Appalling in every way! – From the start it was never good at keeping things cold. Bosch fobbed us off! The door shelf broke but apparently it was not covered under warranty. Very flimsy to begin with. Next the ice maker started leaking but Bosch could not get anyone to help us as they didn't have service representatives in the area. Care factor of zero Bosch! Now after 5 years and paying $2500 it has completely died with an expected repair bill of $800. DONT waste your money on Bosch! We will cut our losses and unfortunately send to landfill and haul my old Westinghouse beer fridge out of the garage...still going strong after 16 years!!

Absolute dud – We thought big name "Bosch" (actually it is a rebranded Siemens) would stand us in good stead. How wrong we were. 2 years and six months the auto defrost went on the blink, not covered "out of warranty". Lost $180 of food, had it fixed $140, the repair guy said these fridges had "more issues than you can poke a stick at". Advice, "replace with a better fridge". For those who think this is an isolated review, check out Google, complaints everywhere, unfortunately not when I bought. Then the compressor went on the blink, 2 months later. This is a $2,500 fridge, very little interest from Bosch Australia, reminded them of the "reasonable expectation" warranty part of the ACL, were not interested. Will never buy Bosch again, my only advice is do not believe you are getting quality or support, either buy cheap and nasty then at least you know what your getting, or get ready to replace your fridge every 2-3 years with this brand, that's just under $3 a day for every day of use. Very, very expensive fridge. Alternatively there may be better quality brands out there, Bosch however is not one of them.
