Pros: Cheap. Looks nice.
Cons: Fixed under warranty three times. Emits a high pitched screeching noise. Bright blue power light.
Overall: Bought this a few years back. When it's working it is a very decent unit. Nice viewing during the day and night time. The speakers are very loud and clear for something so small. Not enough bass though! The angle can be adjusted, though not the height. The button that you press emits a very bright blue light, which is central and very annoying. I had to cover it with a piece of bluetack. Over the three years that it's been under warranty, its broken three times. The company always repaired the unit, though it is a huge hassle to go to the other side of town, then pick it up again.

Pros: Clear picture, no delay with its 8ms speed, digital input, speakers built in, quick start up, obvious space saving advantages, excellent price
Cons: speakers tinny, but adequate if you're not after deep bass
Overall: This was one of the first 8 ms 17" LCDs in Australia and as I wanted to "future proof" it a bit, this was the answer. In fact I likes it so much my son bought one and I bought one for work as well. I bought all 3 from Centre Com in Bundoora Victoria for $330 on special.
