immediately disappointed, it is rock solid, it feels like a plank of ply wood, I know they’re meant to be firm but this is just ridiculous. I went to baby bunting near me to feel other mattresses to see if I was just being dramatic or not, but every single one that I felt was significantly softer than this one. I'd expect from a Kmart product. I took them in for exchange/return and was told this is how denim wears and there is no fault in the product. I retuned the shorts on a Saturday and had to wait until Tuesday for a response as no manager was in. Now making a second trip to the store to collect my damaged shorts that they will not exchange. If this is how the denim wears there should be a warning tag or mention at time of purchase. I've never had this happen to denim before. Incredibly disappointed in the product and assistance from staff.
