the rain and visible to the street my last occasion it was delivered to the wrong address and took a week to get another order delivered to me. I will never go back to PetCircle whilst they use ANC Couriers or any other company that uses these cowboys.
Completely unreliable. If possible, I would give these guys negative stars. I don't understand why Bunnings continue to use these guys as their delivery service. Each time they've been late and unprofessional. Their delivery drivers just leave the goods at the front of the house and don't press the bell even even when their is specific instructions that the goods need to be delivered to the first floor.
