Not Happy - Product faulty just outside warranty – Oven does all jobs well. Used every day for the couple of years we've had it. Sadly just outside the warranty period and the top element has started warping quite badly and is dangerously falling close to the top shelf of the oven. Is this common with ovens. Never seen this before.
Excellent – We do some commercial baking with this oven and it is actually better than ovens several times more expensive(although Bosch ovens aren't exactly cheap either). The most pleasing thing is its ability to keep the right temperature and heat quickly - many ovens are very erratic in this area. Great if (like us) you bake alot of cakes and other more heat sensitive items.
As a commercial baker, I would recommend spending the extra $ on a good oven if you can justify the use! Superb trouble free (after 8 months) oven. Heats quickly and maintains good constant temperature throughout the cooking time. Touch screen is quite sensitive and inadvertant bumps will set the timer going! subsequent cancelling proceedure can be frustrating if you're in a hurry to get things in the oven!
