Excellent – Love the three oven trays that came with it and as they fill the entire oven you have more cooking space available to you in the 60cm oven. Oven cleans while cooking and when the automated self-clean function is required you have 3 levels to choose from and the oven does the rest and lets you know when to wipe it out. No more nasty oven cleaners - just a damp sponge with morning fresh will do the job. Love how the door comes completely off and you can clean all panels on the quadruple glazing. Quadruple glazing also makes it quiet and cool to touch. No more guess work for dishes - just tell the oven what you are cooking (roasts, etc) and the weight and how well done you like it and it will cook it perfectly. Rapid heat function heats preheats oven in a flash. Multi-function settings and recommended heat settings default and this covers most requirements (easy enough to turn temp up down). No-fail cakes, sweets, biscuits, etc - oven temperature is always perfect. Very easy to use (multi-lingual) and one touch cooking is easy. Best oven I have ever owned. I have had it for about 2 years no problems and have been punishing ovens for over 20 years and the Bosch happily takes everything I dish out!!! Telescopic rails make putting things in and out of oven easy. Love the multi-level cooking and that the oven tells you which oven levels are best to use depending on which setting you are cooking with. Self cleaning!!!!! Quadruple glazing means it truly is a cool-touch door. Very quiet - you won't even know you have it on even when cooking with fan. Heats up quickly and lets you know when it's done. Love and have used all functions & settings & OTC. Best oven I have ever owned. Now I want the 90cm one as well!!!! NO odours (oven has a destinking thing happening while you use it)!! Needs to be a tad wider internally to compensate for the telescopic rails when you are using extra large lasagne trays or really large roasters with side handles. I would have liked the oven racks to be thicker as they are a tad bendy (nothing major - it does take the weight and does not sag but it flexes slightly) when using cast iron cookware in the oven (the racks have not failed and they go back to shape but I'd prefer it if they were thicker and sturdier). More oven racks should come with it but no big deal.

Should have made it easier to remove the quadruple glazing (you need to unscrew the glass after taking off the door...but no big deal).

Audible beep for oven could be louder (OTC finished beep is louder than ordinary finish beep).
