Best pram for 2 kids with a small car – My best investment on pram, I had a single pram for my 1st child but then I conceived a 1 year 1/2 with 2nd child and because the first child was still too young I needed a pram best suits my needs including my budget and my car small boot , I searched a lot but wherever I went the double prams were too expensive or I needed a capsule separately… Read more

with adaptor for the newborn. But then I ended up with Bebe care Rverse XLR which finished my search with first seat converts from bassinet to toddler seat with large canopy hood and comes with 2nd seat option including the attachments rain cover, a big shopping basket with side zip as well and bassinet blanket too keep newborn fully warm in winter. I bought from toys r us with a very cheap price.

The pram actually folds separately so Easy to manage, very easy to open and fold and even with both seats in the boot plenty of space for my groceries.

I used the pram almost 3 years and it’s in perfect condition the only thing I needed to replace was the handle bar rubber cause my son chewed and ripped it.

The one thing I didn’t liked is 2nd seat hood was too small.

I still have this pram which I’m going to use again with my baby number 3 who is due in October. So my investment of $400 for a double pram worth it although this time I don’t need the 2nd seat cause my other 2 are old enough .

Very strong durable and well designed pram.

Disappointing customer service – I bought this pram for my first child after reading positive reviews. I was expecting to use it for a long time so even purchased the toddler seat with it. However, after my girl vomited on it I had to put the basket in the wash and the seams frayed and came undone. I phoned customer service as it was under warranty and had to argue for a… Read more

replacement as they said the basket is not designed to go in the wash, only wiped with a damp cloth. This is ridiculous! Clearly the product wasn't made with the user (babies and children) in mind. The foam on the handle has split and I have subsequently been told that I will need to drive a minimum of an hour each way to have the handle replaced. With a young child this is again ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient. Whilst the pram itself isn't so bad the customer service of the company is a real let down and I'll avoid their products from this point forward.

Great shopping centre pram – I really love this pram, I prefer to baby wear so this is saying a lot about the pram. I've had it since my daughter was a newborn (now 13 months) and still enjoy using it on occasion. Its pros are: It's sturdy, I feel safe having my daughter strapped in this pram, the basket is HUGE- nothing else compares, it's super easy to manoeuvre and put up… Read more

and down. The cons would be it is quite wide, the basket is hard to access when bubs is rear facing and because it is a bit on the heavy side I've scratched mine up quite badly. Probably my biggest gripe is the crappy plastic wheels which mean it's not great for 'off road' adventures. But given I am not willing to pay a huge amount for a pram I would have to put up with them no matter what I chose. My girl has been comfortable in this easy clean pram from the start. You can also buy City Select seat covers to jazz it up a bit :)

Great practical pram – Pros: Great maneuverability, great breaks, large storage basket, made out of durable material, sturdy, easy to clean, stood the test of time (used over four years - no major issues), good value for money. Cons: slightly heavy and awkward to pack into car, Issue encountered: the button to collapse the pram get stuck at times. But no biggy. … Read more

Overall would recommend pram to those who don't mind a slightly weighty pram. Do not recommend to those who are not very strong..

awesome pram – I just bought this pram second hand. Am glad i did. Easy to use. Not heavy. Atm i have a 21mth old a 4mth old and its perfect. Love how u can take seats off to fit in car (and so easy too) as previous prams wouldn't fit into the back of my kia. Wish i had one wen bubs was born.

Best pram ever! Look no further – Buy no other pram, this is the one you need!! It's brilliant. Walk, jog or run, it works as the wheels are especially cooperative and smooth gliding compared to most. Excellent capsule adaptors available to suit other brand capsules, plus bassinet is amazing. We've now also purchased the toddler seat attachment and it works well for toddler below… Read more

and bubs above. Cannot say enough about the Bebe Care customer service too, they are above helpful. I've had two items replaced FREE OF CHARGE due to either general wear and tear or small faults. Am very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this pram. Ignore the previous reviews saying the pram is heavy or awkward - clearly these people have never actually pushed a pram before! This one is great.

Great pram but heavy and awkward – I bought this pram as loved how it converted to suit a baby from newborn to toddler. I also loved how you could purchase attachments to use a capsule in it. We spent the first 4 months of our babies life using the capsule attachment, however now she is bigger we use the standard seat that comes with the pram. Sadly the seat needs to be taken off… Read more

and placed in my car separately. It just fits in my little cars boot provided the seat is facing forward. I'm quite fit but still find it very awkward and heavy to put in my boot.

