Reliable! – I have bought cycling and soccer gear from BingoTrans with no issues. My kids absolutely loved their Barcelona soccer gear. Their products are of a high quality and you can't beat the price. My cycling gear has been durable considering the amount of use it gets. I highly recommend BingoTrans!

FINAL STEP: Credit card company advised me of a fraudulent transaction by Bingotrans.com.

My credit card had to be blocked and a legal investigation is currently being undertaken as of 22/6/2015.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this site.

Disregard positive feedback on the web. My credit card company believe these are putcon there by the owners of the web site.

Often they have a look at reviews on other legit sites and copy the feedback.

Good cycling gear – Purchased a cycling jersey and bib. Arrived when they said it would, looks exactly as it does in the picture. Definitely the cheapest cycling kit you can buy online. I would definitely buy again from them. Only thing to make sure is that you order one size bigger than usual, I am usually a large and the large I got was a bit tight but still wearable. cheap, looks good, comfortable

I am frustrated it cost me almost $400 AUD and now I can't get onto them. I payed the correct amount but they won't give me what I ordered. They said they would investigate the issue but I haven't heard anything and I haven't been given replacements. At first they were responding to emails and keeping me informed until they stopped replying. Poor service, didn't get full order, disks freeze, missing episodes, disk numbers aren't in order

Awesome value and fast delivery – I was looking at buying a pair of black suede pumps for my wife, and was expecting to pay around $80 for them. Amazing value and speedy delivery - who could ask for more? – Tried to buy this in Australia only available as single DVD's in Blueray at exhorbitant prices. Spent days and days shopping wearing out shoe leather and getting frustrated - ordered online although dubious about the quality at such a low price and it arrived within 5 days from America in perfect condition and playable on all DVD players. Disgraceful transaction in every respect – Bingotrans sent two box sets of Star Wars instead of the one Star Wars and one Bones set paid for. The DVD boxes did not look authentic as they had loose, poor quality, paper titles that looked like they were made by a cheap photocopier. The number of DVD's didn't match the number of slots. The majority of the DVD's from both the Star Wars box sets would not play on multiple machines and computers. When I notified BingoTrans of the wrong order being sent and also the DVD's being faulty, I received increasingly hostile replies.We were blamed for having faulty DVD players despite my repeated statements that these devices played DVD's of all kinds from anywhere in the world.

Bingotrans then insisted on me paying for returning the DVD's to their office in China and that they would then decide whether to repay me for both their purchase and the shipping costs. They would not accept me taking the DVD set to any local independent assessor.

When my request for them to send shipping invoices for Australia to China was refused, I opened a dispute with Paypal.

This provoked a reply from Bingotrans

"Our lawyer has already started collecting all of your information and INFO. of the case and start the law case soon with the local court to sue you. You should be contacted about some details soon. We actually care about every good customer, however, if we notice any bad customers like you, we will do our best to track you down and shoot you down!"

The next email included the following

"Your detailed information have been delivered to our lawyer in Sydney and Australian local police and your suspicious activities will be soon investigated and sued soon via local court.

Meanwhile, we also informed your banking corp. about your online fraud financial activities and they will freeze your financial accounts for the suspicious behaviors soon."

These threats were made despite me informing them I was a 54 year old medical practitioner with an impeccable credit rating.

Unfortunately, Paypal will not refund the purchase cost in any dispute until the customer pays the shipping costs which also have to be with a company that provides tracking details such as Australia Post

So I paid $74 Australian dollars for the shipping and Paypal refunded the $127 Australian dollars I had paid for the goods, a net loss of $53 dollars.

Everything. Wrong order sent, faulty goods, extremely poor post sales service, death threats when I complained
