We purchased the baby einstein kick it to neptune on the 9th of May 2025. Have used it for our newborn a number of times since then and he moves a bit in it - not quite strong enough to give it a good kick. Unfortunately, the product is no longer in working order. The music box no longer works. Have tried to replace batteries but it hasn't… Read more

helped. We checked to make sure it was all plugged in - all good but still not working. Thinking this was a good product we no longer have the receipt. So now we have a bouncer that cost a fortune and we can't use it. So disappointed and disheartened.

I purchased a Baby Einstein Jumperoo for use at my home when my great grandson was visiting. What a fantastic product. This little fella spent many an hour enjoying the product until he was too active to use it anymore. It was put away (always kept inside the house) until the next little one came along. Again it was brought out when this one was… Read more

sitting and she like the first little one had a lot of fun in it.

Unfortunately, one day while she was using it, a strap on it broke without any warning. This strap was covered by a fabric so there was absolutely no evidence and no obvious reasoning that we could see for this to happen.

I contacted Baby Einstein who are based in America to send them photos and describe what had happened. They took the matter very seriously, requested that I returned it to them via a courier which they arranged and covered the cost of along with a pick-up and return. It was then sent through for examination to see if they could locate the cause of the incident.

They also, gave me a full refund for the item. I could not give them more credit for how they handled the full issue.

Baby loves it but safety concern – Bought the Baby Einstein Zen & Cal’s Playground Sensory Shape Sorter, it's for babies 6-36 months. My 7.5 month old was playing with it and one of the strings came out, I'm so disappointed as my baby absolutely loves playing with it but I'm worried about safety.

Very noisy but babies love it – Baby Einstein activity jumper. Purchased for baby who was unsettled laying on the floor. Pros: - adjustable for the different heights and stages of your baby - lots of options to look at and explore - higher toys for baby to reach to and learn how to grab - spinning chair means baby can move to the toys all around them - musically drums that… Read more

flash which is a good distraction when they start to get bored in it

Cons: - very noise. So many things making noise as they jump which is fine but we can only use it when no one is sleeping in the house. - can’t be used when they start pulling themself up as it moves to much for them to balance on when try to get the toys when they are out of sitting in chair. (Sit and stand fisher price version is much better option for this stage) - can cause baby to vomit and hiccups given they jump a lot - very bulky to move to different rooms if you don’t have a open plan house

So much jumping fun – We got the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Activity Jumper for our son and he really enjoys it. He loves to be held up, & now loves being in his jumperoo. The stimulation is great for him and has helped strengthen his core and leg muscles. In a short time he is able to jump around and spin the seat to get to the other toys. I like that you can… Read more

adjust the height to grow with your baby. It’s very sturdy and easy to clean. Almost everything is removable for a clean and the seat cover can be washed. It’s great fun and beneficial when used it moderation.

Worth it! – Review on the Baby Einstein Around We Grow 4-in-1 Discovery Center This discovery center helped my daughter gain more confidence being on her feet and helped strengthen her legs . It’s very colourful and has different activities on it. It’s easy to put together and is reasonably priced. The only issue I have with this is If your child is on… Read more

the heavier side , the part Which goes around the table can tilt as the base of the table is not that sturdy but don’t be discouraged there are plenty more activities to do if the go around it removed.

Great Piano – We purchased the Baby Einstein Baby Piano back in October last year for our 1 year old as he was sitting on the floor for ages in Baby Bunting playing it under my partners supervision while I shopped. Contents - It comes with the piano and a few song playing cards to help teach your child how to play songs, it is to advanced for our little at the… Read more

moment but give it time as I believe we will have this piano for quite some time. No assembly or batteries required at purchase.

Design - It is all touch sensitive, very colourful and easy to use.

Quality - We have not experienced any defaults at all, however in store there were a few with small chunks taken out of the wood from either delivery or misuse in store.

Batteries - The batteries last in this device for a very long time, our son uses it daily and we have not yet had to change them.

Price - $44.95, We did feel it was a little high for what it was at the time but definitely worth the expense.

We all thoroughly enjoy this product and would recommend it to our friends.