Otherwise the pram works really well. It has great quality material, comes with extras such as sun and rain cover and the bassinet mode is fantastic for when bub falls asleep or is very young. It doesn't have a recline feature (besides up popping a couple buttons) which is a pain, but otherwise is easy to use and secured? The basket is great too and holds a lot of things, but is hard to access when the seat is upright and parent-facing.

The wheels are smooth and we've used it for general shopping as well as walks on road and dirt paths, both of which were fine and we had no issues. Great quality, converts from bassinet to seat, reversible seat, can buy attachment to use capsule when bub is very young Very heavy, does not fit in a small car unless seat is taken from base, and even then it's awkward while trying to juggle a baby

Not the best – I brought this pram as it was highly rated in tests & reviews. The storage basket is huge & easily fits Nappy bag & shopping etc however is hard to get to when seat is facing the person pushing... When forward facing it's fine. There is an access at the front of the pram but only suitable for accessing small items. The basket tore while near new… Read more

however the store i purchased from quickly replaced it with minimal fuss & no charge. There is plenty of space for tall people who take larger steps. The rain cover only covers the baby, not the whole pram so when it rains the fabric gets wet on the top. The sun shade is very sturdy compared to other prams we looked at, but would have been better if it curved over for more shade. I used a Unity capsule for the first 6 months which was easy to click in and out. It takes up quite a lot of boot space when storing as it is in 2 pieces. The base is quite heavy to lift. It's easy to push & steer & feels strong & durable. Great to push on smooth surfaces (shopping centres & well paved paths) but too rough & bumpy on gravel & uneven footpaths. The wheels are solid so no risk of a flat tyre, but as a result you're restricted to smooth surfaces. The recline doesn't lay completely flat so my baby wouldn't sleep in it when out for dinner or visiting friends etc. however that might suit babies with reflux. Overall you pay for what you get and I'm yet to find the 'perfect pram'. This pram stays in my car so is only used when out shopping & is sufficient for this use. large storage basket, inexpensive, easy to push, one of the safest, sturdy sunshade. seat doesn't recline totally flat, storage basket tore when near new, bulky to store, rain cover doesn't cover whole pram.

I'm in love with this pram!!! – I've been through 3 double prams before my son was even 3 months old and finally found this one and I'm so glad I bought it! I got it for an awesome price from mumgo.com.au (but then had to buy toddler seat from another site) It is fantastic in shopping centres even though it's a double and I've had no trouble fitting through any lanes etc.… Read more

Inexpensive, steering is fantastic, great for shopping centres an remove-able pram liners! The toddler seat says from newborn + but I just find my 3 month old is not very comfy.... If only it reclined a little bit more it would be the perfect pram!!!

Not too happy – I purchased this pram two months ago and put it together. I'm still not due for another two weeks, it's never been used and have already noticed one of the straps to convert from bassinet to seat is broken. Will be going back to the store I purchased it at and possibly asking for a refund. Also I don't like how stiff the hood is and it doesn't… Read more

cover very much and would have liked the foot holder to be adjustable. Seat and bassinet in one piece. Large frame, small hood, straps break pretty easy.

Versatile, great value for money – I think this pram is great. I bought it because it came recommended by Choice, and I wanted one where I could reverse the direction of the bassinet/seat, but I'm always finding new features and am really happy with the purchase. It's easy to handle incl while juggling shopping baskets and the like, and is lovely and smooth to push around. It… Read more

has a huge shopping basket, which is also really convenient - though you have to remember the basket is only rated to 5kg, so it does have limits if you're busy stacking all your groceries into it.

I've been stopped by quite a few people who wanted to know where I got the sun shade or rain cover - I hadn't realised that most (incl more expensive) brands will charge you extra for these. Together with the fact that the bassinet converts into a stroller, without having to shell out for a separate bassinet fitting, this pram is great value for money. At the moment i've got the headrest of the bassinet raised so that my 5 mo old can get a bit of a view before she gets promoted to the stroller.

The drawbacks: it is a bit cumbersome to fold up and heavy to lift into the car (though very easy to fling out of the car), and the reverse feature isn't that useful because you can't change the direction of the seat while bub is in it - possibly more of an issue with the bassinet, I may start reversing the seat more often once bub can sit properly so that I can plonk her onto the ground while I switch the seat direction. Really versatile, great value for money, robust Fiddly to fold up and a bit heavy; reverse feature not very practical in bassinet mode. Reversible handle would be better.

