While the tablet took about two weeks to arrive and stayed in the ""processing"" stage longer than I expected, the customer service team was excellent. automatic android software upgrade wouldn't accept any pins or codes from Motorola. Motorola support team themselves advised to return it to supplier for refund or replacement.. They claim software issues are not covered under warranty. Motorola state it's a flaw in the product and needs to be replaced. After months of varying emails asking for personal account details and pass words they now want to return the item unfixed. They need to be held accountable for being so dodgey and ripping good ppl off. Buyer beware they have no care or desire to do the right thing. came with scratches and dents so deep its clear that this is whole thing is a scam. I sent an email to them but looking at other reviews here I don't like my chances of getting a good or even a half-decent outcome. I find it unlikely the phone will last a year if all these reviews are anything to go by.

It receives no software updates from Samsung, and its Android software is long behind. It also does not work on 5G.
After a lot of runaround (see my first review), they asked me to send the phone to some guy in a dodgy mall phone repair kiosk. They included questionable warranty conditions like "Perform a complete factory reset" and "Please send the phone only. We will not be liable for any missing box" - what am I supposed to send it in, an envelope so they can claim it was damaged in transit when it arrives? I requested a refund months ago with a follow up, both completely ignored and we have been at a stalemate since.
This company is selling devices that are not for the public market with no warranty, no service, no software updates, and no care for their customers. The ACCC and Fair Trading will be involved from tomorrow.

This wasted my time and left me without a phone I urgently need. They offered no discount or goodwill gesture, only a refund.
Under Australian Consumer Law a business doesn’t have to honour a genuine pricing error, but sending a shipping confirmation when nothing was sent feels deceptive and absolutely unprofessional. Especially or offer a discount.
I cancelled and will not buy from them again. Sharing this so others know what to expect. DO NOT BOTHER DEALING WITH SUCH SCAMMERS

When I contacted BecexTech, they initially dismissed the problems as "minor" and suggested repairs. Later, they claimed it was "beyond repair" and offered store credit—only to reverse course and say it was "fixed" without explaining what was done. After 3 months of delays, I received a replacement phone, which had the exact same issues. Their solution was to restart the repair-replacement cycle, and they ignored questions about software updates.
I suspect BecexTech is circulating faulty refurbished phones to customers until warranties expire. Their handling of this issue is unacceptable and mirrors other negative reviews here. I’ve reported this to ACCC and SA Consumer and Business Services and urge others to do the same to hold them accountable.
Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

getting 1 of many emails about this phone I had just bought apparently sitting in my inbox, but I had received an order confirmation. Tried to log on to account 1 Feb, said temporarily suspended. Sent email to seek clarification about order status, told no problems, just be patient. Same answer on subsequent enquiries until day 5 they say oops, out of stock, so as per their email where I can get a refund , I say PLEASE send me my money back. Still waiting for refund after they have taken my money and had it over a week for a product they did not even have in stock - so I have gone to Paypal to resolve issue. Here's the fun, they have till 12 Mar to reply and I have been without a phone for over a week, I would love the money back in my account before I commit to another purchase on credit card. If they were really concerned about their stuff up, they would apologise PROFUSELY and get my money back to me ASAP. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this company. Only reason I thought I would try them is because company I normally use (ie Rebeelo no bad experiences here for 3 purchases) had no stock of phone I wanted. My argument is if I try and purchase ag an oil filter from Supercheap or Repco, they will not even accept payment if there is no stock, but oh, will happily take your hundreds of dollars for an item we don't have and then take forever to give your money back, which I will believe when I have it back in my account. they had any other of the same phone, in any condition rating, but without screen damage. A few days later I received a reply asking for photos of damaged screen. Although not getting a reply to my question I sent back pictures and asked again. A few days later I received an email explaining the conditiin rating was correct and any damage to the screen did not hinder it's functionality, and no answer to my question. I replied saying their customer service sucked and why couldn't someone just answer my question and asked for a refund. operates out of Asia. Within weeks my Zfold Samsung got the dreaded black screens on fold out screens. I cleaned it before I returned it with wet wipes and noticed scratches appeared on the side fold. Long story short- they claimed I dropped the phone and created the scratches and damaged the hinge and that's why screen went black...while I was using it. This was totally untrue - I had not dropped it, or scratched it. I'd barely used it. Insult to injury - after losing almost $1,000 had to pay $55 Admin fee. Also strange, when processing the Admin Fee the BSB and Account number did not indicate the company name of Becextech, rather a man's first and last name. Apparently after reading reviews on Reddit they did not have same 'high' ratings as on their site? Wonder if this negative review will show on their site? Ver disappointed with Becextech, Perth Western Australia.

blamed me for the address i supplied - their system accepted it. They had 5 business days to contact me by email or phone and did nothing until i contacted them. Was told it's my fault. Was also told it would be sent. Aus Post tracking showed that 5 business days later they received the package on Thursday 16th April. Received package on Wednesday 22nd April. To make matters worse extra items that were purchased were not supplied. Requested refund for extra items not supplied and in all this mess at least they replied that they would refund these items. So 14 business days afetr paying for express post i received the package. I was blamed for address issue and Aus Post blamed by them for delays. They blame anyone sles and take no responsibility. They told me it was 'not ready' (???) when the order shipped, and told me this only after I called them out on it. I was refunded the money for the screen protector. Overall, dealing with these guys was a pretty unpleasant experience, and I won't buy from them again.
