Order a recharger for the electric scooter. Arrived today and looked like the rats have been chewing on it. Didn’t have to open the package. It just saw it all fell apart. I think it must’ve been caught in a conveyor belt or something, but the 240 V lead has all been stripped with exposed wiring. Big W really need to do better.
I ordered a cupboard and it was shaky when it was assembled. I have a young child and home and requested to return it. $289.40 for including the delivery fee and basically told me to go make a complaint if we are still unhappy. There is a serious lack of care for their customers and their experience. I have been going to Big W regularly and going forward I will be boycotting this company. Its tragic how they over a small amount of money they are willing to lose a customer for life.

I threatened them with the Ombudsman that they agreed to refund me in full. I would never buy anything online from BigW so buyers be aware of the pitfalls when purchasing online. I would NOT recommend it!

The service desk staff member, [Name Removed] inspected the school shoes and the receipt and then offered an exchange or refund. I pointed out that it was likely that another pair would result in the same way and opted for the refund. She processed the refund and asked if the card I was presenting was the card purchased with. I ignorantly pointed out that its a digital card because my wife had lost my card to which she said then it cant be that card but needed to be the original physical card. After a bit of back and forth she called the manager, [Name Removed] who kindly allowed me to record on my phone for the record that should someone purchase anything from Big W, exit the store, lose their card and return at a later date for a refund then Big W would under no circumstances ever for any reason whatsoever refund that patron. Regardless of the law their policy demands they will never refund someone. [Name Removed] then proceeded to tear up the refund slip.
I don' have the time nor do I believe that I should bear the cost of 2 trips expressly for the purpose of purchasing 1 item and the cost of that item when my expectation was that that item would last at least last until the end of the year. That's 40km and a pair of shoes because Big W stocked a bad pair of shoes. It's not a big deal to a billion dollar company but its a financial and time problem for me and my biggest concern and clearly the least concern of Big W is my child's wellbeing.
I wonder if Big W is not concerned with their policy in any way which contradicts the law. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which applies in Victoria, a business may ask for proof of purchase, but it does NOT have to be the original card.

We received a new sports top today, from Intimate Brands on Big W Marketplace, that came already stained by what looks like fake tan or makeup around the neckline. The stains are both on the front and back. As if it has been worn before. The top in question was in a non-resealable bag that needed to be cut or torn open, then unfolded to find the stains. We're pretty disgusted and disappointed.

Why can’t Big W deliver goods from the place where the order originated, i.e. Perth in this case. It is hardly some exclusive and rare furniture! Do not buy this sofa bed from Big W Marketplace. It cost me 711aud and It’s extremely uncomfortable and broke easily!!! completely not worth the money. Keep in mind when you buy from Market place its dealt with by the Third party seller in this case Global Direct so its even more of a nightmare. I will never buy from BIG W again. Big W you have shown that customers are not valued.

entrance, to the left, that has the entire section area layout on it, viz, kitchen, travel, etc. and how the blue signs hanging over each section mirror the 'floor mat map' layout. Suddenly, it became so easy to know exactly 'where to find what' and that also made shopping a joy).
I bought some earbuds from Extreme Plus on marketplace and I love them. I was thinking the price was a mistake because they were ridiculously cheaper than anywhere else so I was a little dubious, but they are fantastic. All original, in original box, brand spanking new and beautiful. I can't recommend seller enough and I don't usually bother with reviews, but sometimes people have to give positive ones rather than only negative ones. Thanks man.