Perfect! – This pram is so easy to push in comparison to the competing strider my baby loves it! Only issues are the hood doesnt pull over very far and the basket on the bottom tore so easy! I walk over dirt with this pram and for non pneumatic tires it handles great! I can steer it one handed because its so light and so easy to maneuver around people! I… Read more

have however purchased a second hand pram for bush bashing and parks as I dont want to risk ruining such a perfect pram!

My sisters all have the strider plus and a green with envy over how light and easy this pram is! so light and easy to steer! bonus of bassinet and seat in one! the basket though large tore within a week! and parts are virtually non existant for this pram now

LOVE this pram! – I spent many months researching, as I was told that there is no such thing as "the perfect pram!" by friends. I wanted one that could do absolutely everything - travel system, toddler seat for later on, not too bulky, easy to put up and down etc. Budget wasn't an issue for us, so we looked at everything available - Bugaboo didn't have the toddler… Read more ·  1

seat, just a buggy board (I couldn't foresee any toddler of mine patiently standing on a board for 1+hrs during shopping!), and Mountain Buggy was the closest I could find but there was a backorder of several months. I love this pram and honestly can't fault it. My baby is now 6 months old and we've just converted the bassinet to the stroller (although we've mainly used the Maxi Cosi capsule in and out of the car/pram to date). I love that all of the accessories came with it (rain cover, sun shade) and I am often stopped in the street by parents and expectant parents wanting to chat about my pram, where I got it, whether I like it... and I tell them I love it! Highly recommended! It's "The Works" of prams, does everything you could want a pram to do. A little bulky, but no more than any other pram

So far, so good! – I have been using this pram for 5 months now and so far so good. I specifically bought this pram because I have a bad back and like the fact that I can put it into the car in 2 pieces. Some prams are a lot heavier. I also love that it has the bassinete mode for newborn and that baby can face me. The basket underneath is huge which is… Read more

fantastic! It is also easily accessible with zips and a large opening. The pram steers very easy and I have not been stuck in any aisles as yet. It comes with UV shade, waterproof cover and a boot cover, all very handy.

I also like the option of being able to attach a toddler seat down the track. So many prams don't cater for this.

My only wish is that it had pneumatic wheels for rough terrain. I am concered the wheels will give out before the rest of the pram. I bought a second hand Beema Q pram with pneumatic wheels for 'bush bashing' in the parks, on grass etc as this pram is definitely not made for 'off road'. It suits shopping centres and pathways only. Two pieces makes it easy to lift & put into boot. Easy to steer. Bassinete mode for newborn. Baby can face you. Large basket underneath. Can attach a toddler seat. Not suited for rough terrain, ie grass! Would prefer pneumatic wheels.

Lovin' it – We brought this pram after a fair bit of research, both online and practical testing. I think we wheeled every pram around the shop and tested them all in our car. wheels off and it packs down quite small if you are going on holidays and packing the car up.

We also wanted a pram that would serve us long term not just for the first few months. This pram has the bassinet in which you can lay the baby down and see the baby. The bassinet converts into a seat and allows the tolder to sit up either facing the parent or in the direction of travel. It also has the option of a second seat and/or skateboard.

The adjustable handle is also great.

The basket is huge compared to many ther prams we looked at and this is great.

Occasionaly I have noticed its a little wide even though it was on the narrower end of all the prams we looked it. I'm not sure how you get round this unless you by a cheap umberalla stroller from K-mart or the like.

On the first pram we received there was a massive scratch on the frame, this was replaced with another that had the seat sowen incorrectly so couldn't be set up properly before we received a pram in proper condition.

We have added a piece of rubber (like that on the handle) to the metal frame between the two front wheels as this is likely to get scratched and look tatty when folding and setting up but this was a cheap and easy $5 improvement.

Overall, its a great pram at quite a reasonable price. There may be better prams for this purpose or that but I suspect you'll be hard pressed finding a better all round pram

Poor quality – I was very interested in the strider plus 4 , but chose the bebe care rverse xlr pram because it was not as wide,I loved the design of this pram until ther cracks began to show after its first use , it had a very strong pull to the left and after fighting it for two weeks i returned it to the store,it was found that it(and their display model… Read more

too) had a definite problem. i was then given a new frame in the hopes it would behave as a normal pram should, however this was not the case and was replaced again.Fed up with the last two i hoped it would be smooth sailing from there . unfortunately not, as my third bebe care rverse xlr pram now had an issue with the breaks!when the breaks were put on, the pram could still be pushed around as if the breaks were never put on in the first place.this is only my personal experience for all i know i could have just been unlucky with three faulty prams but a month after origionally purchasing this pram i have returned it to the store and am happy to never see it again! Toddler seat, baby facing mother option. Where to begin.. steering problems, faulty breaks, not suited to taller babies (canopy sits right ontop of my 8 month olds head when not in use) harness straps not as big as other prams.

