bassinet attachment and it is amazing, it's so great to have a small pram with a bassinet to take around in the shops with my newborn. I can easily change the seat to the regular seat for my toddler and the seat is very upright so he is happy to look around too. There is a lot of room in the basket and one handed fold is incredible. Very impressed with this pram and looking forward to years of use with it!

easy to push on all terrain, huge storage compartment and looks luxurious. The bassinet attachment is plush and the perfect size for my child. Unlike other prams, my newborn does not move around in the bassinet when out which is a huge plus. Easy to fold up to put in the car and just as easy to assemble on arrival. We also purchased the toddler board attachment and cannot fault either product. Love how many accessories can be fitted to this pram! Would 100% recommend to other families looking for a reliable and sturdy pram.

instantly impressed by the design, build quality, and how sturdy and durable it feels compared to others we looked at. It’s stylish, super easy to 'drive', and clearly designed with practicality in mind. We love all the easy and functional features and can already tell it’s going to make life so much easier once bub arrives. Couldn’t recommend it more to expecting parents!

strolling around. Used on paved areas, hard, and carpet floors - and it didn't feel rough. The only thing I don't like about it is that at check-in, I was told that it is bigger than cabin approved size, so I had to check my pram at the gate. My little one also seems to be on a permanent recline no matter how straight I put the seat up to be - i guess all the travel prams look like this. The canopy gives enough shade, too.
Customer service was also good. Had the elastic band break a few weeks in, they had sent me a replacement very quickly after a few photos of the broken piece.

even one-handed. It looks absolutely beautiful in the taupe colour and gets compliments everywhere we go. The seat and bassinet are both comfortable and stylish, and the suspension makes walks much smoother for bub.
The storage basket underneath is a great size for everyday use, although we have noticed it can get stuck a little when the seat is forward-facing. It can also be a bit hard to collapse while it’s still brand new and stiff, and we’ve found we need to remove the pram caddy and cup holder each time before folding it down, which can be a little inconvenient.
That said, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and practicality for parents, and overall we are really happy with it. A beautiful, functional pram that feels very high quality.

out of nowhere the wheels spaze out while walking and at shopping centres nearly causing me and my son to literally trip on numerous occasions and on top of that when trying to fold it and put it away it gets stuck to the point where u have to put force on it to shut which has ended up with me my partner and my younger brother jamming our fingers for more then a few seconds before opening it back up to get our fingers out on numerous occasions I emailed milly and coup and they asked me for vids of these scenarios happening they then said that it wasn’t closing bcs the wheels are facing the wrong way but even when I faced them the right way it still did the same thing and let’s be so real when your paying nearly a thousand dollars for a pram you expect it not to have these problems at all especially when it hasn’t even been in use for a year I’m so very disappointed and I will not recommend this pram to anyone I now have to get rid of the pram and spend another huge amount of money on another pram thanks to this incident I will be posting this review on all my social media’s so that people don’t do the same mistake and suffer like I am especially with all this inflation happening around the world

front wheels lock up and want to tip. Very dangerous!! It’s also hard to steer and feels very heavy when loaded. Another reason I don’t recommend this is because the seats are not big enough and my 3 year old is most uncomfortable in the seat and cannot use the sunshade as it is not tall enough. I would’ve tried returning this pram except I didn’t have a need to use it straight away and didn’t try it out when it arrived but waited until my second child was born. By then it was far too late to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and buy something else. I wish I did!

cover and adjustable foot rests means they can sleep really peacefully in the pram, sit for long periods, eat snacks using the snack attachment and enjoy the world around them. The basket is huge and fits so much and it is so sturdy that it doesn't move when locked. I attach a huge twin backpack to it and it doesn't change the balance. The sports tires make it really comfortable for the babies and for me to move around. We have 2 cup holders easily attached and it still folds easily. The best part is how light it is and how easily you can change the configuration. Its also very easily to pull apart and clean and the seats are machine washable. On top of all of this, the team at Valco and most especially Glen, are so helpful. We had an issue with latch and the balance and Glen came out to our house, at a time that was convenient to us, and fixed everything. They don't make you send 1000 pictures and explain over and over the problem. They come and see it and bring all the necessary parts to fix it, at no cost to us. Honestly, I am so lucky and glad we bought a Valco baby pram. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for your time, energy and attention to detail Glen and for making sure our babies are happy and safe in their Valco ride!!!

standard pram even with two seats — making it a breeze to navigate through tight spaces. As a taller parent, the adjustable handlebar is a dream, meaning no more hunching on walks. The extended canopy offers brilliant sun protection, and the overall finish feels genuinely premium — everything about it looks and feels luxe. Sleek, practical, and built for real life. The Olive is hard to beat.

price. Shortly after we started to use it we had issues with the front wheels. They didn’t turn properly, and the stroller actually tipped over once. I also had trouble with the hood staying up, I would hit a slight bump on a path and it would fall down. I contacted customer service and they sent out replacement wheels and parts for the hood. Even after the replacement the wheels are still just as dodgy. The locks on the front wheels have a mind of their own and I can’t push it with one hand as it just heads in any direction the wheels feel like. I use my travel stroller more and more now as my beautiful big bambino stroller is a pain to use. Very deflating and disappointing when buying from an Australian brand.

up and can drive over nearly everything (I've been on sand, grass, concrete and mud with the buggy).
You can also get lots of accessories for the Mountain Buggy range - I got the Cocoons (to use until 6mo or until they can sit up in the buggy) which detach from the buggy and I've moved sleeping babies countless times with it. I also have the cupholder which is a great addition if you are doing the groceries to put your phone or shopping list in.
Really slim, it fits through a standard door frame! Easy to wheel up the hallway from the nursery to front door instead of carrying bubs all the way from one end of the house to another.
Good storage underneath, can fit a nappy bag, bag of groceries, personal items and more.

out that their misleading advertisements on their car seat adaptor TS22 that lead me to purchase a non-refundable $300 Graco car seat to go with my Mountain Buggy Cosmopolitan. They advertise that this adaptor goes with the Groca Snugride but what they don't say is it only works with Snugride models no longer on the market: "Graco Snugride Car Seat Adaptor for Cosmopolitan. Attach your Graco SnugRide car seat to the cosmopolitan stroller using TS 22, creating a travel system for your baby.". They were happy to provide me the names of old models it works for after I purchased it and discovered it didn't fit. No wonder they always have the adaptor on sale.
Phil&Ted are now refusing to engage in acknowledging this and support me with a solution given that I have now spent money on an adaptor and car seat that I cannot use with the stroller I have. This goes against the Federal Trade Commission in the US and the Competition Bureau in Canada, not to mention has now cost a single mom hundreds of dollars. Finally, they do not provide any direct contact other than email, which they have conveniently ignored. It's one thing to realize a mistake in advertising that mislead customers but it is another. Terrible customer service isn't worth their products.
UPDATE* Mountain Buggy was quick to remove my reviews and posts on their social media and also took down their Ts22 product, yet can't respond to me as an affected customer.

with the reef which I was quite unhappy with the quality compared to the price but dealt with it. It was then recalled and I was sent a new chassis which still had many flaws. After contacting them raising a few concerns I had wonderful customer service and was given the option to try another style of pram. I picked the pioneer and upon receiving was utterly dissatisfied. The sun visor was stitched very uneven, the seat didn’t clip in properly and when clipped in had a lot of movement and overall quality was poor. When raising my concerns once again and sending a heap of photos I was pretty much told if I didn’t like it send it back. I will be going elsewhere for a more reputable brand.