Great item but needs more padding – I have bought this Enstein activity jumper in Baby Bunting as it was on 50% sale, however after my baby has been using it, i noticed her right nipple was peeled off due to the friction from the product. This is a great activity jumper however i really think it needs more padding, GP has advised is to put Hydrocortisone as bub’s skin is so red and inflamed. We can’t see any other source apart from her chest area rubbing into the toy.

crappy – I bought the baby Einstein box set of DVDs and honestly they are bad. It looks like it was made in the 90s and sometimes I watch it thinking its almost like its brainwashing. I'm getting rid of them asap

Terrible – Very average if not inferior quality of entertainment for babies and children. Boring and the hand puppets are just appalling! I think anyone with no experience and little creativity, could produce a better DVD for their child than this dirge. If I had produced this dvd I would be so embarrassed! I think if you took "sesame street" and then… Read more

removed the state of the art 'muppets' and replaced them with socks on peoples hands - put sound effects to the socks on hands... that sound like someone recorded them on a cheap tape recorder in their kitchen...are you getting the picture?

Give these DVD's the big swerve! I think that the only good thing about these DVD's is for the creators spent heaps of money on the marketing!! They certainly didn't spend any money to produce the DVD. The baby store said that these are the best DVD's on the market - don't listen to them, these DVD's are horrible!! Expensive mistake!! Terrible quality DVD -It is a CON! I sat down with my son today to watch the baby einstein colours DVD featuring Vincent Van Goat! OMG Terrible!! Even my 6 month old looked bored out of his mind!! we only got 10 minutes in and we both had seen enough. Slow, dreary, boring, dull, music is recorded badly and cheap!

Excellent – Amazing DVD's !!! what a great investment, my hubby bought the Baby Beethoveen and from about 2 months old bub started watching it ... as time went on she got more and more into it (she'd laugh in the same spots, squealed at the lion! very cute) so we bought a box set from the U.S. Bub is now a year old and when she gets a little upset or bored,… Read more

we put a DVD on ... She talks to the puppets, reacts to the noises, sings along, laughs constantly at the puppets and on long road trips just sits in the car and watches! It is the BEST investment we've made (as well as our portable DVD player!) and so good for her developmental skills, I highly recommend these DVD's. You just have to realise that different DVD's are for different ages, I noticed one of the reviews they said the baby was bored and gave it 1 star, it takes a little while for a 6 month old to warm up to anything let alone a DVD, you should have given bub more time and you too would love it (the music is very soothing, some of the videos are great!). I think the trick is buying a few after the initial one so they can learn different things. Specifically targeted to babies (different ages for different DVD's), cute toys and puppets, great for babies development, my bub LOVES these DVD's Nothing! maybe a little on the expensive side, but I bought a box set from the U.S. and it ended up costing me only about $2 a DVD, so not really a con for me.

Good – i like how it focuses on children's development and on enhancing/refining skills attained by the child. as a parent i like the idea of my children getting this type of toys and so when buying presents for others i also tend to go for this toys. when buying this type of toys make sure that you check what they are meant to do and for what age, keep… Read more

Excellent – I love this product. Despite DVD's simplicity and its over-commercialisation, its quite educational, entertaining for baby and gives mum a little coffee break :) Other toys are good but you might find competing products with the rest. I have few products from this company. Fisrt and most popular, the DVD's. Although they are so basic with music… Read more

and simple toys/puppetry, yet they are very engaging for my little boy. At first he hated it but after few time he absolutely loved it. They have different themes like shapes/colours, numbers, baby bach etc which I believe are quite educational and age appropriate. I was also given the play gym which he loved from a very young age till now. A little expensive but I got my DVD's from ebay. Play gym was a present. Like any other T.V or DVD, these DVD's can be addictive as baby loves to watches them and gives mum a HUGE break especially with 'repeat play' option which I never use.

Excellent – I have a few books and DVD's and my baby loves all of them. She is fascinated by all the bright colours and movement on the DVD's and I must say the classical music on their DVD's is lovely and calming. One of the books is a touch and feel book which my daughter loves and the other is a bath time book which she can't get enough of. Baby Einstein… Read more

Excellent – I really like the Baby Einstein Music for little ones. The orchestration is not as "big" as would typically be the case and it seems to appeal so much to bubs. Baby Einstein Lullabies - Fantastic. My little girl loved this music from very small. It always soothed her when in the car. She would go from crying to quietly listening in seconds. Having to listen to it so many times to keep her happy!