Perfect - but – Got the pram and toddler seat on sale. So spent $500 all up which was fantastic!! Love everything about it- price; looks; functions; accessories; user friendly. ride, both my girls really like it. Toddler seat is hard/tough to access but my toddler seems to be able to climb in/out with no issues + for the price im sure you'll be able to deal with it.

Accessories are excellent as you do not need to purchase anything else once you have this pram (comes with mesh cover; rain cover and foot muff).

However, there is one major issue - the harness. I could 'just' fit it around my 8 mth old at the maximum length (the waist strap). This was a major issue as my 8mo is not lare at all and what do we do once she gets older and bigger. Called the manufacturers and they responded with "they could not make the strap any longer when manufacturing". Asked the baby store what we should do, they were happy to credit note us to pick another pram, but there was no double prams available in that price range. So, ive decided to keep and will see what creative solution i can come up with. Fingers crossed manufacturers will come up with something.

Assume not many have picked up te harness issue yet as most purchasers prob purchased for use from newborn but once the baby gets older i think others will note the harness is not very long.

There are comments on the seat not being upright, but i can def live with that. Price; functions; looks; includes accessories; toddler seat option Harness not long enough for older babies (6-8 months +)

Couldn't wish for more in a pram! – I was looking for a pram to carry a baby and a toddler. I spent a couple of months researching and testing different prams at the shops. toddler. I was looking for something that included both a bassinet and a seat, was compatible with baby capsules, had a reversible seat, was usable with or without the second seat, was relatively light and easy to manoeuvre. When I came across Bebe Care Rverse XLR, I immediately fell in love with it. It fitted all my criteria. After several months of use, I am still in love with it. Very reasonable price for what you get. Includes boot, rain and sun cover. Large shopping basket. Very easy to use and move around. Lighter than similar prams on the market. I would have liked for the toddler sear to be able to recline a little more for nap times.

pram on a flat surface with one hand. The access to the baggage is easy from all sides and is also very big. Once you get the hang of it, folding and unfolding is easy peasy. I really love the adjustable handle bar. When the double seat is on, I lift the handle bar right up which allows easy access for my toddler to slip right in. I love the seat that turns into a bassinette. We actually use it as a seat and if we are in places where there is no access to a change table, we turn it into the bassinette use it as a change table and change baby or toddler in there. The sun shade is fairly big and the mesh part allows bubs to look out whilst in seat or bassinette. The breaks are very easy to use and we haven't had a problem with them jamming like previous prams. I have had many positive comments from other shoppers wishing they had a pram like this one. The covered wheels are great as on numerous occasions my toddler has put his fingers around the wheels. If the hub cap wasn't on it and there were normal spokes he would have hurt himself. I have had a few minor gripes with the pram. The seatbelt on the seats can only click together when all five points are attached. My son hates the shoulder straps and therefor I don't use the seat belt :(. Another bad point is that the seat is too short for my two year old. I can't use the sun shade with him in it. This is a negative point I found with most prams I tried in the shops. The quality of the seats, covers etc are great, but I find that the frame and other small things lack in quality that the other more expensive prams have. The leaver that is used to fold the pram has a pointy finger grip which my son always hits his head on when he gets out of the pram alone (hurts him). Its a big pram which doesnt leave much space in the boot (what other double prams doesnt?). The cover on the handle bar left my hands black, so I put a material cover over it. Overall, I love this pram. It was the only pram that had everything that I needed. Easy on the wallet compared to other prams with the same features. Big and roomy, fits through aisles, great sun shade, very versatile. Frame seems weak. Have to use five points on seatbelt, seat is short for older toddlers.

Great versitlilty Great Price – This pram looks fantastic in the shops for a toddler and new baby set up and is less than half the price of the others we are looking at but the information retailers can give us is limited. rely heavily on user reviews of other Bebe Care strollers and apparent toddler comfort. Costs just over $400 for the Pram with seat/bassinet. Suitable for newborns as it takes car seat capsules and the seat easily changes to a bassinet. The toddler seat is available at under $100 and seems to have more space above it than most designs like this. Easy to push and manoeuvre around shopping aisles. Manufacturer website does not list highest rating capsules as fitting. Toddler seat is smaller than the baby seat and attaches below the other seat at the back of the pram. The larger convertible seat/bassinet doesn't fit in the extra seat fitting, you have to put the smaller seat in the extra fitting but larger child which seems odd
