I bought a few years ago with the confidence of their supposed popularity and supposed lifetime warranty. These are extremely poor quality and toxic. They use very outdated teflon and the teflon is scratched off and goes into your food. Avoid at all costs. Dangerous cookware! the handle fell off the boiling pasta water fell onto me! I contacted this company sending pictures of my extensive injuries that have left me unable to work for months, and all they had to say was that the company had been bought out by new owners and they are under no obligation to honour any warranty!?? Wth! They offer life time warranties because this crap is supposed to be soooo wonderful and of top quality and when the handle snaps off they're not even sorry enough to offer a pot as compensation- not that I'd want it- this range is DANGEROUS! Save your money, don't make this horrible company wealthy by buying its unsafe cookware that may leave you with substantial injuries when you least expect it- and no accountability there, they just offer rubbish warranties that they find their way out of honouring! Buyer beware, you really are risking your well being using this over priced TRASH.

Customer service; use as directed – Bessemer is specific purpose, not all-purpose cookware. Just like I don't use my mixmaster for scones, I don't use Bessemer to fry eggs or boil pasta over high heat. hot from a medium set element just a bit slower than a cheap pan on a high element, and retains heat better than other pan types.

I don't need to use oil in the pan. It cleans easily in that I just wipe with a damp chux and/or paper towel.

I did have the short handle of a pan crack and emit fumes one cooking session, for no discernible reason as it wasn't over gas flame and had only been on for 5 minutes, I emailed customer service and a Bessemer rep texted me a few days later, so I could stop by her house where she replaced the handle for me. Very happy with that service and surprised given some reviews I have seen. But the lady could clearly see from the pan itself there was no general heat damage so maybe that is the difference.

I bought about 3K worth of Bessemer products to deck out my kitchen as they have lifetime warranty so it made sense. First warranty claim, handles falling off with corrosion and the response I got was. Bessemer has changed ownership since u purchased it so you have no warranty. I purchased the whole range. It wasn't cheap. They say lifetime guarantee but when I had stain and peeling issues with my lids and 28cm pan I got excuses and then the silent treatment. I had to return a dutch oven as it did not include a lid in the deal. Although my solution was not accepted by customer service, Vanilyn assisted me at all times in the process. My refund came through in an acceptable time frame.

I have been using Bessemer for over 40 years. I have recently purchased a roaster pan to update my collection. I purchased the product on line. When the product arrived I wasn't satisfied with the item. I contacted Bessemer to report the issue. I received a speedy response from Mark who was able to help me with the issue. on the stove over direct heat, then transfer the whole roasting pan to the oven to finish off. And it is a dream to clean, the debris from the roast wipes off easily. I'd recommend this to everyone.
