Excellent – I upgraded to this modem/router as it has built in support for VoIP. It was easy to get up and running but has many, many settings so that it can be tweaked to support your internet use. By switching to VoIP, we are saving $70 a month on telephony. The ability to tweak QoS settings has allowed me to improve the quality of VoIP calls to a point where they are as good as a traditional telephone service. Billion staff are active on the whirlpool broadband forums dispensing advice and solving problems. A great product backed up by great support. Quick & easy setup (almost works straight out of the box) but also very, very configurable. VoIP support. QoS (Quality of Service) to ensure VoIP call clarity. Good wireless signal strength. Unread email indicator light. Security features. Price. Company representatives provide support and assistance on www.whirlpool.net.au. 802.11 b/g support only (draft n support would be great).

Excellent – I have been using this for 2 years now. It has never missed a beat. Connection stays on all the time. The only time that it gets disconnected is when ISP performs maintenance or I reboot it. Very reliable. Great VoIP call quality. Billon offers firmware updates from time to time fixing issues and/or introducing new features. Billion provides excellent support via their own forum or on Whirlpool.
